This is a great location with excellent service and I'm so glad I stopped in here for a late lunch at 3pm. My dad and I got the baby back ribs with bake potatoes, fries, and coleslaw. The ambiance was nice. However, the hostess' demeanor, although not rude or nice, was questionable. We were the only ones she was seating, and of course asked for how many?!. No smile. After eating, I noticed a line had formed to be seated, and she was nowhere around. Then I saw her coming out of the bathroom, clipboard in hand, asking people for the number in their party, and still no smile, just to the point and on to the next. The food was good, and quantity was good. The drinks hit the spot. Prices were reasonable. Back to the issue at hand. There was a waitress that came out to help her, and the waitress knew the importance of smiling while helping. They need a better hostess. Absolutely horrible service. Our waitress clearly hated her job, or people in general. She didn't greet nor introduce herself and had no eye contact. Very cold and dismissive personality. After being rushed to order she forgot one if our drinks and after the 2nd time reminding her she rudely walked away to get it. One of our meals was also forgotten. Once the meals arrived, same cold vibe. They threw the plates down and just walked away. Not even, "is there anything else I can get you", or follow up. Food: your paying for Disneyland proximity. The food itself was bland and mediocre. We were a party of 9, and not a single person enjoyed their meal, let alone raved about flavor. I ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich and fries. What I got? Tasteless plain chicken patty, no sauce, no Nashville. It was less flavorful than a mcChicken sandwich. The salmon pilaf one of our parties choices was ok. A barbecue chicken salad that tasted like oregano and a pulled pork sandwich with so little sauce that it tasted like tough pork roast on a dry bun. I came here years ago and it was so good. Like so many I remember Tony Roma's when I was a kid in NY. It was fancy without being too fancy and struck a good balance between good food and good prices. The first sign something changed was it was "downgraded" from cloth to paper napkins... always a sign that costs are being watched. The ribs were as tender as I remembered but the steak was well done when I asked for med. This is one of thier trademark items and getting the temp this wrong is a poor mistake. The onion straws were also pretty good. I also remember the BBQ sauce tasting less like ketchup. Atmosphere was ok but in need of a refresh soon. Me and my family here for Disneyland a few days. So I was really excited to have Tony romas for dinner one night. Growing up I loved Tony romas and there use to be so many especially in LA where I live. Well when we got here the host didn't seem like she was in a great mood and first thing me and my wife thought was oh no here we go let's hope for the best. Well sure enough the waiter ( I think his name was Ignacio) was awesome with his good energy and follow up constantly to see if we are ok and if we needed anything especially since we were there with our baby boy. Even the manager came around asking how things are and if we needed anything. The food was great and came out warm. Place is very clean and righty so it's taken care of pretty good. This is probably the second best Tony Roma's location I've been to (downtown Las Vegas being best), and it's mostly because of its location (across the Disneyland Parks entrance/exit) and our server's efficiency (ask for Consuelo's section!). This location has a HUGE waiting area, although we waited for only two minutes. The menu is slightly different from other's I've been to (downtown Las Vegas, Kahala and Waikiki in Honolulu), being that the ribs are only St. Louis style dry rub. January 2nd, 2026. Haven't been to Tony Roma's for years... thought all of them had closed. Found Harbor Blvd TR's and it was a wonderful trip down memory lane. The ribs, baked potato, Cole slaw, and onion rings were as good as my sister and I had remembered. The peach cobbler was yummy! The host who took us to our table was super helpful and cordial. The bar tender, was also our cordial, attentive waiter, and he made PERFECT Rob Roy cocktails. The second night we sat at the bar. The bartender was talkative, but I ordered a certain kind of Vodka and he gave me the cheaper one and charged me for the more expensive one. When I confronted him about it, he got frazzled walked away and came back and said he was making someone else's drink. No one came to the bar to pick up anything else. I see a lot of bad reviews but I don't know why. My order came through Door Dash so this is food based only. I live in Washington and there are no more Tony Roma's and we miss them! The ribs were DELISH! Meat came right off the bone, the flavoring was excellent, and there were plenty even for a half rack. The potato skins didn't quite make the trip and were a bit soggy by the time we got them, but would probably be very good in the restaurant. One of the very closest restaurants to Disneyland right on Harbor Blvd across from the drop off and pick up. Have never eaten at Tony Roma's, despite passing it by many times at the Waikiki Honolulu location. ' We got the $29 salmon piccata and $24 shrimp scampi. Complimentary freshly baked hot bread comes out as a preliminary. The salmon piccata comes with