They don't honor the Yelp! check in special of a free drink with a purchase of a sandwich that's all across all of their other stores as well... when I asked why, I got an "It's not in our system".... It's a free drink... can't you just give somebody a cup without ringing it up? I also came in with one of their frequency cards that had 6 stamps on it... I'm not sure about you, but I would think business logic 101 is that you show a little love to your frequent customers? This location is horrible, they constantly run out of product, even after only being open for 2 hours. Their Signature Meats are Pastrami and Turkey, yet they constantly have no Pastrami and even have run out of Turkey. Which either means their not prepping enough, or someone doesn't know how to order properly. Either way, when your the only Togo's in a 25 to 50 mi radius, your not doing a very good job representing the Togo's Brand. read more

The quality of the food here is not the reason for such a low rating - it's on par with other typical sandwich restaurants. It's their price and price structure. $11.04 for a 6" roast beef, chips and a regular (there is no small) drink - and I had no "extras". "Extras" being cheese. REALLY? $0.75 for cheese? Just a few extras or "upgrades" and my bill would have been over $13.00... PASS! With all the competition in the sandwich restaurant market - Togo's will never see me as a customer again. read more

I like this place in general. Nice that it has a Baskin Robbins inside too. The girls behind the counter seem to come and go pretty quickly. Been going here for a while and they have never messed up a sandwich or salad. This is important as my family can be picky about what they eat. Always clean behind the work stations, the tables can get a little dirty when they are busy. Overall I keep going so can't be too bad. Again l am a loyal TOGO's person for the food and the Asian Chicken salad. This is not subway or Quiznos or submarina it is better with great service. read more

I really don't understand why the reviews are so bad! I have always had great service from this Togo's! We have ordered for many occasions and always are so well taken care of. Today we ordered a few family size sandwiches to take to small family gathering so family could meet our new grandson and the staff at Togo's went above and beyond! I wasn't sure what produce anyone would want so I asked to have everything on the side and they gave us PLENTY! Our sandwiches we DELICIOUS and fresh tasting and everyone was very pleased! I like the #24, its pretty delicious when the bread is fresh, but the employees.. The girls this place hires and yes only girls.. they share the property with a Baskin Robbins where there are boys working however I have never seen a boy making a sandwich here. The last time I visited was the last straw for me. I went here on my lunch as I work at the mall hoping for it to be quick and a nice change from food court food.. little did I know I would spend 17 minutes standing at the counter getting two sandwiches made. 5 employees working and 1 girl had to make both of them. She was literally moving in slow motion and cracking jokes with the other employees who were standing around whilst ignoring me telling her what I wanted on my sandwich. To make matters worse I wanted to use the yelp deal.. a free drink with check in. Oh boy did that opened up an investigation.. the girl who prepared our sandwiches was not the one to ring us up.. because that's just how they do it at ToGos.. whatever, so the phone was shown to the girl making the sandwiches then handed to the girl who tried to ring us up, that girl then went in the back for 3 minutes talking to another girl. The 3rd girl then came back to the counter with the phone to tell us that they can not honor this deal because "its not in our system" they must supposedly type in and account for every "coupon" redeemed. It was a free soda... ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! a cup.. I'm buying TWO sandwiches and you can't give me a free cup?! And to top this whole situation off she then charged me for a drink which I specifically told her I did not want if they wouldn't honor the yelp deal.. in which she then had to refund me cash for. All and all I have never been satisfied with the service at this Togo's, I continue to return because their product tastes good and this is the closest location to my home.. from no on however, I will settle for a different sandwich place or simply drive a little further to a location that employees moderately intelligent human beings who know what customer service really is. read more

Well, I was pretty disappointed with Togo's for the first time in my life. So bummed! Hubby and I came here on a Saturday afternoon to pick up some sandwiches. Service was very friendly but she did not make a good sandwich. I ordered the Turkey and Cheese and it was sooooo dry. No flavor, barely any mayo/mustard and 2 little slices of pickles on it. It might have been her but I remember Togo's to have awesome sandwiches! And this just didn't cut it for me. I love Togo's! Their sandwiches are so much better than Subway (which means you will pay a little more, but it's worth it). Love the turkey+avocado sub. This location also has sides other than chips (macaroni salad, potato salad or ice cream! lol). One thing, the staff at this location is somewhat careless. Trash eatery. Ordered via Grubhub entire order was screwed up. Both sandwiches were the wrong size, on the wrong bread, with no special instructions/ requests adhered to. Grubhub driver also sucked. No follow up when delivered, food was not left by door as instructed (left on a fence post hidden from view down the property line). It was such an odd illogical place, it took us 20 min to find it. Would give it zero stars if I could. Sandwich was great. But very sloppy and thrown together. Owner or manager idk what he is but he's white & old, was VERY rude. I ordered through the app and it gave me a 3$ off coupon so I used it & paid 1$ for a mini sandwich. The guy asked how'd you get that & sounded really upset. He proceeded to throw my sand which at me, and when he asked me to sign the receipt he also threw a pen at me. It looks very unorganized as he's the only one making sandwiches and is very rude. Management needs to get their stuff together though because multiple times I've gone in and ordered one of their signature sandwiches and had to supervise it being made. So how bad is this for customer service: I go to Togos a lot when I go I get my sandwich card stamped for each sandwich I purchase. So does my husband when he goes. Sometimes I forget to bring my frequency card in and they give me a new card and stamp it. So I went in to purchase my sandwiches and I gathered up may stamped sandwich cards and they would only apply 2 out of the six cards I had towards my sandwiches. I asked them to count how many stamps that I had and to please put them all on 2 cards so I didn't have all these cards with 2 and 3 stamps and they wouldn't do it....not cool... bad customer service... I clearly purchased the sandwiches they didn't care 2 cards per order period and no putting them all on a card for me.....bad bad bad customer service.... Time to find a new sandwich place...just got home and opened my bag to find that they totally screwed up my husbands sandwich awesome! lol just found out the person that waited on me was a manager her name was Page... read more

