    CRANBERRY MUFFIN

It was the 1st time I came here even though I have seen this place many times so I decided to get something from Tivoli I saw lots of sweets and breakfast items so I decided to get the cranberry Muffin and a simple Latté with Almond milk it was very good [[HIGHLIGHT]]the Ambiance, was great and clean very low level of noise[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] and the Service, was very good in fact that I did not feel rushed and the employees didn't need me to hurry was very nice and attentive

Very friendly staff. The iced caramel latte and the pumpkin latte are so delicious. The sausage egg and cheese on croissant was perfectly made. The homefries!! So GOOD. So many options for a quick breakfast.

    Boba Tea

Stopped in in the morning to grab a doughnut and Boba tea. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Very clean inside with a variety in inside the displays.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The big problem was that mochi donuts were not available until about 10 o'clock. Seems like a difference when stopping in the morning. They also advertised Korean dogs that were not available. We only got Boba tea, which was very good and in this interesting container. The staff was polite, but very flustered about what we ordered . I believe this place is worth stopping at, but I cannot comment on the food, which is a drawback.

Mango mousse cake by the slice

We got the mango mouse cake and the dark chocolate gateaux which said grand Mariner on it but was more like a dark chocolate ganache gateaux. The mango mousse cake has a strawberry roll center to it and it is possibly one of the best mousse cakes I've ever had. Absolutely a must pick up here! The cake-by-slices are a wonderful way of enjoying the deliciousness they have when you aren't able to buy a whole cake and eat it too! The grand Mariner chocolate ganache was extremely rich and if you're a chocolate lover this wi hit home at all the sweet spots! While I love chocolate cakes, this mango mousse raspberry cake was a winner. They are located so easily accessible to the Hilton (same building) I really wish the liquor license hadn't expired because they had a decent collection of beers and wine there. If you're looking at some unique cakes and cookies- this is the place!

Used to order cakes from here long ago and they are still as trustworthy and delicious!

Best ever, the best Oreo cheesecake, the prices are right, I took a green tea bubble, maybe in the future you need more flavors, the service are patient but [[HIGHLIGHT]]I love the ambiance, look so clean and fresh[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

    Taro bubble tea
    Staci S.

I was in the area and felt adventurous, so I decided to get some bubble tea from here. It threw me off a bit when no one was manning the central counter. It wasn't until I went to the counter by the inside entrance where there were employees that I realized they belonged to the same place. Honestly, I would recommend that they take bubble tea off of their menu. It was probably added since it is a growing trend among the DMV area, but it is not their strong suit and does not tie in well with the other products they sell. The bubble tea was powdered and some of the bubbles were hard. In addition, it is served in a Frappuccino cup - the small is equivalent to a grande at Starbucks. You have to stir the bubble tea really well upon receipt since it comes to you warm with ice on the top. If they had the equipment and stereotypical bubble tea cups then they could at least address that issue. When compared to bubble tea chains (Kung Fu Tea, Gong Cha, etc.) and the bubble tea at local Asian establishments between Annandale and Centreville, this bubble tea was on the lower end of the spectrum. However, I can safely say that it was not the worst bubble tea I have had in my life. That honor belongs to a different establishment where I could not even bring myself to finish the cup. Would I come here again for the bubble tea though? Nope! I would rather try the Kung Fu Tea near Clarendon Metro or go to Starbucks which also happens to be located in the same building.

The place itself is nice and the coffees are flavorful. I mostly come for the coffee. The mocha is good. I tried one of the pastries one time and it was a bit dry (not fresh), and overpriced in my opinion. As far as the staff, it can be a hit or miss. Some of the staff are friendly, some are not so friendly. Depends when you come I guess, but I like the coffees enough to come back every now and then.

    The hair in the cheesecake

I bought a cheesecake in this store today and found more than one hair inside of it, this place isnt clean.

I was sitting down inside and the ambiance was very nice and quiet, and I have super sensitive hearing, I can hear things very clearly, I heard this one guy working there and it sounded to me like he was harassing one of the girl workers there, she seems very young, it was very concerning and honestly kinda weird and disturbing to hear this guy say this at work. Not very professional like, I would suggest talking to this guy or firing him. If I was working there and this guy said this to me, I would quit. Then another time I was there and he was being rude to a customer, this was on a Sunday and one again I was there just sitting and I was witnessing it. Other than that; everything else was amazing.

I've had the pie and coffee before and loved. But the other items are new. I'll start with the McLovin: it's incredible! All the flavors work together nicely. The buttermilk biscuit is nice and fluffy and the sausage is well seasoned and egg was cooked to perfection with some melty cheese! The PB Cup in and blanket was yummy too! A stagger advised I heat it ijnthe microwave for 10 seconds and it was so gooey! The Oreo in a Blanket was also great! I really enjoy Bakeshop and I'm so glad I live really close to one! Not so much now. Now it is good but not exceptional like in the past. Their pastries are getting smaller and the prices have gone up. There is also inconsistencies in quality, with some items being slightly overcooked. Napoleons - these are about half the previous size. Still very good though. Strawberry eclair - smaller than previous. Also, the shell is consistently overcooked now. Quiches - these are around a third of the previous size. Sometimes they are overcooked and dry. Also, the mixed veggie quiche is much smaller in depth to the spinach one Various danishes (cheese, apple, cherry, sticky buns) - all around a third of their previous size. Still great quality and tasty though Sfogliatella (Italian pastry) - surprisingly, these are larger than they used to be. These are not good anymore though. The filling tastes good, but it's a weird texture now that they make it larger. The pastry shell is really hard and chewy now that they are larger. These used to be the greatest ever. It's a shame. Cannoli - tried this for the first time today. Won't ever do that again. The shell was good and crispy. The filling was a weird color and had tiny chocolate chips in it. You could tell it was several days old because the chips were soggy. Also, they filled it when we ordered it - and they just put a tiny bit of filling in it so we could actually see through the shell. Not good.
