    The wait is painful.

    If you know me by now, I am all about supporting the local businesses which means this UPS is one that I frequent. Parking is easy either in the front or back of the shop because it's in a shopping center. The store is narrow and crammed with stuff which looks a bit like a safety hazard to me. The employees are okay. They don't emit a lot of warmth or welcome when you walk in. And, there is one male employee who needs to step up their hygiene. Makes for an unpleasant experience unfortunately. Today's adventure was to make copies but I encountered a long wait time as the employee was helping an elderly woman with her purchase. She didn't know what size paper to use or what type of paper. The employee gets credit for their patience for sure. There is only one machine for copying and faxing and you can't operate without their assistance so you have to wait in line and then go back in line to pay. On most days there is no line until December! I know it's the busy season and I need to be more patient. I'm trying. Support your local businesses. Find when the off peak

    Really friendly and helpful staff at this UPS store. The owner is kind and efficient. I enjoy picking up our mail from our Box every week.

Hakim promised that my…read moretaxes would be completed in January 2019 and he quickly processed them supposedly however the IRS has yet to receive them either electronically or via U.S. mail as of 6/19/2019 - almost 5 months later! MVC hounded me like crazies from a Friday, Saturday, even Sunday I'm January for me to pay $375 tax preparation fees after he claims to have filed my taxes. I called MVC every month...from February they said it was filed electronically, March I got nervous because no response from IRS, April they said they were too busy to talk to me (mind you that they already took my money n threw me at the bottom of the list as far as priority and customer service). In May I emailed MVC and left them voice mail messages and they emailed me and said my taxes were mailed in March. So I waited and waited and waited. I called the IRS today June 19th and they still have nothing on me. They couldn't have mailed them because they never asked me to sign my return, which would be illegal if they forged my name on documents. They are crooks! Don't trust or use these people because they will take your money and run. If I call them it always goes to voicemail. If I block my number they answer and will never help me. Poor customer service. I complained to the IRS, American Express since that was my payment method, I'm writing all this on the internet to let others beware. Hakim said he has over 30 years experience in tax preparation but he definitely doesn't have 30 years of customer service! His girls are like his puppets; they don't know how to answer simple questions and always say "hold on and after 5-7 minutes of holding they come back on the line and ALWAYS say, "Hakim's busy with a client, he's out of the office, or he's out to lunch." Never do they return calls after promising me they'd call me back repeatedly. If I could give a ZERO I'd give them that!!! But a "1" star is the LOWEST! I want my money back! I saved all of my emails that reflect the truth to my story which I will post on here too.

Upon entrance, the employee greeted me and helped me right away. I showed the return QR code sent to me in the email. It was quick and seamless. The employee finished the transaction and wished me a good day. The store is clean and friendly service. No complaints!

    Unbelievably rude and completely lacking basic empathy. I went into this store to print and fax…read moreurgent documents. I am currently dealing with a major digital security compromise and a pending police report, meaning I cannot safely access email on my phone and needed to use their customer computer. The customer computer was down. Instead of offering an alternative workaround to help a customer in a crisis, the employee (male with a dark beard, glasses, face mask, and hat) was incredibly curt, rigid, and dismissive. He flat-out refused to help, stating, "This is a business," and even lied by saying he didn't know the address of a nearby sister store to avoid looking it up. I literally stood in front of him and called the Menlo Park UPS store. They immediately agreed to help me print my documents using alternative methods, despite having the exact same technical outage. When I told this employee that the other store was willing to assist, he just gave a lazy, "Sorry, I can't." Avoid this location. If you expect standard problem-solving or decent human customer service, go to the Menlo Park location instead. They actually care about helping people.
