I got the Coco Avocado and I really like how refreshing it felt with a strong avocado and coconut taste. I also got the Strawberry Matcha Coconut Pudding and I love how it had a strong matcha taste with a nice hint of strawberry. Interior is small but nicely decorated, and staff was helpful

My go-to whenever I want a refreshing drink without caffeine. My favorite is the coconut ice bomb with crystal boba at their recommended sweetness. It's got little chunks of fresh coconut meat, which adds a fun mix of textures alongside the blended ice. It's self-serve, just place your order through the iPad kiosk, and don't forget to enter your phone number to earn points. The nice part is the drinks come out pretty quickly, which is great if you're in a rush.

Tong sui has fresh coconut pudding drinks. Matcha drinks. Avocado with fresh mango. There are so many options I was overwhelmed. The staff were friendly and helpful. You self order on an iPad and pay. They call your name when your order is ready. Everything looks delicious and must try. The place kept busy and steady with customers lining up for good reason

The space is nice and spacious. The service is quick and the workers keep the space clean and organized. Miko was especially very helpful. The dessert itself is so delicious. Refreshing, tasty, sweet and leaves you wanting more... i want to come back and try everything else!

This is the new location at The Pruneyard. It's in the back of the shopping center next to Burger Lounge. Great to grab a burger and have coconut cream for dessert. I prefer the coconut pudding over sago. My favorite is persimmon but it's seasonal. The mango coconut pudding is also good.

Random drop in to this busy place. The jasmine green tea was great and my wife loved her mocha. We got the coconut desserts everyone talkes about. Like the sesame seed and mango ones. We'll try to come back soon and try other things if we're in the area.

New Tong Sui location in the Pruneyard, easy access if you are already there, but can be tricky to find parking other times (there's a garage in the northwest corner). As always, the coconut puddings were light and delicious - I tried the rosie lychee, strawberry matcha, and the mango mochi this time. My preference was the mango mochi but the strawberry matcha was also solid. The rosie lychee was fine, but rose flavor was quite mild. The puddings are not cheap - $10.95 each, and definitely best consumed as soon as possible, but a day or so in the fridge was perfectly fine. I appreciate they provide a nice bag to carry your drinks/puddings. They also have a selection of drinks as well (the TV monitors rotate so watch for them to see all the options or check the tablet/online) . You can order online, on the tablet in the store, or with the cashier, prep is pretty fast overall and the staff works through orders quickly. Interior is decently sized (bigger than some of their other locations) but limited seating, so mostly for to-go. Staff was friendly and quick to help. I'll be back when I'm craving more coconut pudding!

I got a coconut ice bomb with mango, less sweet ($8.95). It was like a coconut slushie with bits of mango and coconut. Mango tasted fresh, the coconut bits gave a pleasant and wholesome nutty crunchiness. Perfect level of not-too-sweet. It's a little pricey compared to my usual ~$7 matcha/boba elsewhere, so I probably won't return. They also did not fill to the rim, like the boba spots typically do.

Tong Sui just opened a new location in the pruneyard, Campbell. Currently in soft opening with Grand Opening this weekend, March 21-22. BOGO 50% off all drinks & desserts during opening week First 200 customers each day get FREE 4oz coconut pudding + special merch Everything is super refreshing, creamy and perfect for a sweet treat run. If you love coconut and fruit drinks and silky coconut puddings, you need to go. I love trying their new offerings, from the delicious Berrycado (avocado with matcha, topped with strawberry cream), to Hojicha (topped with black sesame cream). Plus, I had to grab my all time favorites, like the durian and mango mochi coconut puddings. Get your dessert buddy and go this weekend!

The new Tong Sui at Pruneyard is nice, modern and clean. The service is really fast and pretty friendly. We got several of the coconut dishes and I think the favorites were the taro and the mango sticky rice. The persimmon was just a bit too sweet.

My husband and I visited around 2PM. We ordered the Mango Mochi Pudding ($10.95) and the Persimmon Mochi Pudding ($10.95). For the OG Campbell folks, this store took over the old juice bar and is located right next to Burger Lounge. The young gentleman working the cash register was friendly. I highly recommend the Mango Mochi Pudding. Everything from the fresh mango puree, the mochi, to the coconut pudding was extremely fresh and tasty. The Persimmon Mochi Pudding however was a completely different experience and not in a good way. It was extremely watery and the consistency of the persimmon puree, mochi, and pudding was nothing like the Mango Mochi Pudding. It was almost as if the jar had spoiled... We ate both puddings at the same time so I'm not sure if the Persimmon Mochi Pudding was just a bad batch. Kinda disappointing as the desserts are not cheap.