I've been to this TOGOs multiple times - never had a problem. This time however, they lost a star because of the manager (or owner?). (His name was Phil) As I was ordering my wrap, the girl who was helping me started marking the wrong wrap (I ordered a chicken salad wrap) she started making a chicken salad with chicken breast and lettuce instead of the actual chicken salad you put on a sandwich. Anyway, when I asked to make sure she was making the correct thing, Phil decided to jump in on our conversation and very sharply told the girl, no, you did it wrong, start over!! Look Phil, I corrected her and she realized her mistake, you didn't have to embarrass the poor girl (who was clearly new) and take that tone with her. I found it very offensive and unnecessary- you need to change your tone when speaking to employees in front of customers- you had that girl almost in tears. You seem like a bully and all of your staff seemed to be on the edge around you. I wouldn't be surprised if you had a very high turnover due to your awful tone. I couldn't imagine how you treat them when others aren't around. read more

What can I say? We love Togo's!!!! Service has always been good, timely, and efficient. Unfortunately today was a different story. My family went in there to get two sandwiches today around noon. There was a new guy working there, and trust me when I tell you new, he didn't know how to do anything right yet. The sad part is not that he was new, but that no one helped him out when he had obvious problems trying to make our sandwiches. It's not his fault, but the lazy girls working alongside him. First he tried to toast my wife's sandwich which wasn't supposed to be toasted, then he neglected to ask if we wanted anything else on our sandwiches. And like I said before, it wasn't his fault, he was still learning, but the lazy girls failed to come to his aid. We probably won't be coming back here for awhile. read more

This is the first time I've been to our local TOGO'S. Ordered online and upon arriving we walked in and went to the Online/Pick Up counter. There were only two girls working on the TOGO'S side. One was helping another customer and the other looked like she was taking a phone order. So I waited patiently for one of them to be free to help us. I stood there a good 5 minutes waiting to be helped, ever AFTER the girl who was on the phone got off of the phone and looked straight at us in the eyes and proceeded to ignore us and not help us. She was literally just standing there watching the other girl work. Is it so hard to get good customer service in Temecula? I mean really, c'mon people. Don't give your company a bad image just because you don't wanna do your damn job. My friend spoke up and finally got her to help us. She hardly talked to us. She took my money ran it through, gave me my change and my sandwiches and that was it. Then once I got home and opened my sandwich, it was about 90% bread. I got literally 3 pickles, two slices of turkey, two slices of ham one slice of cheese and a little bit of mustard. I know I like simple sandwiches, but I do like having SOMETHING on it. If I wanted to just eat some sourdough bread I woulda taken my ass to Panera. Or the grocery store. The sandwich itself tastes alright I guess. Really disappointed in this place. We've been coming here for years and a few weeks ago I picked up lunch for me, my daughter and grandsons. My grandsons meals came with a scoop of ice cream. We were having a pool day and it was going to be nice surprise for them after lunch and swimming. I ordered the ice cream and filled up our drinks, placed everything in my car and ran back in with the girl saying "Here you go." I get home and place the bag in the freezer. During lunch my daughter takes a few bites of her tuna sandwich and pulls out the longest black hair. It was completely in both halves. So of course she throws it away and is sick to her stomach. I We take the bag out of the freezer to find its someones half eaten sandwiches, no ice cream. I call togo's and tell them what happened. I live in french valley about 7 miles from the store so driving back is not an option. The girl apologizes and says she's so sorry and they will refund for the sandwich and make it up to us. I told her I don't want anything but a refund for my daughter's sandwich and the 2 scoops of ice cream I didn't receive. She takes my info to have the manager call me. The manager calls me and says can I please have your address so I can send you something. I received 2 gift certificates for a kids scoop, no refund on the sandwich. Poor customer service. Needless to say we won't be eating there any longer. read more
