They have regular sized cookies that are warm and fresh. Regular sized means you can try multiple different types of cookies without feeling too sick. We tried multiple flavors (and the special Dubai) and we each had our own favorites. If you're too busy to make your own cookies, these are a great substitute, and they're great for feeding small crowds since they are not humongous. It's easy to find coupons and discounts and you'll definitely want to because they are ~$24/dozen. Back in February, I ordered pizza from Marco's Pizza on Research Blvd around 9 p.m. (it was a late dinner). My partner and I arrived a bit early, so we decided to wait in the car and then walk around. As we were walking, we made eye contact with a worker at Tiff's Treats, and he gestured for us to come in. However, as soon as we walked in, he smiled and asked if we wanted a cookie! It was close to closing time, and he said he had a lot left over on his rack. We were very surprised by this generous offer, so we got a chocolate chip and a snickerdoodle! Before that visit, we actually knew nothing about the place. And because I had mediocre experiences with cookie stores like Insomnia Cookies and Crumbl Cookies, I'd pretty much stopped spending money on them. But guys... that was hands down one of the best snickerdoodles I've ever had in my entire life. He warmed it up too, so it was EVEN MORE DELICIOUS!! The place was so clean and smelled amazing too. I love Tiff's Treats, but I had a terrible experience at this location. I ordered a dozen of cookies (6 chocolate chip, 6 red velvet) for pick-up using the app. It was quick and easy. I arrived at the selected pick-up time. They said it'd be just 5 more minutes for the cookies to finish baking. Okay, not a problem. I came back in a few minutes later. The employee checked the oven and realized that another employee had turned it off. He told me it'd be 10 MORE MINUTES. At that point, I was getting impatient. He did offer me a free treat, so I had the salted caramel blondie. I appreciated that gesture, but it didn't make up for the wait. Finally, the cookies were ready, wrapped up nicely. However, when I opened the box later, I realized that the cookies were all under-baked (since the employee had rushed to get them finished). They were stuck to one another and hard to pull apart. I tried a red velvet cookie (the special-of-the-week), and it still tasted delicious. I loved the chocolatey flavor and soft texture. The blondie was also super tasty and had a great crunch from the toffee. Nevertheless, these treats weren't worth what I went through to get them. My friends enjoy Tiff's Treats and since they are good customer relations, I will say thank you. This is a review of Tiff's Treats in general, not for specific location. We received a box of Tiff's Treat cookies as a Congratulations gift. The packaging is cute. The cookies arrive warm. I like the concept of "out of the oven" cookies delivered to your door. I'm sure we are all familiar with cookie bouquets. The giant sugar cookies cut in all types of shapes and slathered in colorful icings secured via a stick at the bottom. Sure they were arranged beautifully, however not always the yummiest cookies around. I signed for many of those in my days as a receptionist and would find the bouquets only half touched and in the garbage a few days later after the thrill of getting one wore off. But let me tell you, if Tiff's sent a dozen of their cookies I can promise you that not one would end up half eaten in the trash bin. I had heard a lot of buzz over Tiff's so I stopped into their store today to try a few. Cookies are $1 each and my god the smell when you walk in is intoxicating!! Their display case is front and center and featured all sorts of goodies: chocolate chip, oatmeal chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, peanut butter chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, butterscotch chip, you name it! They ask if you want them warmed but greed leads to impatience and I couldn't spare a single second to get my hands on those cookies. First of all, I want to proclaim I love Tiff's Treats, I love everything about Tiff's Treats, and even though all of the following occurred, I will never forsake Tiff's Treats. Hopefully we're all on the same page here. No event is complete without a swag bag, but at the end of the Austin Monthly party I was denied my bag of goodies since technically I was not considered a "lady". Luckily for me, Melissa A. came to the rescue, and we divided the spoils of war between us. I walked away with truffles from Buenos Aires Cafe, some postcards, a gift certificate for jewelry cleaning, the original Broadway soundtrack to "The Lion King", and $5 to Tiff's Treats. Last