Ordered catering through Tommy Thai for a work lunch and everyone really enjoyed the food! The food arrived on time and piping hot! They also provided two free tea drinks that were refreshing. The spring rolls were a hit and liked how they provided plenty of sauce to go with it. The green bean dishes were good too, but since it sat for a bit until we got into it, it did get a bit mushy. Would definitely eat this fresh for next time, but plenty of other veggies in the dish like broccoli and bell peppers. Also tried their green curry with tofu and veggies and panang curry with chicken. They were both good, but since I ordered mild, I felt it lacked a little bit of flavor. The food here is Soooo good for the food I would give this place 5 but as far as service it is almost non existent. The staff is very nice but they seem to be more concerned/ busy with their online orders than they are in their dine in customers. Customers had to get up to get the waiters attention to get things they needed and they dont check on you to see if you need anything. If you want something else you order in the app but then im not sure if they check because we waited a LOONG time for something extra that we order. So for service I would give them 3. Pre-Covid the service was really good... but now with their online orders they haven't been able to balance orders and dine in. But we will be back because the food really is good. Unassuming spot with a tiny parking lot. I see half the business are from to-go order pickups on a Wednesday night. The portions were big and food was solid. This is your straight forward, no fluff Thai comfort food. I never had peanut sauce chicken before but I love peanut butter and dishes. This ran too sweet and I'm sure has cups of sugar in it. Homestyle is adding raw, unflavored, uncooked chunks of veggies into unflavored boiled brown rice and calling it Veg Fried Rice? That's a new for me. The employees are efficient with getting your orders out, but occasionally someone won't be at the pick up window and you have to wait for your food. The parking lot is a bit small, so sometimes I need to street park but that's never too difficult to find. I got their Papaya Salad with medium spice, and it hit the spot! So crunchy and flavorful. I think we've only dined in once or twice, but we've ordered takeout countless times over the years. We recently ordered via DoorDash and enjoyed the food for a couple of days - yes, the portions are that generous - so I figured it was time to give them the recognition they deserve. This place is always in our top five when we're not feeling adventurous and just want something we know will hit the spot. Their Pad Kee Mow, Pad Thai, Rad Na, fried rice, and soups are all excellent. But the one dish we never skip? The Butter Garlic Noodles. Soft noodles with just the right amount of sauce - this was a staple for us years ago, and now my kid loves it too. They also have some great Cambodian options. Food is tasty but inconsistent. Some days better than others. Spice levels unreliable. You can order "Light Spice 3" and your mouth will be searing ... can't finish your meal. There doesn't seem to be a lower spice option. Papaya in papaya salad sometimes not so crunchy (not fresh). It's very flavorful just not peak freshness. Tom Yum veggies over- or undercooked, depending on the day. And too many and too large chunks of cilantro leaf. When you dine in, the servers seem to be constantly and needlessly shouting to each other across the restaurant or on the phone. Like a mechanics shop or something trying to shout over power drills and ear protection ... but it's only from the servers ... and the dining room is cozy so you're hearing everything. Tall woman with short gray hair is definitely the loudest. They're very friendly though. Also, getting a parking spot on weekend nights is hard because every doodash driver in town seems to be in their parking lot waiting for orders. Honestly I like the food a lot though lol read more
