I was craving halo-halo and found this gem. It's one of the many food kiosks inside Blossom Market Hall. I had the proper halo-halo I remember growing up eating. Sweet red beans, young coconut shreds, ripe jackfruit strips, kaong, nata de coco, topped with ube ice cream, leche flan, and crisp rice cereal. Staff took the order patiently and said the halo-halo will be ready in 10 minutes. There are tables with hideaway benches and bar height chairs and tables to sit on.

    Mais Con Yelo ($15 - 24oz)

I had a good experience at Tim's Thai Tea (San Gabriel). I ordered the Mais Con Yelo ($15 - 24oz) and Thai Tea ($9 - 24oz). Although its Thai Tea felt lackluster, the Mais Con Yelo dessert ensnared my heart. I happily bit into its creamy, sweet scoop of ice cream. I arrived at Tim's Thai Tea (San Gabriel) on Thursday (around 6:30PM). It's located inside the Blossom Market Hall. Parking is easy. The lot is spacious. Customers order at the counter or self-service kiosk. Staff is friendly but unmemorable. Staff usually vanishes behind the counter. After ordering, Staff provides an electronic pager. It beeps when your order is ready. My order took six minutes and 53 seconds. As mentioned, I ordered the Mais Con Yelo ($15 - 24oz) and Thai Tea ($9 - 24oz). The Mais Con Yelo includes Sweet Corn Cheese Ice Cream, Sweet Corn & Cream Corn Mix, Shaved Ice, Evaporated Milk, Condensed Milk, and Corn Cereal. When fresh, the Mais Con Yelo ($15 - 24oz) is VERY delicious. The ice cream is creamy with a robust, addictive corn flavor; its dry corn cereal toppings add a playful "CRUNCH." However, this treat is messy. It melts quickly!! As you progress, the treat tastes like chilled milky sweet corn. Unfortunately, the Thai Tea ($9 - 24oz) tastes heavy and bitter. There's an appreciated tea flavor attempt; however, it tasted burnt. Also, the boba pearls had a very off-putting texture and taste. These boba pearls felt like defrosted marshmallows. Despite the mediocre taste, I appreciated how the drink is thirst-quenching and huge. The Thai Tea is not bad, but it's forgettable. Concerning ambiance, Tim's Thai Tea (San Gabriel) benefits from being inside the popular Blossom Market Hall. It's filled with customers! The music is also very energetic and upbeat like a nightclub. The location has plenty of tables and seating. And the location is well-ventilated and clean. If I were to nitpick, Tim's Thai Tea (San Gabriel) would benefit from a hand sanitizer bottle because its desserts are so messy. Overall, I appreciated my visit to Tim's Thai Tea (San Gabriel). Personally, the Mais Con Yelo ($15 - 24oz) saved this experience. It's a beautiful and delicious dessert. If curious, I lightly recommend. 4.5 out of 5

Mais Con Yelo, shrimp balls, kwek kwek, fishballs

We got catering from Tim's chai tea/Mag's matamis. It was an excellent experience. Everyone enjoyed the fish balls, the shrimp balls, the kwek kwek and the sauces. The live cooking was a highlight! And the dessert portion was even better. The sago gulaman was the best and so refreshing. We also had Halo halo and Mais con yelo which were both delicious. They usually have their tent, but I am very grateful that they were able to accommodate our narrower but longer space on the day of. We did have umbrellas to help keep the desserts cool. For the catering package all the utensils and containers were all included. And they were very efficient and none of our guests had to wait very long for any food or dessert. Scheduling with them was very easy and convenient. They respond quickly and are able to customize the menu to your needs and they also print the menu according to your parties theme. I was very happy with their food and their service and would highly recommend them!

Brings you back to my childhood snacks and I'm not even into sweets! It's also a little elevated which made it more fun :) I can't get over the mais con yelo option . And Tim is super duper nice!

We stopped by on a busy Saturday night and there was only 1 employee working. The young gentleman working assisted every customer waiting in line with such grace and kindness. We were watching him make the drinks and you can tell he was having a great time putting the drinks together. The young man delivered all the drinks and orders in a timely manner with a smile. Thank you for providing excellent customer service. Enjoyed our milk teas from Tim's Thai Tea. We ordered the Strawberry Milk Tea and Thai Tea. It was delicious. The milk teas were not too sweet. The Thai Tea was blended perfectly: Can't wait to try other milk tea items on their menu.

