It's a large space with ample seating and I've never had trouble getting a seat during my weekday visits. A nice assortment of pastries and sandwiches. However, customer service definitely needs improvement. Often, the employees are talking to each other in the corner and always seem a bit ambivalent about having to greet and take a customer's order. One or more of the employees is always hanging out texting on their phone instead of being attentive to customers. They also don't listen very well. I always request "to stay", and every time, they continue to hand me a throwaway cup and my pastry in a paper bag instead of on a plate. read more

This is closest cafe to the office so I am here almost weekly. Front counter and barista are friendly and smiling. I usually just get a matcha latte and head on my way, but today had a pumpkin muffin. You would not have guessed it was vegan. Ordered a Matcha Latte with oatmilk for $7.62 after tax. The barista seemed confused with the orders coming up and had to ask the other patrons what their orders were, including myself. The matcha used was not high quality, but then again you can't expect that from a coffee chain. Stopped in here with my Sister in law and Brother in law and their 4 little kids. They accommodated us nicely, and impressed them with their breakfast, brioche sandwich. I'm writing this review from the plush, comfy sofa at what is now one of my favorite coffee shops in the city! Since real estate in the city is so expensive, it's always hard to find coffee shops with outlets, ample seating and a restroom. This location has all of the above! I enjoyed a fruit and nut bar with pecans and jam while waiting for a friend to get off work. Yes, at $4.75, it's a bit pricey but it was delicious. It had just the right amount of sweetness and the pecans added a nice touch. It was also soft and chewy, almost like a cookie with crumble on top and raspberry jam. I didn't try the coffee since it was so late in the day but they have five different roasts available, and they source their coffee from Nicaragua, Columbia, and other certified roasters that ensure that their workers get paid a living wage. The decor of this shop is tasteful and modern, with comforting elements such as slightly dimmed lighting, big potted plants and a wood and warm earthy tones. This coffee shop was okay. We went inside because we needed a break from walking around and the shop looked nice from the outside. The coffee shop looks clean and modern with marble-esque tabletops, wooden benches, and pops of greenery throughout the place. We came around 4:30 pm and had a hard time finding a table at first since the shop was packed and busy. We ordered a matcha latte and cafe con leche and they were both only okay. This coffee shop in Soho is huge! When I first walked inside, I was blown away at how big it was. There were a lot of people sitting, but luckily no line. I got a cold brew with oat milk, and my mom got a cappuccino. We split the homemade banana bread which was one of the best I've had. The best part about this place is the seating. You can choose from probably 50 different seats throughout and each area is different. We went in the booths in the way back. The ambiance is really cool and you feel relaxed from the music and people. You can definitely stay a while to work, check emails, or hang out. The coffee is really good and totally "instagram worthy" - everything cup says "feel good about your coffee". Definitely will come back here the next time I'm in soho! read more

Tried out the Spanish latte here when shopping around in SoHo. My latte definitely geared towards the sweet side with condensed milk just gathered at the bottom of the cup, but I was into it since it was refreshing but also dessert-like. I like this coffee shop for a few reasons. First of all it is huge, especially by NYC standards. I actually like that they don't have outlets anywhere because it discourages people from hanging out too long. This makes it so it's not terribly difficult to find a seat. You get the feeling that a lot of the other people there are coming to take a break from shopping. My chai latte was excellent. And finally the last thing I like about this place was how chill the employees are. While we were waiting in line my husband noticed that a man came in and stole from the tip jar and ran right back out the door. Check their website to see all the humanitarian projects they are involved with. Prices are in par with what you'll find at Starbucks, with cappuccinos and mochas being above 4 dollars. Food items go from a couple of dollars for pastries to 6-8 for sandwiches. don't bother coming here. i walked into this location to quickly get a coffee. i walked to the counter there was an associate organizing / what seems like preparing for the day. i waited to be acknowledged as she seemed busy and wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. she saw me, did not even acknowledge me after a few minutes of standing there. she proceeded to restock / clean. more time goes by and she continues to do the same task. i have never been so blatantly ignored in my life. this was a disgusting experience and not worth the money. read more

Came by to grab a small cold brew with no ice. The menu says $4.50 but the guy rang it up for $7.08. When I asked, he said there is a $2.00 charge for no ice...what?! This place was cute! The only reason why I give it 4 stars is because they were having music problems and it was also very loud music for it being a coffee shop. Other than that the hot cocoa and vanilla latte were very good. We also got a salt chocolate chip cookie and that was a good little snack as well. I love coffee and I strolled in hear to get a cup of hot coffee on a sunny and humid day. Why? Because I don't care for iced coffee, and I'm not into coolatas. This spot is cute - soho definitely needs more little coffee shops to post up. It has much more space than you'd think! Lots of coffee options, and a surprising amount of food options! I had the breakfast burrito and I was actually quite impressed- to be honest I wasn't expecting much from a grab and go, but it was quite tasty. They have quite a bit of indoor seating - the one thing to note is that they don't have any outlets, so it would be a perfect study/work spot, but you wouldn't be able to stay long unless your computer battery life will last you all day.