a dozen small shrimp over a 6 ounce salmon fillet, with rice and asparagus on the side. Wife usually doesn't order salmon at restaurants, as we eat it at home weekly. She loves shrimp and asparagus, and finished it off in no time, it was so flavorful. Took her a bit longer for the salmon, and she turned her nose up to the mixed rice. My shrimp scampi came with 6 large shrimp over noodles flavored with butter sauce. Not at all heavy, and had lots of flavor with tomatoes added. Good portion size, filling enough to last the next two hours of the Main Street Electrical Parade. Only snafu was I couldn't watch the Golden State Warriors playoff game at an optimal view, as those tables were empty but not assigned to the current waiter on duty. When my grandmother was alive she would love to eat at Tony Roma's so I guess you could say I'm quite familiar with their food. Sadly there is no longer a location located in Hawaii. And since we were in the area couple of days after her birthday it seemed fitting. The service was outstanding. The waiter was patient since it took me a while to decide what I wanted since the menu has changed. My only complaint is that I wish they still had the Star Studded Rib Sampler which was great for people that are indecisive. Our beverages were always filled which can sometimes be difficult when restaurants are crowded. The food was outstanding. Everything tasted great. It was nice that we were able to get mashed potatoes instead of fries even though it doesn't say that on the menu. Even though we had low expectations from reading previous reviews we were greatly surprised how great everything turned out. We go to this restaurant every year during our annual Disney trip and it's always a favorite. Plenty of seating, good food (especially ribs) for a fair price, and good service. Nemecio is the absolute BEST! He is beyond nice and caring. Our son got sick during dinner and he was right there to help clean up and was so kind about it. I don't see too many Tony Roma's around anymore but there is one next to the hotel I was staying at recently. I went there for dinner on the first night of vacation. I know Tony Roma's is known for their ribs but I just ordered a chicken ceasar salad. That and the complimentary bread was just enough given the fullness I still felt from an earlier heavy lunch. Bread and salad are both pretty standard. Good but not scream it from the roof tops wonderful. What impressed me the most was the bar tender. He was attentive and interactive. Even giving my buddy and I a little sample of what is basically a PB&J cocktail shot made from Skrewball peanut butter whiskey and chambourd. That was a tasty sip to be sure. This may not have been the most traditional visit to a Tony Roma's but it was a good way to cap off a long day on the road. read more

The service was good. Our waiter checked back with us on several occasions. We're from Hawaii and there used to be Tony Roma's, we like it a lot, so we thought we give it a try. It was a mixed bag with the food. The food came out quick. The potato skins were good. The onion loaf was good. The potato soup had soo many potatoes it was almost like eating mashed potatoes. The Baby Back Ribs were disappointing. (the whole reason for eating there) They were over cooked and dry and they didn't seem like Baby Back Ribs, they were more like St. Louis Ribs. I usually eat the entire rack and this time I barely ate half. Don't think I'll be eating there again. The restaurant was clean. The bathroom could use some attention/ updates. The restaurant wasn't very busy and now I know why. It's too bad it used to be somewhere you could depend on getting a good meal. read more

I honestly miss this place back home and used to be one of my favorites as I grew up. I have to admit that the prices were on par with the local Disneyland area, but not as expensive as Disneyland itself. The service was spot on and I really appreciated our waiter. He took care of us and looked after us. he gave us a few recommendations as well as checked on his frequently and made sure that our glasses were never empty. Our food was perfect and they even substituted a couple of side items for other side items that we requested. No extra charge. That was truly some excellent customer service. I like the coleslaw usually i am not a fan at other places but there's is great! The rib meat was so yummy especially in extra sauce and tasted good reheated. I recommend putting extra sauce before taking the leftovers so when microwaving its not dry. Bread is ok i miss the old garlic one. Shrimp was good but I wouldn't order it again since I can make it at home. Drinks were great! Such a good mix of flavors I would order the melon ball again! The food was delicious. We decided to celebrate my nieces birthday here while at Disneyland. We use to have a Tony Romas in Sacramento California but so sad it closed. So we decided tried it again. OMG it was so delicious from the appetizers to the entrees. I myself had the sampler and shared with my sister in the we got our ribs with the honey sauce. The ribs were cooked to perfection, our shrimp was also just right. Our sirloin steak was good and tasty but a bit tough. The Cole slaw was delicious. No dessert was ordered because we were all to full. Our waiter and wait staff were very nice, professional, and efficient. We look forward to coming back. The ambiance was ok. read more
