I carried the equipment in a paper grocery bag...was greeted with a warm welcome...set it on the counter...and was asked for my account number. Well...I didn't know it. Thought I'd have to run back home...but...they have a way to look it up. 3 seconds later, I was finished. Wow. Good processes and great customer service. There was no wait, I was helped immediately. Most recently, I waited in line 15 minutes at USPS to be told that bc package didn't have clear tape it couldn't be sent and no they don't have clear tape.
