He made it easy for me to get a reservation even with short notice Best movers so far. Easiest to deal with and their employees do not waste time! I can't say the same yet with their other employees, but Frank and Pablo really turned a 7 hour job into less than 4 hours!. No breaks were taken. I'm taking about moving 1,700 boxes 15lbs each! I wasn't sure what to expect with a moving company, since it's my first experience with movers. I was quite impressed. These guys worked nonstop for 3.5 hours. They were 30 minutes early and wrapped everything. They reassembled furniture if we needed it. They were even able to move our couch outside the apartment unit, even though the door frame was too small. I'd highly recommend hiring movers from this company. We used the company in Sept 2021 prior to our move out of state. We used them to pack our 3 story townhome into an already rented U-haul we were going to be driving. They were on time, attentive, professional and very respectful of our furniture and took time to properly wrap objects- especially TVs and a large mirror. We have finally unpacked our items from storage into our home and everything was well maintained. A few things with small scratches and dents but those items were of little value and can happen during moving- not saying it was the movers of this specific business. I had three different teams move and partially pack my house into and out of PODS. The first team was Justin and his crew Dion, Rustem and Yuri. They were amazing, nothing from the pod they packed was scratched or broken, they were very professional, careful, helpful, and packed the POD like rock stars. I wish I could hire them for everything I need. The second group was Juan and his crew, no complaints they were good. The third crew was Stan and two young kids that weren't great. Things from the POD they packed were scratched, broken and some not even wrapped. Poor Stan had to really micro manage the other two workers, they stood around a lot. Nice people, but you could really tell the difference. Justin and his crew unpacked me so at the end of my move I was happy. It was a big move to an interum place and then to a perminent one, so I priced things out. I think I got the best deal with Titan and Joel in the office was very attentive to my needs and concerns. I was in need of a complete move in a short notice. Titan reassured me they would pack all my items and help with everything I needed. They packed up pretty quickly. After doing a walk through they had left tv wall mounts attached to walls and missed a bathroom and medicine cabinets. Once arriving to new location I was a bit disappointed that the majority of the boxes were not labeled. So each unlabeled box that was brought in they had to stop and ask where it went and open the box so I could see what was in it. Wasting a lot of time that I was paying for. I am still unable to find the box/s for my sons room. The main guy packed my kitchen items with expertise while the others seemed like they could care less if my things were ruined. They have a lot of great reviews. Not sure if it was just bad luck or they are good at getting people to remove bad reviews. They sent two guys back out to help me...one had a cough and said it was just from smoking....they glued the chunk of wood back onto the dresser leg, paid for the broken lamp shade, moved a couple things and put my bed together. However with the pandemic in full force I did not want them here any longer than needed. Hi Joel, In response to your reply: I stated in my review that you sent 2 guys out to help me. With the way things were packed and left there was nothing more they could do. I had to go through all my jewelry and the disorganized packing myself. Lack of boxes being labeled wasted the time of your movers and my time trying to unpack and sift through the chaos. I am still unable to find my sons bedroom items or parts for TV wall mounts. Out of all the moving companies I have used, this is hands down the BEST!!! The coordinator is very responsive and kind on Yelp. Our movers bailed on us on Sunday and Titan was able to send help immediately after on Monday. They were kind enough to accommodate our work schedule and came on time at 5pm and worked nonstop until 10pm at night. They are strong, super kind, and very hard working. This company was referred to me by my cousin and I am so thankful for the referral. Titan relocation services is the best moving company I have ever worked with (and I have moved a LOT)! Prior to our moving day, Stan came over and did a walk through to assess what our place looked like and how much stuff we had. Although our old place wasn't huge, there are a lot of stairs so he recommended 4 guys and quoted me a very good price. On move in day, Mark from Titan called me and told me he was 30 minutes away and he showed up exactly 30 minutes later. Mark and three other guys (Serg, Alex and Nick) pretty much got started as soon as they walked in. All four of them were all really friendly and polite. I also appreciated that they handled our furniture really carefully and worked surprisingly quickly. They are truly professional and experts at their job. In the past, we have had movers who often disappeared to take smoke breaks or damaged the door frames but this moving team didn't do anything like that. I also wanted to note that we have a king bed which is super heavy and logistically a nightmare to move (I have learned) but they were able to squeeze in up the stairs into the new place after a couple of attempts. Honestly I never want to move again but if I do, I will definitely call up Stan at Titan Relocation Services. I don't know if you can request specific movers but if we could, I would ask for Mark, Serg Alex and Nick again. read more

