After arriving at the restaurant at 7:30 pm, it was fairly empty. We were "greeted" by two women. One cleaning, and one helping a customer. No worries. 5 minutes later and still staring at the delicious Orange Chicken, still no one to help us. Okay we decide to give it a chance. Went to this place for lunch yesterday. Big mistake. I got the kung pao chicken. Lady piled it on. I thought it was awesome. Until I bit into the chicken. You could tell it was old. She had a face like if she was mad that they had to kill her dog for extra meat and called her in on her day off, like wtf? Why are you so sour making me feel uncomfortable, I'm just here trying to spend my money and get some food! Customer service is key when it comes to keeping repetitive customers. What made me most uncomfortable of my visit tho was that I tried to smile at her to get her to smile, but she ended up making me feel more uncomfortable than what she already made me when I walked up. Probably the worst chinese fast food location I've been to, I went there couple times but will not be going back. Just got back from having lunch at this place. I got there during the lunch hour. Surprisingly, it wasn't busy at all and this location is a big one. I got there and there was a lot of prepared food sitting under those hot lamps and not many customers around to eat it. Some dishes didn't look fresh. I got in line and dragon lady started serving me my food did not even a smile or said anything to me. I ordered the black pepper chicken w/chowmein and small drink. Total came to $8 and change (EXPENSIVE for lunch). Dragon lady didn't offer to give me an itemized receipt. Just handed me the one I signed and a pen. I had to ask her how much things were after seeing her menu board. (A BIG CLUE) I also noticed no customers inside other than me and my friend. Oh did I already mention this? Also, was hot inside. No A/C? WTF? So, in summary, this is the most expensive Chinese so-called food because it was yucky and greasy. As for customer service, this Chinese server gets an "F" As for my future return, NOT!