Tea Bag - no, tea IN a bag... yes! With such a picture, I couldn't help but try it out for its novelty. Yup, I got the Thai tea in a bag with brown sugar boba - less sweet. The drink took about 5 minutes to prepare, and the staff explained how to enjoy it in their reusable pouch. A few sips later, I realized that the boba tasted normal and not like brown sugar - still good nonetheless. The Thai tea was on the watery side, but the level of sweetness was nearly perfect. The reusable pouch? I enjoyed the idea of being sustainable; now I just need to use it more often. The best part about it? It's included in the price, and it also stands on the table fairly well. A good amount of thought was definitely put into this product - credit where credit is due!

The staff is extremely kind and sweet! We found a table and they brought the drink to us! I can always count on friendly service here! I really hope this stays for quite some time because I love their Thai tea and shaved ice!

Halo halo!!!!!!!! One of the best! Got the large 24oz cup. Guy was nice enough to split into two 12oz cups. He even let us have a choice of ice cream flavor!!! The mais ice cream is the best! The other one had pandan ice cream. Located in the blossom market hall. In the center kiosks. Can't find a better halo halo!

Located inside the blossom food hall in SGV. This food hall has plenty of seating and parking with free wifi for all guests. The staff were super attentive and helpful in answering any questions we had. Unfortunately the mais con yelo was definitely pricey when compared to everything else served in the food hall. Tasty but not worth the price. order: Mais Con Yelo ($13 after tax) comment: I tried to get a cup for free water at the hall but they don't provide any cups. I asked if they sell water which they then replied yes but for $5.50. WHY WOULD A BOTTLE OF WATER COST $5.50?? Great service and tasty drink but the prices are all over the place

This place was busy. There was only employee and he was working hard. He still gave great customer service even though he was the only one working on such a busy evening. I didn't get to catch his name but it was 10/11/25 around 8pm. We ordered the thai iced tea and strawberry milk tea in a reusable pouch. Requested for no boba in either drink. They were delicious! The reusable pouch is a cool concept. And it came with a bendy straw for the LO. Thank you!

a really cute dessert place in the middle of a food court! got the halo halo -- it was made quickly and tasted very fresh. there are lots of tables right near the shop, plus more tables with outlets upstairs. the music downstairs is pretty loud and more suitable for if you're chatting with friends. upstairs is quieter and good if you're working. the tables can get pretty crowded, so keep that in mind if wanting to eat here. the wifi is strong and held well during zoom meetings. lots of clean bathrooms as well.

Very novel drinks that are brightly colored The taste is good but quite expensive. It was hard to see the prices from what I remember Service was relatively quick The food hall where the store is located at had plenty of seating and was generally clean. Overall I don't think I would come here too often for the price and location

    Lisa N.

I ordered the Buko pandan and was impressed with the portions. Love the decor and service! Everything here was so cute and colorful! They even have shave ice. The Buko pandan had yummy pandan ice cream. It was a nice sweet treat after my meal. Very refreshing. I like the jellies. Apparently the boba was a free add-on? Nice! This place is located inside Blossom Market Hall. Lots of seating to enjoy your dessert.

Signature Taro Balls and Grass Jelly: the staff recommended me this after knowing I was looking for something warm, but turns out they ONLY serve this COLD. Luckily the red bean, glutinous rice balls and sago, were warm, so it saved this dessert a bit. I asked for no peanuts. It came with another type of clear jelly, it was very sweet. I didn't really enjoy it. The glutinous rice balls look like they are store bought very uniform. The price itself is nice, but the portion/bowl is kind of small. But if you ordered something with glutinous rice or some sorts of carbs in there, you will still feel full. Service was just alright. When I caught the mistake that my dessert is served as cold on the receipt, I immediately went up but was told that they have started making my order already (only about a minute since I made my order). The place itself is very cute, got great decorations. We went on a Saturday night and they were super busy, but they make their orders SUPER fast. It would be EXTREMELY helpful if they can list out the ingredients so people know what they are eating, and which ones can be served as hot to avoid confusion. Overall, I think it is not a must visit place, but if you are in the area looking for Chinese dessert then it's one of the few places to try.

I tried several cream puff flavors, and I definitely recommend chilling them before eating. The shell stays crisp, and the filling tastes even better cold. My favorites were the Maple Pecan and Black Sesame Hojicha. The maple flavor was noticeable without being overly sweet, and the slightly bitter dark chocolate coating balanced it really well. The black sesame and hojicha combination was also excellent, with a strong nutty flavor followed by a subtle roasted tea finish. The Dubai Pistachio Chocolate Croissant was easily the highlight of my visit. The croissant was flaky and crisp, and the inside was packed with crunchy pistachio kataifi, chocolate, and a generous amount of pistachio cream. The pistachio flavor tasted natural and nutty rather than overly sweet or artificial, and you could actually taste small pieces of ground pistachio. I also really enjoyed the Kimchi Bacon Garlic Roll. It had a great mix of savory, slightly sweet, creamy, smoky, and tangy flavors. The Raspberry Rose Lychee Croffin was lighter and more refreshing, especially after being chilled. The raspberry, rose, and lychee flavors worked surprisingly well together without tasting too floral. Even the Almond Croissant had a nice surprise inside with lemon custard, which helped balance the richness. Their flattened croissant was also incredibly crispy and reminded me of an extra-buttery palmier. I paired everything with the pistachio coffee, which was another standout. The pistachio cream topping was thick, rich, and actually tasted like pistachio instead of just flavored syrup. There are so many creative items here, but the flavors still feel thoughtful and well balanced. I would absolutely come back for the pistachio croissant, cream puffs, and coffee.