Clean shop, fast service despite being moderately busy. I like a good matcha ice cream, thick enough that the ice cream didn't melt too quickly on a hot day. Fruit drink has real fruit, including guava.

New location in the pruneyard! The workers are super sweet and welcomed us when we walked in, and had smiles on their faces! We ordered two drinks the coco earth less sweet and the milky persimmon, both were absolutely delicious! I like how this location isn't super busy like the other locations, or at least at the time I went they weren't! I will definitely be back to this location

I tried two drinks, a Vietnamese iced coffee made less sweet and a 3/4 sweet peach... peach something. I forget the name, but the menu is small it's the peach one. Both were fantastic. Definitely on the sweet side but not "this is melted ice cream" sweet like I've had at some places. I'd still probably get the peach one 50% next time. The Vietnamese iced coffee was very intensely flavored, had a great texture, and for whatever reason wasn't as hyper-caffeinated as some I'd had. I've had some Vietnamese coffees that made me feel like I was going to bounce off the walls, this was more mellow. But it still has the strong coffee flavor I'm used to. The peach drink was super refreshing, full of peach flavor, but again the level of sugar wasn't cloying at all. And the little chunks of peach added a nice texture to the experience. Again, not an expert on milk tea/boba, but this was probably some of the best I've had, definitely the best I can remember. Inside the shop is a bit spartan but there's seating for a few groups. You order via a kiosk and then someone brings the drinks out to the counter, so it's a bit impersonal. They take credit cards and the parking lot is a little tight.

We ordered: - Brûlée Green Milk Tea: 4/5 - Be sure to mix it well, as the brûlée layer sticks thickly to the sides of the cup. The peach and oolong flavors paired well and tasted refreshing. I'd definitely come back to try some of their other drinks!

When my turn came up the barista was short tempered with me for not knowing what sizes the drink came in promptly when those options weren't displayed anywhere on the menu or table (note: what's shown on their menu is price for 8 oz hot and 16 oz iced, but not what the sizes are for hot). Then as she was making the drink, she had mine sitting at the counter for a good few minutes without calling my name because she was busy chatting it up with a customer, handing him a note, talking about travel plans, etc. When I asked where my drink was and that I had been waiting for a while the other barista proceeded to say that they've just been busy. No, barista making my drink was just not serving each customer kindly and equally. I've come here for years and have had good experiences, but based on my last visit, I'd come back for the quality coffee but not with a high expectation for the service and if I had a lot of time between grabbing coffee and the next thing - I was here for over 20 mins before I got my drink

The interior is clean, beautiful, and smells like fragrant tea. I'm so used to waiting 30-50 minutes for drink at their other locations, like San Mateo. I had fully accepted my fate after placing the order, so I immediately walked back to my car to snack on In N Out fries. 5 minutes later, I got a text that my order was ready! There is a sign by the registers stating that drinks are best enjoyed within 15 minutes to prevent the foam from melting too much. I like how their employees ask if you want whipped cream on top of Snowy drinks when you arrive at the pick-up counter. I believe you can ask for the whipped cream in a paper cup instead and get a small package of pecans. They automatically do this for online takeout orders. The Snowy Jasmine is phenomenal! It's fragrant and floral, you can tell the tea is high quality and not watered down. I absolutely love the pecans topping, so unique and yummy. I used to think their super thin straw was just a gimmick, but the tea honestly tastes better through the small straw than a regular straw. 4 stars because the Tongmu Lapsang Bubble Tea is just OK, nothing special. Sunnyvale is one of the better locations and Molly Tea is a solid choice for bubble tea.

It's quite different from a typical boba shop, focusing more on fruit-based and creative specialty drinks, with several unique combinations that you don't see very often. This visit, I ordered the Avocado Snow Ice drink, the signature milk tea, and a durian drink. The avocado drink was probably the biggest surprise of the day. It tasted like real avocado rather than artificial flavoring, with a rich and creamy texture. The grains and seeds at the bottom added an interesting layer of texture, making it feel more like a dessert than a drink. The signature milk tea had a noticeable tea flavor and wasn't overly sweet, making it easy to enjoy. As for the durian drink, it delivered exactly what durian lovers would hope for--strong aroma, rich flavor, and a texture similar to a durian milkshake. The packaging also deserves a mention. The designs are distinctive and eye-catching, giving the brand a unique identity and making the drinks great for photos as well. Prices are a bit higher than your average boba shop, but the quality of ingredients and creativity behind the menu make it feel justified. After trying boba and tea shops for years, it's refreshing to find a place that offers something genuinely different. Not every drink will be everyone's favorite, but the menu is memorable enough to make you want to come back and explore more. Overall, a solid first visit, and I'll definitely be back to try some of their other specialties.
