Lovely spot that we came to after completing a Spartan race. Service was fast and food was good!

I ate here twice more during my trip, and they were both very good. The first time, from the specials menu, I had "Lomo Saltado." a beef stirfry with both rice and french fries. You don't eat the french fries separately, you eat them as part of the whole Dish. It is a Peruvian/Chinese fusion dish. There is actually a large Chinese population in Peru. The cuisine actually has a name. It's called "Chifa ." it was very good. It came with a green sauce that went perfectly with the Dish. It had just a tiny bit of heat to it, and a very complex flavor. The rice was done right, the french fries were very good, the beef was a little bit chewy, but still absolutely delicious, and not all of the onions were cooked all the way through, but again, still good. Those were just minor things. The Dish was overall, very good. I had enough to take Home for a second meal. It also came with a chocolate pudding with whipped cream. That was also very good. The Next time I came in, I wanted to order the Lomo Saltado again, but unfortunately, it was no longer on the specials menu. Instead, I had the lobster ravioli. The ravioli were huge and tender, there was plenty of delicious lobster on the inside, and the creamy tomato sauce on top was just absolutely first rate. An excellent Dish As always, for both of these dishes, the prices were very reasonable. I would gladly eat here again the next time I'm in town. My partner still hasn't eaten here yet, but hopefully the next time Thank you again..

The burger was massive, delicious and cooked medium rare as I'd ordered it. The fries were tasty, too. The cookies though - if you love super soft and rich cookies you will love these! So buttery and warm, and the pecan cookie was loaded with nuts. The owner (or chef?) explained everything is cooked to order - even those yummy cookies. I was very happy with my meal and will return!

It's an old theatre so quite historic to be eating inside. The decor is very unique like you walked into someone's home for dinner with the family. The food is made fresh. Lettuce and tomato are organic, beef is never frozen, they have fresh home made potato chips. Their burger is HUGE on a brioche bun. It's the greasy gourmet burger that is filling and worth the money. Their Cajun shrimp Mac and cheese is delicious! Ending it with their organic Mexican coffee was the perfect dessert. Only thing to remember is that there's no bathrooms so you have to go next door to Nellys sports bar. With that in mind, there's one chef making all the food so you sacrifice some time for fresh made food which is still well worth it. There's street parking in front of the store.

What a find. The menu had a great selection, everything from sandwiches to gyros, salads and classic sides. We visited twice tried a variety of sandwiches, green salad, and fries. Everything was well cooked, well seasoned and clearly made with care. They also had classic Greek desserts, including a phyllo‑dough pastry soaked in honey with custard and cinnamon (I'm blanking on the name, but it was absolutely delicious). The kids loved getting ice cream for dessert. The staff were friendly and welcoming. It's a pleasure when you are greeted by a staff who is genuinely happy to be there and interacting with guests. We ended up going back two more times during our short stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone local, and especially to anyone looking to escape the horrors of the Kartrite resort food. Our only complaint is that we don't live closer; this would absolutely be our regular go‑to spot if we did!

On the day we visited, it seemed the staff was stretched thin to a skeleton crew that was able to make it through the snow. I was grateful for our hardworking waitress who seemed to be the only server in the spacious dining room. My husband and I both ordered burgers and we both found them decent. I appreciated that the fries were freshly hot. The Bistro Waldorf salad was also fine. The halved grapes and light smattering of dried fruits and nuts made for a lovely shareable salad. That said, we had the darndest time trying to figure out what the dressing was because while the salad arrived dressed and thickly coated with a creamy layer, the actual taste was on the blander side.

"You come here with 20 people and no reservation & you expect to be seated?" We agreed with her to split up & she did seat 16 of us together. But she wasn't happy & showed it. Service was slow. Ok. No problem. Lots of people. But we have been here before & always got separate couple checks. They said no. Someone went to management & they agreed to separate checks. Great! But it took 45 minutes to get a check & another half hour to pay. When one couple explained that they really had to leave the hostesses threatened to call security. "This is what you wanted & now this is what you get." I understand the frustration on both ends, but there is a right and a wrong way to treat customers. I don't think that this was it!

So, here we are after a few rounds of trivia (which was the best part of the dining experience). I ordered two apps, pretzels and Philly cheese steak rolls. You can't mess those up, right?! Our food arrived and my Philly rolls look like they were cooked last week. I bit into one of them and it tasted like it was cooked last week. I moved on to the pretzels, WOW, I don't know how a pretzel could taste like it was a month old. The honey mustard nor the salt covered up the stale taste. We told our waiter about the food. He seemed to get upset as if he had cooked the food himself. He asked with an attitude, "would you like to talk to my manager?!" I replied, "sure, I would like to tell him about the food." Our waiter walked over to the manager, Chez and told him he wanted to speak with him. The manager, Chez has literally been talking with two people for over 20 mins (they seem to be friendly). He clearly has no desire to discuss how we felt about the food here. I'm pretty sure he is avoiding us bc he doesn't want to talk about this crap they call food! So, I will gladly tell people to avoid this place like the plague. I wouldn't eat here if they offerred me free food for the rest of my life. The food and unprofessionalism of the staff will be enough to close this place soon.