I also got 6 egg tarts, which were a great price at $1 each. The baked goods/sweets looked better than they tasted flr me. The egg tarts had a texture that was a bit off putting for myself, it was more of a steamed egg texture than a silky custardy filling. Flavorwise, they were ok though. The mystery box was fun and I got an apple cake, peach cake, and a panda cake. Now the mystery box is day old cakes so keeping that in mind, they are like cream based "cakes" and are essentially cream covered gels/jellies of some sort. The flavor and textures were good, very light cream with strong fruit flavors (the panda was also a peach flavor, I think). As a set of the mystery box price, I think the cakes are fun to try but I wouldn't, personally, pay those prices for essentially shaped cream. I'm glad I tried a new spot but ultimately don't think it was super impressive and found most of their desserts and baked items to be average, or a little less so as for the egg tarts.

Salted egg yolk with meat floss mochi - 3/5 A more savory option. It was good and it was something different but I thought it was a bit dry with the salted egg and meat floss. Not bad if you want something savory. Matcha green grape mochi - 1/5 The WORST one in my opinion. I literally had to spit it out. The matcha cream tasted so artificial and just was so bad. The grape was ok but just the matcha itself made the whole experience not tolerable for me. My friend went to pick up after work during a weekday so there was literally no line. But some of the flavors were already sold out. Glad we tried without waiting for hours and probably won't be getting it again.

Finally tried the Uji Matcha Latte, which tasted as it should. WOW! Each bite felt like a warm, decadent cloud. (Important Note: These Pancakes have a LONG wait. Each Jiggly Pancake had an expected 20 to 30 minute preparation time. Also, I recommend eating it dine-in. If you wait too long, these fluffy treats promptly get mushy.) I arrived at Motto Tea Cafe (San Gabriel) on Wednesday (11AM - Opening Time). Parking is easy. There's an underground lot for extra parking. Customers primarily order at the self-service kiosk. Customers must pay with card and insert phone number in the kiosk, but Customers can pay cash at the counter. Dine in customers grab a metal number that's stacked between the kiosks. Staff spoke limited English, but Staff is professional, diligent, and accommodating. My order took 24 minutes. As mentioned, I love the Creme Brûlée Soufflé Pancake ($17.50). It's plated and presented lovingly and seductively. It's memorable. With each motion, I bit hard onto its fluffy, lightly sweetened body. I savored how the creme brûlée's creamy sauce dribbled. It's layered, supple, and thick. I shake the plate. It dances. On ambiance, Motto Tea Cafe (San Gabriel) is comfortable. There's about seven interior tables and two counters. The music is slow-tempo and gentle. And it's clean. There's also a gender neutral restroom for customers. Overall, I created lovely memories at Motto Tea Cafe (San Gabriel). The wait is extremely long, but I found contentment at this journey's end. If you love wiggly pancakes & have plenty of time to spare, this is an easy recommendation. 4.8 out of 5

The matcha w/ red bean taiyaki is good, but it doesn't need the extra flair, honestly. So tasty on its own. I'm not a huge ice cream fan, but this was really enjoyable. It's a small shop with a few tables, but luckily, we came at a time when it wasn't too crowded. We ordered the ube and matcha swirl as well as a taiyaki with cookie butter. The cashier was quick and friendly. Total came out to $9 which is pricey in my opinion, but I thought the taste would make up for it. Ube and matcha swirl: Honestly, the ice cream was just okay. I definitely could taste the ube flavor, but the matcha flavor was weak. Additionally, the ice cream was not creamy. It was slightly icey. Somisomi's ice cream is much creamier, so I was disappointed with With Love's quality. Taiyaki with cookie butter: I really liked their taiyaki! It was crispy and slightly sweet. The cookie butter was great, but I just wish there was more filling. I do think their taiyaki is better than Somisomi's! Overall, With Love was a nice place to try for the first time, but I don't think I'll be back. I still prefer Somisomi, especially since they are actually cheaper than With Love with better quality.
