Keep an eye on the movers to make sure they're actually working for the time you're hiring/paying them for! We were scrambling for movers because the first ones we had scheduled an appointment with didn't show up. We greatly appreciated Titan Relocation Services' prompt response and professional communications getting set up with a contract and deposit. The movers (Matthew & Atef) communicated their arrival and were prompt within the expected time frame. They wrapped the larger pieces and we told them they really didn't have to but they took their precautions. We hired them with the understanding of minimum 3 hours. They did take a little longer so we had to pay for 4 hours in the end. There were several moments that they seemed to be dawdling, rearranging furniture in the truck unnecessarily, moving slowly - so we intervened to take care of all the smaller luggages that we could handle. I really appreciated their services to the point that I recommended them for my friends who were moving a couple days later. Unfortunately, they didn't have a great experience. Matthew and Atef helped my friends also, but they were rough with their furniture and seemed to drag out their time. My friends stepped in to help move the boxes because they were moving so slowly. My friend even took 5 trips in the span of Matt taking 1 trip. That is unacceptable, especially because the movers were so rough with the furniture that there were dents, scrapes, and rips accounted for afterward! My friends had JUST purchased all their furniture and refrigerator ... it is very unfortunate they experienced this mishap but THANKFULLY Titan refunded a portion because they are a responsible business that knows they have a duty to their customers. If you absolutely need movers, I would recommend this company ... but also advise that you keep an eye on the movers if you care very much about the condition of your furniture/appliances. read more

I've used a lot of movers in the past, and titan movers is definitely one of the best! They were on time, and the move was much faster than I thought. They were very organized with 3 people moving and 1 rearranging it in the truck, and they wrapped up my furniture extremely well. I booked the move with Joel, who was very helpful and set up a zoom call with a estimator to preview the move ahead of time to make sure I was booking the right amount of people/trucks. Just got done with a move with these guys Jose was awesome and the team worked hard all day in the hot summer sun and got the move done quickly and professionally. They came right on time and got everything done as quickly and safe as could be. They were able to get our adjustable bed out and our big fridge that barely fit through the door. I had an arrival time between 9-10am and got a call at 8:30am that they were going to be late. They still showed up at 9:15am. I love a company that under-promises and over-delivers. Frank, Matt, Kevin, and Atef moved me from a 3-story house, stopped at a storage shed, delivered some of my stuff to my new house, and then dropped the rest off at my son's apartment. They worked tirelessly, with humor and great attitudes, and were super careful with all of my belongings. They wrapped everything, and I do mean everything, and also disassembled my huge bedroom set and then reassembled it at my son's apartment. And they carried it downstairs in a 3-story house!! When we got to my storage shed, they weren't going to be able to add everything in the shed to the truck and make it one trip... So they off-loaded everything on the truck, re-packed everything including the stuff in my shed, and made everything fit so that I had to pay for only one trip. Amazing! At one point Frank could tell I was stressing out and he said to me, "Steve, stay with me buddy. I need you. It's going to be ok. We got this." It was calming and hilarious and exactly what I needed... all from a perfect stranger. All 4 of these young men were SUPER nice and SUPER friendly and SUPER hardworking. They made one of the most stressful days of my life go smoother than I could've ever imagined. read more

