The place is packed and it got a good flow of customers. The scorching heat this days makes this place the must have to cool down on a hot day. The chicharon prep was a awesome pick for a start before the consumption of a mangoneada and on the go a raspada tamarindo. All these treats can chill one cravings on a hot sunny day. The ice treats are very delicious and you won't be disappointed. Come all who bear or far! Get yourself a taco ice-cream to go!

Service was friendly and the ice cream was perfect! I was excited to try the elote (corn) flavor as my dad had talked about it being delicious.... It was. We will make this one of our go to spots anytime we are in the Anaheim area.

Great place to come for refreshments ! They have everything ! From paletas to açai bowls. Everything Is so good and fresh . The employees are always friendly and helpful . My kids and I like to come here when we're in the area . They keep it clean and have a good amount of tables inside . Plan to try different things again next time we go .

Tocumbo Ice Cream is my go to spot when I want something fresh on a hot day. Their quality is excellent and the staff is so pleasant. They're willing to make adjustments to their menu items to fit your liking. Today my husband asked for a fruit cup and asked if they could add cueritos to it. They didn't hesitate, even though that item isn't listed on their menu that way. I love their paletas. They have a great mix of paletas with a water base or milk base. My favorites are the jamaica, fresa de agua, and nuez. Today, I tried their regular diablito which is two scoops of nieve de limon, chamoy, and tajin. She let me switch out one scoop for mango so I could try a different flavor. Both ice creams flavors were great but I was partial to the mango one. Seating inside is limited so you'll likely need to take your treats to go. We always take them anyway because it can get a little noisy and overwhelming inside, especially when there's a lot of people. They also offer a variety of other snacks and desserts. Everything I've tried so far has been excellent. It's a great spot to get some treats on a warm day.

We hired Jenn and Ricky to cater paletas for our wedding reception and we couldn't have asked for more - their customer service is second to none, their friendliness makes you feel like family, and their paletas are DELICIOUS! During our initial visit, Ricky served us samples of various flavors we were interested in. At our reception, Ricky and his wife served our guests with nothing but smiles and great attitudes. I can't recommend Tocumbo enough - please visit them and keep them in your mind for your next event. Thanks, Tocumbo!!

This is what 2 scoops look like now. Typically there's a lot more in these cups.

Serving sizes need to be consistent. The new staff serve a lot smaller amounts unless they were trained to do so then that's a different issue. Typically these cups have a lot more ice cream. If these are the new scoop sizes then it's not worth it to purchase ice cream here.

The chongos and the corn ice cream. The arroz con leche and black persimmon paletas (fire).

WOW!! New go to for ice cream! highly recommend the chongos and the corn ice cream. The arroz con leche and black persimmon paletas (fire). They are all HOME MADE!! the staff is the sweetest! Ask them to try the flavors before you choose. This place deserves way more hype!

Large Lg. Chamango super flavorful!!! Nutella 2 scoop ice cream! Small Diablito with extra chamoy and extra spicy!

Honestly we were gonna go to another ice cream shop, but it was completely packed...So we decided to pivot and come here to Tocumbo Ice Cream! I've lived in Anaheim almost my entire life and I can't believe I didn't stumble upon this place! I am happy I jumped onto that five star bandwagon, because this place is exceptional! It's totally worthy of a first choice pick..now that their goodness that has been served to my taste buds! This place is very chill and no pun intend considering they are in the Ice Cream business LOL!!! Shout out to Mary for preparing these wonderful frozen treats!!! Thank you Tocumbo Ice Cream for your service and flavor that you have going on!!!

    1. This dessert was loaded with lots of fruits! 2. The spot has fun casual vibes as it was with decoration for Día de los Muertos! 3. The staff were friendly and timely with the order! It took about 5-10 mins! 4. Parking is plenty in this shared lot! Note: The public restroom was out-of-order at the time! Photo: Escamocha

Amazing customer service, delicious delicious ice cream & the tejuino... my gosh, it is truly the BEST I have ever tasted!! I visited Guadalajara for the first time last year, and have been tirelessly searching for that same Tejuino flavor. This place truly met & exceeded all expectations.. will definitely be back!!

With so many delicious flavors to choose from, it's hard to go wrong. One tip: I highly recommend ordering online if you're in a hurry. This place is popular, and the lines can get pretty long, especially during the summer months. That said, if you order in person, you can get two flavors in the same cup, which is a fun way to try different combinations. I haven't figured out how to do that through the online ordering system yet. This has become one of our favorite places to stop after a nice family dinner. It's a great way to end the evening with a sweet, refreshing dessert. If you're looking for a cool treat to beat the heat, Joe's Italian Ice is definitely worth a visit!

She welcomed us with her sweet, contagious smile, and took the time to ask us how our night was going, even with the pressure of a huge line behind us waiting. She was quick to get all of our five different orders, she helped us decide on flavors, and gave us little stamp cards that will inevitably earn us a free dessert after a certain amount of visits! But I can confidently say that my return won't be motivated by my desire to get all ten stamps, it will be driven by the warm interaction I had the pleasure of receiving tonight! Keep doing you, Riley, you are so amazing at what you do!!

I was originally tempted to stay for churros, but the girls wanted to explore the Packing House, and this turned out to be a great choice! After walking around and checking out all the dessert options, we came back to Parfait Paris. Everything in the display case looked beautiful, making it hard to decide. I ordered the Káiser, and it was as pretty as it was delicious. The combination of marzipan and fresh strawberries was unique, balanced, and not overly sweet. It was freshly made, beautifully presented, and definitely satisfied my sweet tooth. Everyone in our group enjoyed their desserts, and it was the perfect way to end a graduation celebration. The staff was friendly, the desserts came out quickly, and the quality was excellent. If you're visiting the Anaheim Packing House and looking for a delicious dessert or a sweet treat after dinner, Parfait Paris is absolutely worth stopping by. We'll definitely be back!

I also didn't appreciate the attitude given when we asked for separate boxes for this and a slice of cake. Not sure if they were having a bad day or what, but we were delivering the slice to a family member in a nursing home and it was awkward to do this in the single box. I was going to let this go, but the dry bread pudding when I finally got home reminded me....
