We were vacationing & found this spot close by. We took our beach cruisers and locked them up on the wooden fence. We had Alexa as our waitress and she was awesome! I did the two egg breakfast but their menu options were plentiful and everything looked amazing! I tried a piece of the strawberry crepe and it was amazing! I also ordered their sangria and it was DELICIOUS! We had a group of eight so called in to make a reservation. The restaurant was super cute with an awesome trendy/ cool atmosphere. If we lived here or they opened one in Jax, FL we would definitely be regulars. read more

Vibe: super cute, inside was compact, outdoor seating options available. Food: soup was great. The stuffed French toast with strawberry & mascarpone was bland. The flavor just wasn't there for me. The burgers were ok, I've had better at five guys. Service: impeccable! Loved our waitress, and honestly she kept this review from being a 2 star because I was not really that impressed with the food... Prices: outrageous lunch prices. $22 for 3 tacos? Thank you but I'll pass... breakfast/brunch is a bit more reasonable. read more

Tucked away on a street off the beach strip is this little gem of a hide-a-way. If visiting Indian Harbour Beach, Florida....DEFINITELY STOP HERE! Start w/ the Sweet Potato Clam Chowder. Amazing, like no other! Next, I had Salmon Rockefeller. My date had the Lobster Burger. Both crazy good. Service was the best in Melbourne and they packaged my leftovers (away from the table) as a proper server should. Spot on! This place rocks. Happy New Year to my new favorite local bistro. read more

I was out in the Cocoa Beach area when visiting Florida and was looking for a quick bite to eat. I didn't find too many options I was thrilled about...until I stumbled across Too Cool Cafe! Perfect for breakfast/brunch/lunch, this little cafe has makes the perfect eggs to your liking, and their grilled cheese was exactly what I was looking for. They also make their own creamy and rich tomato soup! I loved their outdoor seating area, where you can bring your pet as well. read more

Have loved this restaurant since it opened. We always do a Sunday morning with our dogs and they get a doggie burger! Staff has changed a lot lately and the food is slightly unpredictable as of late but they always are so pleasant and eager to please. Must have recently changed cooks/owners and they're figuring things out but always a good experience in the end. Mimosas are huge, French toast is the best and the Clam chowder is really unique! read more

This is my favorite restaurant since we've been on our vacation! Thank you Yelpers for guiding us here :) first and most important to me the staff were so very nice .. smiles, happy, great attitudes and so friendly . The food was absolutely delicious.. I had the Deluxe Grilled Cheese (added an avocado) with Tomato Bisque soup. My guy had a cheeseburger, said it was yummy. Even the coal slaw was very good .. we topped off with a piece of home made bread pudding! So so delicious.. Go here you will not be disappointed.. read more

Wow! First time dining at Too Cool Cafe. I had the deluxe grilled cheese with tomato soup. The sandwich had multiple types of cheese with a candied piece of bacon in the middle. Each bite offered a series of amazing flavors. One of the best sandwiches I've had in a long time. The atmosphere was great and the service was amazing. Everyone in our group had a great time and enjoyed the food. A variety of desserts ended the night, the bread pudding was my favorite. Every so often, I've been to restaurants expecting one thing and then having an altogether different experience - and in many if not all of those cases it's a disappointment from the expectation I had going in. My latest experience with this phenomenon was far from anything bad, in fact, Too Cool Cafe lives up to the hype - and exceeds it. My wife and I ate there on a clear and beautiful Friday evening. We had taken our bikes out to enjoy the great weather. We found the place relatively busy at about 5:30PM, but there were plenty of tables outside so it all worked out. Actually, it worked out great for us since we were able to do people watching, enjoy the evening air, and had our own "private" area by choosing the one table located on the south side of the building (something to keep in mind if you choose to eat outside.) From the get-go we knew this place was more than the burgers we had seen from on-line pics - they have an incredible menu with offerings of chicken, fish, and beef, and had wraps as well for the asking. Our server, Kelly Ann, was wonderful and attentive. She answered our numerous questions about the menu, gave us some insight as to chef, and unlike other waiters or waitresses we have come across, she was not shy about making suggestions on the menu - I like that. For dinner I ended up choosing the Blackened Mahi Mahi where my wife selected the Lobster Wrap (a lobster roll in wrap form.) The mahi was cooked perfectly, the homemade artichoke tartar was delicious and the red potatoes and veggies it came with we good as well. My wife loved her lobster roll and even considered ordering a second to take home. But I convinced her otherwise saying it would give us good reason to come back. Dessert was unique as well. I had the pumpkin pie with their homemade cinnamon ice cream (the first time I had had pumpkin pie with anything other than whipped creamed, and I loved it.) The wife choose a decadent (and big slice) of german chocolate cake, which was moist and delicious as well. My husband and I came out to visit for the week to house hunt. We decided to have a quick celebratory dinner, after finding a house and handling the paperwork, at Too Cool Cafe. I am SO GLAD we did! The food was amazing, our service was too! Everyone was very friendly and our waitress, "Too Cool Tina" was perfect. She was attentive, knew everything about the menu, and she even gave us some interesting background about the establishment! Really glad we found this place. We will be back in a month (finally moving) and we are going to celebratory dinner 2.0 there! Oh, and the key lime pie is the best I'd ever had, but didn't get a pic of it! read more