I've never written a negative Yelp review because I am a business owner and I know there are many challenges to running a business but I've had multiple bad experiences with Titan so this time I felt I should share my experiences. Today is the fifth time I've used Titan in the past 24 months. The first 2-3 experiences were positive which is why I used them again but the last two moves were terrible. I think they are growing and not able to manage the quality and experience level of their crews plus the owner is not concerned about customer service or experience. Today should have been a super easy move. It should have taken less than two hours including driving time but you pay for a three hour minimum which is all stated at the outset. However, the move became a big problem because the liftgate on the moving truck dropped down onto my driveway causing damage to decorative stone and the driveway itself (pictures below). The crew was trying to figure out what to do because they saw the damage to my driveway and eventually I had to borrow my neighbor's floor jack to lift the moving truck so the liftgate could be retracted. At the end of the move, I spoke with the supervisor, Joel, told him about the damage, reminded him that I've used Titan five times, explained that we have three upcoming - business related - moves in the next two months and asked him to make this right or lose my business. Joel offered me $20 to cover the damages. I told him that was not reasonable so he spoke with the owner and in the end they credited me $20 (total) for the damaged driveway and wasting two hours of my time. They couldn't even offer a discount equivalent of one hour of time. In other words, they did not want my business. This is not the way to do business. At the beginning of this post I said the last two moves were problematic. When we used them four months ago, their crew scratched my hardwood floor (picture below) and when they delivered my furniture they lost bolts for two pieces of furniture so I had to purchase and reassemble myself. At the time, all my previous experiences were positive so I figured it was an anomaly but it seems this is the new level of service offered. Some of their crews are good but you have no selection so we will never use Titan again. read more

So I have to write a review to let people know my experience with this company. This is a review of Titan Relocation Services and Joel in particular, who was my contact for the quote and move. I called the company for a local move quote. Joel gave me his pricing, which was fair. He NEVER mentioned anything about double hour charge for the drive (something that probably should be mentioned when you're giving a moving quote on the phone). I booked 2 guys for 3 hours. They showed up on time, one of the guys Oscar was talkative and told us how much experience he had with moving. The guys worked hard and did take care in packing our stuff. When we finished the move, it went over 30 minutes over the 3 hours, and I got a quote of $200 more than expected. I immediately called Joel who said if you go over 3 hours, the price goes up. When I asked him why he didn't tell me the drive time is charged double, he said it was on the contract. I asked why he didn't mention it on the phone, he said he did. I stated I am 100% sure he did as I wrote down his quote, along with others when comparing moving companies. He said he will check the recording from our original conversation and I said please do, you'll realize you're wrong. After arguing with him on the phone, he gave a discount to cover the difference. Oscar also started giving attitude which was completely uncalled for. Everything I just mentioned is not even the worse part. The worse part is the walls at my new place. There are over 10 scratches or stains on the walls along the staircase from the movers. I have moved at least 15 times in my life and I have not seen so many scratches from 1 move. Oscar showed me a paper to sign to say I waive all damages, I said no way I'm not signing this. He said "I knew you wouldn't." I called Joel and let him know about about the scratches and he told me to send him pictures which I did, and he'd get back to me. The last message I got from him was stating his paint guy is out sick, when he gets back he'll let me know and set up a time to touch up the walls. It's been 2 weeks and I have left 2 messages for him. I tried calling him this week as well. Joel did not answer but a woman did who said the owner will call me tomorrow. Tomorrow was yesterday. All in all, this is no 5 star rated moving company. Seriously don't bother with them. If they delete this post, I'll just repost it. People should know how they treat their customers. February 28th of this year, I found myself in a dilemma. The moving company I used for both of my previous moves decided to bail on me at the last minute. I started calling around and finally connected with Titan Relocation Services. Although their schedule was completely booked, they were willing to take me on as a client. Fantastic experience with the entire crew! Needed to move out like yesterday and was scrambling to find a trustworthy and efficient moving company. Damn, did they deliver. Joel was super responsive, quick and had someone come over the very next day for a quote. Stan came over and told us exactly what to expect, what size of storage unit, how much time would be needed, how many movers, etc. Basically, if you're oblivious like me (I picked out a storage unit that was 1/3 the size until Stan advised), don't fret. These guys are so knowledgeable and helpful. Stan clearly has a ton of experience. Crew came the next day, packed and stored EVERYTHING. They wrapped the items meticulously. Didn't have to lift a finger and oh my, it was worth every god damn penny. Don't forget to tip the movers! Everyone was professional and super helpful from start to finish. We knew we had to move in May, but we definitely did not foresee a pandemic potentially throwing off our schedule. I scheduled our move like 1.5 months in advance (talk about paranoia), but Titan Relocation was great throughout the whole process. Very professional and very reassuring that everything will go according to plan; we just have to be packed and ready to go on the day of our move. They sent 3 movers and they arrived on time, around 8:00 am I think. They did a tour of our two-bedroom apartment and made a note of all the large furniture. Our complex has an elevator, but the apartment is a short walk from said elevator. Our new complex also has an elevator, but they opted for the stairs as the stairs led directly to our apartment. Straight staircase, no turns. In the beginning, I felt like they were really hustling. But all in all, I think it took them close to 4 hours to move everything from our 2nd floor apartment down to their truck. We had about 40 medium-sized boxes, a desk (just tabletop with legs), two TV stands, an L-shaped sofa, dining table with two bar stools, king-sized mattress and frame, two bookshelves, a small dresser, and maybe 10 plastic dressers. Some smaller miscellaneous things. By the time we were done, it was around 3 pm. I mean, that seems like a really long time for 3 movers. Or do I just have high expectations? With 3 professional movers, it took them 7 hours to complete our move with only a 30-minute driving distance between the two locations. This was by far, the most expensive move to date I have ever paid for. When all was said and done, it was about $1000 (not including tips per mover). I've moved 5-6 times prior to this move, and never have I paid this much for 3 movers and a truck. It was a positive experience in that the movers were professional and friendly, but this is just not financially feasible. I'd recommend them to others with the disclaimer that you will probably end up paying more than you planned to. read more

