I have been here twice in the past week. Before that, I hadn't stepped into this location. There is a gentleman there that is amazingly courteous and does an outstanding job. The food is delicious and the bread is fresh. Both times we were greeted as we walked in the door. The sandwiches and salad made were delicious and great portions. We will definitely be back. This place has amazing food and customer service!!! I love all the workers they are all so friendly.I go in there very often,usually after I get off work. One of my favorite workers there is Monica she is usually there when I go, she is one of the sweetest young ladies you can tell that she really cares about how my day is going and also makes one hell of a sandwich!Overall the great food and customer service keeps me coming back for more I would definitely recommend this place! read more

Pastrami was awesome! There is a Baskin-Robbins attached to the Togo's. Clean and friendly. A friendly crew.

So let me start off by saying, TOGOS is the only sandwich shop I have settled for. The bread is always fresh, the staff is always friendly, and my sandwich (i get the italian on parmesan on every time) is always made to the T. I visit TOGOS frequently, once, or even twice a week, but let me just say my most recent visit and experience makes me NEVER to want to go back. Although the pricing is a bit high for a sandwich, I do believe you get what you pay for. MY last experience, I walked in with my family, we went in and ordered 4 large sandwiches, 2 italians, and 2 Uncle Tonys. We went in around 2pm and for some reason they were already out of the Parmesan bread, so we settled for the wheat (which did not taste fresh) the girl helping us must have let everything we asked for go in one ear and out the other. We simply asked for, extra mayo and italian dressing. Due to not being able to see over the counter because they are so high, we assumed she put everything on our sandwiches we asked for. I believe our total ended up coming to around $36. We get home, ready to eat the amazing sandwiches we usually get from TOGOS, to only be disappointed by the un-fresh bread, NO mayo and NO italian. I live 20 minutes from TOGOS so I wasn't going to get back in the car and drive back down there. But like I said, you get what you pay for but this time we did NOT. It is unlike me to complain but I thought I would bring it to their attention since it is an expensive sandwich shop. The girl I spoke to forwarded my message to the assistant manager. I heard from her promptly, she left me a voicemail but talked so fast I couldn't even understand her name, later on I found out it was Jenae. She listened to what I had to say but did NOT seem apologetic what so ever and said she would be sending me a coupon in the mail. I received my coupon today, oh whoop de do. A coupon for ONE free SIX INCH sandwich. SUCH BS! Im disgusted by the customer service and will be taking further action! read more

We went in for lunch and the manager, Phil, was the most rude, unprofessional person I've ever come across. The person I was with ordered something that was no longer on the menu (she orders this every week and none of the other employees had any issues making it). He rudely told her it was no longer on the menu. She is bewildered by his behavior, but understands and asked if she could just add salami to a turkey/cheese sandwich. He continues being rude and letting her know it was going to be very expensive. The whole time he was making it, he is being rude and snarky. she asked who the Manager was and he replied it was him. Needless to say, $15.50 later, she walked away with her 6" turkey/cheese with salami. Also let us know that he was he franchise owner so no matter of we complain to corporate, it all goes to him. He was acting this way in front of a lovely cashier who made my sandwich, and although she looked embarrassed, she managed to make it and ring me up with a smile. We used to eat there on a weekly basis and had never encountered him. Anywho... not even bummed though because for less than $15, we got the most delicious sandwich and the Goat & Vine in old town Temecula, sans attitude. read more

