So we ordered the spicy pepperoni that many reviewers mentioned. Glad we did. When we arrived, we saw the front parking to be full. Fortunately, I looked at the Google Maps aerial view and saw the parking lot behind the pizzeria. We accessed the lot via an alleyway just past the pizzeria. The pizzeria is small. Has some seating but is more suited for takeaway orders. We got the pizza to go. When we opened the box, we were pleasantly surprised by how big the pizza was. Each of the six slices was about the size of some personal pizzas. The sauce & pepperonis were nice & spicy. The pizza was dotted with dabs of creamy ricotta cheese. Nice counterpoint to the spiciness. Fresh basil leaves added some flavour and looks. The crust was thin and delicious. Well worth the $22 price. We'll come back for the pizza whenever we're in Norfolk.

This was extremely disappointing and did not reflect the level of professionalism or customer service we expected. Additionally, the interaction left us concerned that we may have been treated differently due to racial bias. While I cannot speak to the host's intent, the experience certainly left that impression. Based on this experience, we will not be returning. I hope management takes the time to review what occurred and address the situation appropriately.

The employee told him they do that for the tip portion of the receipt. I thought that was a bit disingenuous. My husband ended up putting the tip on the receipt and signing it, but I was a bit put off by all that. Why am I tipping you on carry out? You didn't serve me at a table. You didn't drive to north Suffolk and deliver the pizzas. What are we tipping for? We've already paid for the food.