week, my sweet tooth was raging and that $5 was practically BURNING a hole in my pocket. So, Tiff's Treats it was. The gift card boldly proclaims "Not valid on walk-in orders, must place order in advance by phone or online". Alright...I suppose I could phone in a $5 order. It seemed a little silly, but I went with it. The phone was answered by a nice, laid-back guy. I told him I had a gift card, but that it told me to phone in my order. I was literally one minute away from the shop itself, and figured I would just tell him I wanted two brownies, pop in, and walk out. I mean, I figured the phone-in thing was a formality, right? Then things got a little weird. The Tiff's Treats Guy responded that it all sounded good, but that he needed some information first. He asked for my name. Fine, Nathan. No, he needed first and LAST. My cell phone number. E-mail address. He needed the gift card number, too, so the ordeal took on a whole new dimension as I decided to pull over into the nearest parking lot (Academy) to find the actual card floating around in my man bag. It was kind of a hassle, but I didn't want to read a headline tomorrow that declared: "Entire Family Killed in Car Crash; Distracted Driver Searching For Tiff's Treats Gift Card". Better safe than sorry. This seemed like an awful lot of information to redeem $5 measly dollars. As he was typing all this in, I mused whether or not I should be ready to provide an approximate number of sexual partners, or perhaps a list of movies that make me cry while we were at it. I was snapped back to the conversation when he finally got around to asking what I wanted to order. Actually, his question went more like: "So, man...you, uh, looking to score half a dozen fresh cookies, maybe? It would be $5.40, and I could have them waiting here for you." At this point I was confused. Was I ordering cookies, or arranging a drug pickup? The whole thing sounded so conspiratorial. I wanted to respond with: "Yeah, sure. I'll meet you at the drop spot in 10; have the cookies ready to go, and I'll hand you the gift card--no questions asked." WTF? Instead, I replied that I would prefer the brownies. Tiff's Treats Guy: Alright man, brownies, ok. We can arrange that. So, our brownies are nice and thick, you know, like two iPhones stacked together... Me: Yes, I know--I've had the brownies before. TTG: You have! That's awesome! So...how many are we talkin' here? Like, one? Two? Me: I don't CARE...just give me $5 worth of brownies, and I will swing by in one minute to pick them up. TTG: OK, alright. So, our pickup time is anywhere from 30-45 minutes. Me: ...Say what? Here's the point where normally, I would have thrown in the towel with any other establishment. As tears of frustration welled in my eyes (OK maybe I'm exaggerating here), I wanted to exclaim that I wasn't ordering for some boring office meeting; I wasn't ordering for a raucous third-grade class party; I wasn't ordering cookies for the entire University of Texas athletic department. I just wanted two (2) brownies. For me. That's all. He went over the order again, and assured me two brownies would be waiting for me in 45 minutes, and the that total was $3.98. Brilliant. Exasperated by the ordeal, I spent my 45 minute wait time at Academy, where I took the opportunity to shop for new gym clothes. Which I found completely ironic, as I had done all but promise my first born for a couple of calorie-laden brownies across the highway. Finally, I pulled up to Tiff's Treats, and a box with a little bow was waiting for me. I assume the guy who handed it to me was Tiff's Treats Guy, but I wasn't entirely sure. I was too exhausted to figure it out. But...once I sunk my teeth into the warm, gooey, chocolate chip-packed brownie that I love so much...all was forgiven. It may as well have been a drug deal, because this stuff is just as addictive. And forbidden. And should be outlawed. So, I have $1.02 left on the card. I *might* just let that little bit slide. I'm afraid next time I try and use it, they'll demand a full credit check, a copy of my birth certificate, and my most recent blood test. Still...best brownies ever. 5 Stars. read more

This place is really awesome. Their cookies are not the cheapest or the biggest but they are the best tasting, moist little bundles of wonderfulness! Their service is fast and the employees have always been fast and friendly. This location always seems a bit sketchy but I guess it is mostly because the lighting is bad in the parking lot. If you sign up for their email subscription then they often send out their specials so that is fun! The parking lot is small but it has never been a problem since everyone just drives in and picks up their cookies and leaves. read more