They were impressingly good at defusing our move anxiety (did they receive therapy training ?) First time using these guys but they are great!!!! Easy to communicate with, these guys deliver as promise. From the moment the crew showed up they had a plan and executed it perfectly. We had a large move with 6 guys and two trucks. They moved quickly, professionally handled everything, and treated our furniture with care. We even had one large item, my wife's craft station, that needed white glove care. They handled it with care and made sure it arrived without a scratch on it. The house we moved into was three stories but they handled it like true pros! The cost was a little more than expected but so was the service we got. So my girlies finally did it. They've both flown the coop and they chose to do it during this pandemic. Definitely not the best timing, but Titan made the move easy and stress-free. Initially, I spoke with Dawn regarding pricing, setting an appointment date, and logistics. This was a three-stop move, two of which were in L.A., and I was concerned about the narrow, congested streets. She set my mind at ease and I was happy that they could accommodate me. The day before the move, I received a reminder. The morning of the move, I received a call letting me know the time of arrival. It's the little things like this that I appreciate. Nick and Vlad were our movers and I would highly recommend them. They worked quickly and carefully and all items were delivered and set-up however we requested. Anthony and Johnny were wonderful! They helped us relocate a bunch of our furniture into a storage unit and were extremely efficient. Anthony is the MASTER of playing Tetris when it comes to moving things into a storage unit. We had a full truck load full of furniture and he managed to help us place all of the furniture into a small 10x10. I'm shocked that he was capable of doing that but very impressed with the amount of effort he put in with helping us. These guys were amazing! They were extremely strong, hard-working, quick, and super-nice. Their spectacular driver managed to back up the truck into the driveway despite the narrow residential street. (See photo!) The only parking was across the street, so by backing up a lot of time was saved going back and forth from the truck to the house. They padded or wrapped anything that needed it, and nothing broke despite their quickness. Plus, they all just had such a good vibe! I recommend them very strongly! read more

We scheduled our move almost a week before the national emergency was set into place. Moving on it's own is very stressful, but moving during this pandemic even more so. We were nervous that the movers would cancel because every other company was shutting down as the days drew closer to our move date . I called Dawn to confirm that they wouldn't be canceling and she put my mind and nervous at ease assuring me they'd be there ready to go.
