This place was really good when they first opened but quality has drastically declined. I've been getting the Malai Kofta and today it was bland, the kofta was not marinated in the gravy and lacked cheese and spices (only tasted potato). They also used to give a full container of the curry and served rice separate, now they combine it to reduce the portion. I have been here twice and sadly the food didn't taste authentic. I got the margarita pizza which is supposed to have basil and the worker didn't even know it said that on the menu when i asked about it. He then said they probably ran out. The chicken biryani had no flavor at all. When my boyfriend asked him how hot "X hot" on the menu he said "indian hot" assuming we were not indian, and it was not hot at all. By no means would I call this fast Indian food as our food took 30+ minutes. We used the kiosk to order and the funny thing about that was my friends ordered 2 entrees on one, I ordered mine on another and even though my order was in a few minutes before them, mine came out 10-15 min after theirs. Food wise - it's ok. My friend ordered house spice and it was too spicy. We did ask if something could be done and initially we were told that that's just how it comes. With a little more push, they agreed to replace with a naan pizza. 10-15 min after that, he came back and asked if we still wanted the replacement and it would take 20 minutes. We thought that was agreed upon already but now had to wait even longer for the food to come out. Our curries were decent, but nothing mind blowing. Naan is a below average size than what you'll find at most sit down restaurants. The pizza was pretty flavorful though. The place is new, ambiance is cool. They really need to work on service as it does take what seems like forever to get food. Also, being a thick sweater if you're dining inside. It is FREEZING in there. read more

The staff is friendly, the shop is clean (even the bathroom), and the food is DElicious!!! We've had several of the wraps, their pizzas, their chicken 65 and their star of the show, their wings. I tried this place recently on a whim and it was a Tuesday so they had a Tikka Tuesday special. I got the regular curry with naan and it was very good. The portion was huge. I forgot to take pictures as I was in a hurry going from an event back to work, so ordered this ahead of time and my meal was ready for pickup when I arrived. I've used to come to this place more when it first open, I was thrilled to finally have some food with flavor in the area. Tonight was prob my 9th or 10th time coming to this restaurant and was perhaps my last. I love the garlic naan bread, don't get me wrong, I love dipping it into the curry sauce. However this evening that was not the case, my food was and cold like it was just pulled out from a refrigerator and poorly microwaved. I took it back to the staff member that served it and told him it was cold. He took it back and microwaved it. He did try to rectify the issue, I'll give him that, but not sure if all the meals are premade then microwaved now after that experience. The majority of the rice was so hard I wasn't sure it had even been cooked. The Chicken Tikka and rice were barely room temperature. And the flavor of the Chicken Tikka Masala was just off. Had great experience at Tikka Shack! We tried the Thai Pepper Fried Rice and Thai Dynamite, and both were absolutely delicious, full of flavor and perfectly balanced. The Mango Lassi was amazing too...not overly sweet like most places, just perfect. What we loved most is that they offer the flexibility to customize dishes with the protein of your choice, and there are plenty of options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians in every meal. The portions were generous, and the prices are very reasonable for the quantity you get. I'm already excited to come back and try their Naan Pizza and Kabob Bowls--they look so good!
