If you come I would recommend in the early afternoon 11-2p to avoid rush hour, or come later in the evening. When I was there I only saw 2 ppl working, but they were hustling to help customers at the register. There was a short wait, but I didn't trip...there were only 2 ppl so.... They had the part I needed, although the worker almost gave me the wrong part, realized his mistake and gave me the right one. He was friendly and helpful. Don't come here not knowing what you need. If you need a part, go online first and see what you need before you make the trip. It will make it easier when you get to the store. Outside looks a bit cluttered with discarded auto parts, not very clean. It's because ppl fix their cars in the parking lot, and don't clean up. The area might seem sketch cuz it's right by the BQE overpass, and there are mechanic shops nearby, but you'll be fine it's safe. Be wary of ppl who offer to fix whatever issue you have with your car. They hangout in the parking lot. They may break your and they're not affiliated with AutoZone, so buyer beware.

I had a crack that happened and spread Saturday afternoon and by Sunday it was fixed very well by Ian. He told me that due to the climate and moisture it wouldn't be a perfect job and that makes sense as it was snowing with cold temps. He was very responsive via phone and on a Sunday helped to schedule me in and have it taken care of. I had most places that would push me out a couple of days and maybe have me get a new windshield. The crack was bullseye crack a little smaller than a dime and spread about 8 inches. The quoted price was very fair and much less than the big shops. All in all I have a new expert for any auto glass issues. Gotta love Yelp! Quick prompt tow truck came in less then 40 minutes , was careful with putting car on tow and took us to a 24/7 tire shop that he personally uses .Tow rate was reasonable and spoke to the tire shop guy on our behalf .