We contacted this company strictly on reviews. we also contacted a couple others also based on reviews. Stan, came personally to check out our house and belongings. Other companies gave a quote online based on what was just explain to them and another wanted us to give a video so they could give an estimate. Of course, the others who did not come in person, quoted us at least double the price as Stan had quoted us. We chose to continue with titan relocation services and it was the best decision we made for our needs. We were told the team would arrive between 9 AM and 10 AM. They arrived at 8:50 AM. Juan, Matt, Joel, and Max, wasted no time getting to work! They moved at lightning pace and never slow down. Their attitudes were commendable, as well as they were very respectful and polite. At the end of this almost 10 hour process (distance and 37 years of belongings) the guys still had kept their upbeat attitudes, and finished everything to our satisfaction. We needed to move a refrigerator, couches, mattresses, furniture and boxes as soon as possible, so I looked around Yelp and found Titan Relocation Services. Their quote was same as others on hourly basis. However, two other company quoted me other fees. Titan's quote is straight forward so I chose them. On the moving day, Mark and Nick came to my place on time and started the move. Very professional and courteous. Similar to other moving companies, they have 3 hours minimum and I thought it would take about 3 hours to move my stuff from upstairs to downstairs apartment. They finished moving all the furniture, tables, refrigerator, etc. in about an hour a half. So, for the remaining 1.5 hours, they helped me move my stuff in the garage, which was a bonus for me. Otherwise, I would have to move them myself. I highly recommend Titan Relocation Services for moving. My first time with this company and I would use them again in the future. The best customer service!! The person who picked up my call is very detail and professional, he go over all the options and services they provided and very detail on their pricing. The movers arrived on time and they are all very strong. They helped me to move to a 3 story building which require the washer and dryer to be on the third floor. This isn't easy and they did a great job. All 4 movers pretty much work non stop and only took a short lunch during the driving time. Used this company 2019. I know I'm 2 yrs late. But leaving reviews on my Yelp, and they popped up. First off, the two guys who moved my stuff, super cool people. No complaints on them whatsoever. They were fast. Clean. Respectful. And strong. Lol. My complaint is on the person who I was chatting with about this move. Hey arrived late. Late. Late. Late. And when I messaged to find out what was going on, they took forever to reply. There wasn't a phone number that I was able to talk to anyone. So picture this. I'm moving from an apartment that I lived with my ex boyfriend, and I'm literally waiting in the apartment with him waiting for these movers. And instead of leaving during the day like my schedule time was, I had to wait in there, with my ex, waiting for someone to respond to me. And then giving me bad news that they're late. Then having to wait for them to actually move my stuff. And then driving to my new place and pretty much done by 9:30p. It was just a horrible experience. Ok, so I've never had movers help me on a move...but after 15 trips with my 92 Ford Ranger from Santa Clarita to Duarte to my storage unit (in a hurry...breakups suck)--I was willing to not go through it all again...truckload by truckload. So; I came on yelp and got some quotes. After 10 quotes: I chose Titan. The movers--one cool Russian guy (who I would dig hanging out with!) and another Latino guy were my team, and--bam: they showed up promptly on the dot. They were fast to get forms signed and start of course, so I let them do their job (other than grabbing some fragile things I came across as they unpacked my storage unit). Like clockwork: I knew it would likely take 3 hours to load their truck and they were ON IT! Next was an easy drive to my new place, where they unloaded in waves. (I know they were happy when they found out I had an elevator, and they were SUPER courteous to other residents who came and went by letting them ahead of themselves.) Even with the occasionally politely and happily letting someone go into the elevator (which they would unload more of the truck during--they were efficient!) it only took them 3 hours to unload everything and drop it off just into my apartment (for me to sort and deal with--I just didn't wanna haul it up to my 3rd floor digs). Seriously: your moving team was awesome--like I said: I'd TOTALLY hang out with the one guy (if you see this! Reach out! Haha! It'd be cool to make a friend!) and they were absolutely amazing to watch work. Total time they were around me was 6.5 hours--and though they busted their asses: they made my move so much better after what I went through putting me into storage and couch crashing a couple months ago. It was really easy and simple to book. All their pricing is in their website. I thought it would cost more on weekends but nope! Whatever is on the website applies to weekends as well and it was a very much needed service. I mean, my housemates and I tried to move as much small stuff as we come but after 3 - 4 trips, the job gets tedious and there was a bit of walking distance from the house to the car in a hot hot day. We had a lot of stuff to move, so we are really grateful for Mark and Paul in helping us. With their help, 1 trip was suffficed and there was still room left in the truck...