I was really disappointed when I went to this place on Sunday. You know when you get a feeling when you walk in the door that you should just turn around and not get anything because there is a dead gloom in the air. That is what happened to me on Sunday. I was the third person in line to have an order placed and all I hear is this "yes, what do you want?" There were two girls working on this particular day and they were both not friendly not only to me but, to the people who were ahead of me. I at least like to be said "HI" to in a place I am going to be giving my money to. I ordered my sandwiches and I ordered roast beef for one and a vegie for the others. She kept telling me I ordered chicken where did that come from. I said it again roast beef. She then said do you want lettuce on the chicken? I said again no, it's roast beef! She was so beyond being mad that I think with that sourpuss look on her face she could have thrown the sandwich at me. I would have left right then but, I was in this place and my two sons wanted sandwiches from this place I just stayed. She slapped the bill down for me to sign it and did not say a word and I left her no tip. How rude of a place like this to keep people hired that don't belong in public. I tell my employees to leave there troubles at the door and pick them up when they leave don't make someone your target for the troubles your having at home at your work. I really do not understand some of these reviews on this store. My fiancé and I go here at least once or even twice a week! All the staff working there are nothing short of accommodating and attentive. They are extremely nice and down to earth. The fact that they are all pretty much high school/college kids makes it even more surprising. I have never left this store in any way disappointed or irritated. Working with the public, especially the food industry, is and can be very stressful. Most people have no clue because they are too concerned with themselves. Anyways, I would give this store more stars if I could. They remember us there, seem like they are genuinely happy to see us, and they always remember what particular things we do and do not like. As far as the price....it is a sandwich shop. Which means it's a little steep because it is fresh with fresh product which usually costs more. I have been to many sandwich places and TOGO's is in no way stingy! The last time I went to Subway, Jersey Mikes, etc.... my sandwich was pretty much bread. These sandwiches always leave me full and satisfied. We will continue to bring our business here. Not only do we always have an excellent customer service experience, but we can not get enough of the sandwiches. Keep up the great work guys!! read more

This is by far the WORST sandwich place I have ever been to! The only thing that was satisfactory was the rootbeer! Salad, soup, meatball sandwich and tuna sandwich was all disgusting! Don't cut it close to 8:00. They close at 7:59 and you are out of luck. Even though the Baskin Robbin part of the store is open. I realize I was close to the cutoff, but I would expect to be served if I was there up to 8:00. This is a dual store. Baskin Robbins and Togos. read more

Let me start off by saying...I grew up on Togo's sandwiches...you know...the 6 foot long that you could order on a wood plank for parties and the hot roast beef (#7). It was always a treat for mom to run out and get Togo's for dinner. Fast forward to college, I worked at a Togo's for a while and learned the art of making a damn good sandwich...Imagine my dismay after moving back to California after a 10 year hiatus that the taste and quality of my Togo's sandwich had fallen by the wayside...gone is the tasty "dressing" replaced by plain mayo...the bread is horribly devoid of taste and dry....and what happened to the damn onion bread??? After the indifferent teenage girl made my requested go to...the hot #7...I sat at the table inside and took my first bite...OMG..I barely choked down half of the sandwich and wanted to cry!!! Why???? It didn't need to be tinkered with or fixed....WHY!?!?!? It was so disappointing. I don't think I can ever stop comparing Togo's of past glory and reconcile it with what I had at my last visit. Haven't been to a Togo's in a long time but use to be one of my favorite places. Getting ready to cater a baby shower and instantly thought of Togo's. Thought I would stop by, find out about catering and grab some lunch. NOT impressed at all! The parking lot was filthy, like some one was taking the trash out to the dumpster and the bottom of the plastic bag gave way and all the trash fell out, as was just left right there. Inside was not any cleaner, tables and beverage area dirty. I was there at 12:27 and was surprised at how empty it was for lunch hour but after reading the rest of peoples reviews, I can understand way. There were only two people in front of me and one person behind me. The girl who made my sandwich had the personality of a wet mop and her shirt looked like she had worn it everyday that week to work with out washing it! I ordered a Turkey, Avocado and Bacon on white bread and it was the worst sandwich I've ever had. The bread was stale and the bacon didn't even seemed cooked, it was soft and limp not crispy at all. I asked for easy mayo, pickles and banana peppers. I literally had to open the sandwich and scrape all the greasy mayo off with my napkin, and I only got one pickle! Not one giant pickle, or even a wedge that was the length of the sandwich, NO one small round slice of a pickle the size of a quarter. I decided to add a large drink because of the heat and my order came to $11.74! I will never go back to Togos not will all the sandwich shops in town. I used to work here for one whole year and it was an absolute mess. I chose to leave because there was nothing good about that place and I had moved. The mangers are completely unorganized and are constantly treating their staff disrespectfully. The manger Cynthia would tell her trainees they were lousy and that they needed to get a real life. She would make the staff actually cry! She also would have several phone calls in front of customers screaming and complaining. Phil the franchise owner never once owed up to his poor management and would blame everyone else. I never took my ten minuet breaks because they always had me closing by myself... so they could just save a few dollars. They didn't care about people who were genuinely sick and needed time off. The place is DISGUSTING with products that they try to save and microwave their meats and soups. The prices are way to expensive and the managers are not so friendly! THERE BUSINESS WILL MOSTLY SHUT DOWN...POOR SERVICE read more
