Price is very good for a restaurant with karaoke. Food is also delicious. Specially kabob skewers.

Coming across this location at the Blossom food market, I had to give this place a try. The staff was friendly and there were many choices on the menu. My gf ordered the chicken kebab plate, which was flavorful and I ordered the gyro plate, which was also delicious. The ingredients were of great quality and there were many places to sit. There's also a nearby bar to purchase alcoholic drinks if that's your thing. Overall I'm appreciative this Lebanese establishment still exists and I will definitely be back.

You would think the food would be piping hot since it's made fresh and required such a long wait...but no... Everything was lukewarm and the bread was cold. The salad consisted of lettuce and some marinated tomatoes that tasted sour. The hummus was very bland and the bread was thin, but soft. The Luhle (ground beef) was savory, but wasn't very juicy at all. The RICE, however, was very delicious. It was well seasoned and you can taste the different spices used to flavor it. Very earthy notes. Overall, very underwhelming experience. Mediocre and not worth the price or wait. Would probably not go back again. It's located inside Blossom Market Hall, so you order and seat yourself. Food will be ready when the buzzer they give you rings. Free street and lot parking available.

Our food came in about 15 minutes later. Our orders also came with pita bread and yogurt. The pita bread was soft and perfect to dip in the Greek yogurt. I liked my beef Kabob; it was very flavorful. But the meat quality of beef and chicken was not very tender; they were a bit chewy. The Kafta was a Mediterranean dish consisting of ground meat; this one was ground beef. It was not bad. The fries and rice were also good. Make sure to order your food earlier because you may need to wait for a while. The service was friendly. The cashier was very helpful; she helped us to refill our drinks and also followed up on my fries that they forgot earlier.

Sliced Naan are soaked with cumin and beef flavors. Please don't bring home though, you can only rescue a dried naan once. Goshnaan - juicy yet crispy pastry. It's well balanced. Big plate chicken is good and and authentic to uyghur. Noodles are must and add side order for the sauce. Lamb items (if you don't eat lamb anddidn't order, please don't even comment, fellows) - Skewers are hardly consistent though. Boiled and roasted are good. Disclaimer: I've never ordered the tower, looks too gimmicky. Noodles are all fine. That's their diet so can't be bad. I've had better polo elsewhere. Special tea: during and after meal. Great smell and flavor to carry through your meal. Service is great. They have a unique culture in hosting. The owners/partners are nice but servers turnover may occasionally affect your experience a bit. Tell the owners and they'll fix it for you.

The naan was quite plain, great for mopping up sauce but underwhelming by itself. Wish I had tried the Goshnaan. The special noodles were really tasty. Wish there was a little more meat but the overall serving was generous so can't complain. Good sauce at the end to soak the naan. Not spicy but full of flavor and spices. And finally the special tea. I was blown away. $10 for tea for one is a lot but I am so glad I tried it. The aroma is intoxicating and it tastes just as good. I bought a little tub to take home as I saw someone else recommend. Overal great spot, will be back again with more people to try the polo and goshnaan which other tables had and I was jealous of.

Unfortunately, the meat tastes like congealed tofu, and its salty broth tastes like instant ramen powder. The meal tastes frugal. I arrived at Northern Cafe (Monterey Park) on Monday (around 3:07PM). Parking is EASY. This business is next to the Garfield Lincoln Center's Public Parking Lot. I quickly found a parking spot. Customers order via scanning a QR code on their table. Customers can also order with a staff member; staff will walk to your table to take customer orders, but staff speaks limited English. Staff is polite and friendly. Staff tried to help me despite the language barrier. My food was ready within four minutes and 23 seconds. Very FAST! As mentioned, I ordered the House Special Beef & Tendon Soup ($14.50). I enjoyed the springy noodles, but there were some portions of the noodles that were clumpy and stuck together. Still, it carried a cheerful bounce, and it had a satisfying texture. Unfortunately, I disliked all other aspects of this meal. The meat did not taste fresh, and the broth tasted like instant powder. It's a cheap meal for the BIG portion of noodles, but it also tastes cheap. On ambiance, Northern Cafe (Monterey Park) is very clean and comfortable. There's plenty of tables, and the location sparkled. The location also felt spacious and well-ventilated. This location id also family friendly since I noticed a stack of high chairs for children. The music is upbeat, and there's many displayed flat screen televisions. Overall, Northern Cafe (Monterey Park) is not bad. It's cheap food with decent portions. The food didn't taste awful, but the food was also not that great either. Hopefully, it improves with time. 2.9 out of 5

The falafel had a strong bell peppery flaves with a crumbly interior and crispity crunchity exterior. The sarma was filled with a tangy herby umami tart tomato rice which was wrapped in a fibrous grape leaf. The cucumber yogurt was chunky, dilly, and refreshing and paired really well with the crispity crunchity fried pita chips and bread. The combo plate came with bulgur rice which reminded me of oatmeal but in rice form, juicy grilled tomato and pepper, tender, meaty and perfectly cooked filet cubes and juicy and savory chicken thigh chunks with some Sweet crunchy onions. Overall this place is pretty good. Appetizer sampler for 2 $13 Combo plate $25
