I finally found good ramen in DFW! & I am so happy that this gem is near my work and home! The ramen here compares to what I've had in Japan. I loved the entire space, staff, and of course the amazing food and drinks. Support this wonderful business!! And take a temporary culinary trip to Japan. You will leave here satisfied. No doubt I am going to be a "regular" at Tiger Ramen.

Ramen was really good and flavourful. They do have few vegeterian options which are really good. However not many options for toppings.

Stopped in for a quick bite to check this place out. What a fun experience and great ramen and hand rolls. Sit at the bar watch them make everything to order. I 100% recommend stopping by, I will now become a regular!

Happened to stop in today on their grand opening day! We tried their full-ramen set and weren't disappointed. We picked the paitan and the onigiri of the day was the salmon onigiri. The paitan was flavorful - nitamago (egg) had a very distinct flavor, menma (bamboo shoot) was definitely very strong - but the fatty bits in the broth stole the show. The salmon onigiri was a bit dry but the rice and seaweed was on point. Place was a bit small, but staff were incredibly friendly! Will be returning!

A tiny Japanese ramen place that reminds me of Japan. I am in love with spicy miso ramen follow by Takoyaki. This place is not for a big gathering type, it's more for couple & small party. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I would highly definitely recommend Tiger ramen for the ramen lover.

Service Food Cleanliness This was our first time and I was happy to give the shop a shot. It was YUMMY and they are constantly evolving their menu with fun seasonal offerings. They have an open kitchen and you can sit at the bar and watch all the magic happen right in front of you. It's good for singles, couples or groups! Defiantly becoming a re-occurring spot for us!

Wow, just had an amazing tsukemen here yesterday. The noodles were very good and the broth was rich and flavorful. I've been to Japan multiple times and I'm very picky of Japanese restaurants in the US - this one is legit. Also, staff speaks Japanese so you know it's the right place.

Excellent! We walked in and were greeted with lovely service. The staff was tentative and kind. The ambiance truly resembled a ramen shop from Japan! The staff are Japanese as well. The overall experience felt like home. Now to the good part... the food. What a cultivation of lovely traditional flavors. Onigiris tasted just like mom's but with a special twist! The karaage was perfect and the yuzu sauce was the best!! The fish in the hand-rolls were fresh and the topping paired nicely. Ramen was a delight. The owner study traditional ramen technique in Japan. I cannot recommend this place enough! I saw lots of take out orders too, so that is a nice option if you don't want to dine-in. **I do want to note that it can be a little bit difficult to get to but it is truly a hidden gem.

Great ramen from a spot that just opened up in Mckinney. I got the spicy Ramen and they weren't lying it is spicy! But, I loved it. Broth was rich and flavorful, perfect as is. I do wish they offered more topics without extra charges as the bowl, as is, had minimal topics when its price comparable to those who offer many more toppings. The hand roll was good too, fresh, delicious. Very friendly staff.

This place is so good!! By far our favorite ramen place in McKinney. We've gone about four times since it opened and it's just as good whether you eat there or take it to go! Highly recommended!!

The Paitan has the best broth in DFW. Great customer service as well. Would love to see tsukemen on the menu!

Great new Ramen and Sushi joint at the McKinney/Frisco border... Restaurant decor is really cool, like you are stepping into a small restaurant in Shinjuku! The ramen was excellent, I really enjoyed the spiciness of the broth. Price for the serving size was on par. Service was great and the wait staff were super attentive. Will be back!!!

They were interesting and had character. My ramen was okay. I've had a lot of tonkotsu and this was pretty middle of the pack. Lots of toppings which was a plus. Slightly soggy noodles. Chashu had a good flame licked taste but wasn't very tender and was hard to bite. The whole soup tasted weirdly strongly of onion. Bf seemed to decently like his udon, but he noted that it was kind of strong, though he did finish it. Service and atmosphere were lovely and the ladies working were super attentive. Overall I'd pin the experience as average, and find I don't have much more to say about it. I'd try a different main course next time if I return.

The soup base is hard to nail down even for a franchised ramen in my opinion and this restaurant surpass my expectations for it. It was balanced, not to salty and still keep the unami flavor of the ramen. Another plus is they gave out these free fried wonton sheets at the beginning. It gave me a little bit of Mexican restaurant's vibe (as serving nachos). Cons: if you order "spicy" option for your ramen, they just serve you with a chilli paste on side, which resembles gochujang flavor (maybe it is gochujang!!). Its not the spice that I would expect in ramen. Additionally, their eggs are overcooked and under-seasoned for a ramen dish. The service is fast, friendly and attentive.

Wabi house is middle-tier ramen conveniently located near Frisco and Plano area business parks. The place was clean and trendy, with brisk yet warm service and tasty food. It's not the best ramen I've had in Dallas but it's a good middle of the road. It's also 25% cheaper than the best ramen in Dallas, so the resulting flavor quality is proportional. Tsukune - my friend got it. They loved it so much. Makes me want to try it next time! Okra bacon - very indulgent. Salty for me but I'm sensitive. My partner loved it. Togarashi helps a lot to cut the fat. 7/10 Ramen Broth - The tonkotsu is rich and creamy. The shoyu is deep and savory. 8/10 Egg - eggsquisite jam, 11/10 Noodles - tasty but not my favorite. Softer side, wish they were firmer. I'm guessing they're from frozen, which is okay. 6/10 Chashu pork - dummy thicc, not as tender as I prefer. Great value with the quantity. 7/10 Toppings - generous. :) the bamboo shoots and corn defo came from a can but that's okay. The price after all! 8/10

I think the marrow crab was a little over hyped, it was still good and I am happy that we ordered it, but I don't think I'll order it again. The lamb chops were alright, a litttle more well-done than I am used to, but still pretty tasty. The tonkotsu ramen was above average and filling. The tsukemen was strange. This may be my own preference, but I was expecting the dipping broth to have a strong dashi flavor, but this was not the case. The dipping broth tasted like a slightly more concentrated version of the tonkotsu broth and felt very greasy. I would not recommend the tsukemen. The atmosphere was excellent. Both my partner and I loved the wood furnishing and felt quite comfortable despite the fact the restaurant was very busy. The service was outstanding, when we told the waitress that this was our first time here, she explained the full menu and gave a number of recommendations in each section.

I've had the pleasure of eating ramen in Japan and yeah, NO. The reason for the 1 star is because we were the first ones in at 11 and the waitress came in sneezing and wiping her nose with her hand, with her child in tow who by the way was all over the place and many times just standing at our table staring at us eat. I kept watching her to see if she would wash her hands or at least use hand sanitizer but she neglected to do either. The ramen: We ordered the spicy garlic pork shoyu and the spicy chicken broth ramen. The garlic pork ramen had 1 small piece of pork belly and the noodles while a great consistency, tasted like cardboard. The broth suffered from the lack of flavor. The chicken ramen was also pretty flavorless. The nerve of someone to compare this place to Ichiran lol. I will say, the service from the chef and the nose wiping waitress was pleasant but the grossness of her wiping her nose and touching every chair, bowl, utensils and eating her chips at the table across from us with her toddler is enough for us to never go back to this place even if it was the last ramen spot on the planet.
