I came to pickup a package that said was delivered to this location, but the employee told me it wasn't there yet. I didn't want to argue and I had time to come back the next day, so I just came back to pick it up. On both days I came in, both employees I saw weren't wearing masks. I asked about it and they said they had just come in..so they weren't wearing one. They also said it was up to them, which I thought was weird that it wasn't a company rule at this point. read more

Went into this UPS store and a few times this week to use the computer and print out paperwork, met the owner/manager very friendly, personable and great customer service. He also has an amazing staff that have provided nothing but exceptional service the times that I have gone in. There is not much foot traffic since it is fairly new so it's a quick in and out. The store is very clean and organized . Will definitely return there whenever I need any of the services they provide. Recommend anyone in that area to visit that store. read more

Service here was perfection! Sako was super helpful with returning my At&t equipment. The system wasn't recognizing my account info but he was mega patient as he tried and tried to cut around the system obstacles and eventually found a way to hack into the mainframe and get my account to pull up. I stopped by this UPS store to overnight an important document but the address I provided was not correct, it was a confusing address that could not be validated. Sako actually added a human touch to his service and offered to (after taking care of a few customers), help me out and get on the phone with a representative of this major financial institution. He did and obtained a valid address, making it possible to have the document delivered on time. I have never experienced such a superb service. I strongly recommend this UPS store location. This location is awesome..staff is very helpful and have great customer service...I had a stressful past few days trying to fix a phone issue...I needed to return something that was time sensitive...I called ups at 6:24pm they closed at 6:30pm they were so awesome they let me email them the label I needed printed.. I got there at 6:35pm and they opened the door, already locked..and printed it for me, boxed it up and did everything with a smile.