ENTREES: Recommend ordering the deluxe grilled cheese w/ tomato bisque the variety of the different cheeses & flavors compliment each other exceptionaly. It wasn't to greasy & the soups sourness meshed well with the decadent cheeses. Their sweet potato fries are top tier. For the breakfast item I'd exspect them to be good because how hard is it to screw up breakfast food. My one and only complaint it that we ordered a gyro sandwich & requested no onions but the sandwich we received had onions; we didnt make a fuss and just picked them out ourselves. DESERTS: The pretzel brownie was warm, fudgey, and rich. Its bottom layer was mad up of some sort of crispy shortbread, was topped w/ a carmel drizzle, & served w/ icecream. This is definitely an item that u share. The truffle cheesecake was smooth, delicate, and had a perfect balance of sweet to tangy. Near the crust was a layer of carmel & either chopped pecans/walnuts. This thing was so flippin good, I'm so glad I made room in my second stomach for desert. Sorry Too Cool but last evenings dinner was a disaster! Our group was six. We waited for an hour for our order. My build a burger was overcooked and cold. Three other burgers had to be sent back two-three times to get condiments right. Then the coup de grace! They tried on FOUR occasions to get our separate checks completed but failed terribly. They finally asked us to split the check! They had extra alcohol drinks on our bill and finally resorted to handing us cash to satisfy discrepancy! Would love to hear management comments! read more

Cute spot. Outside seating is decent. Attentiveness of wait staff could use a little bit of work but not going to complain in these times. Everyone was working their tails off since it's a local favorite spot. The Eggs Benedict was good. Nothing too spectacular but I'm always happy when they cook the eggs a little under because that's the whole point of eggs Benedict, to let the runny yolk and hollandaise sauce blend. Yum. So bravo for that chef!!! read more

Fantastic neighborhood Cafe!! Saturday 4:00pm was the perfect time, after their lunch rush & before dinner crowds!! My wife had the Lobster Roll with tomato Bisque, I had the Lobster Burger with Clam Chowder, best Chowder I ever had, she wasn't thrilled w her bisque, but loved her Lobster Roll!! OMG YUM! Our server was the sweetest waiter EVER! Thank you Sarah!! The menu had plenty of choices and even brunch until noon! Plenty of room accessibility wise and although the inside is small and cozy the outside seating on a beautiful beach day is perfect! They recommend reservations during peak times since they are IN HIGH DEMAND! Service is spectacular! Very attentive and the food choices are out of this world and very reasonably priced. THIS is what a restaurant should be! They go out of their way to ensure their customers come back again and again!! I LOVE eating at place like this! Before I say anything about the food, I do have to note that the service was fantastic. Very warm and local feeling. The ambience was nice too. Like a beach shack type vibe. The burger I had was ok but not great. The bacon was actually the best part of it. Thick and crunchy. Extremely well prepared. Had the burger itself had the same quality as the toppings of the Hangover Burger it would have raised it to an excellent. It just didn't have much flavor and was a touch dry. Maybe just get something with that bacon. read more

This little restaurant is our "go too" restaurant! The food is delicious, and the service is terrific! We eat dinner there two or three times a week. They are within a block from our home. We can either walk, bike or take the car. We have a little dog that we bring when we eat on their beautiful patio outside. Too Cool Cafe also has a great relaxed atmosphere. They also have a fabulous Sunday Brunch! read more

**INITIAL REVIEW**…read more Out of all the restaurants still in business in the Melbourne/Palm Bay area of the Space Coast, the one that has truly lasted the test of time is The Burger Inn. Located on US-1, The Burger Inn is a testament to the city's history as the restaurant was first founded back in 1952. That was a time when Melbourne was the eastern point for cattle herding in Central Florida. US-1 was still a dirt road back then. As a matter of fact, The Burger Inn is one of the five-oldest restaurants still in business in Brevard County. By age, it is the second-youngest (Dixie Crossroads in Titusville, FL is younger while Ashley's, Lone Cabbage Fish Camp, and the Old Fish House Bar & Grille are older). The age The Burger Inn shows is more a testament to its delightfully tacky charm more so than be dated. In short, their age equates to experience and wisdom that still makes them a popular choice amongst restaurant-goers anywhere, both locals and tourists alike. The Burger Inn is located on the eastside of US-1, just a little ways north of the Eau Gallie Art District, but just a little ways south of the Big Orange roadside attraction. Take note that the entrance into The Burger Inn is a "right turn only," so patrons going south will need to turn in at the light before or after The Burger Inn and take the residential roads to it. The Burger Inn, as mentioned earlier, is delightfully tacky in its charm. It has the updated design of a 1960s drive-thru diner with its bright colors of the time. Think of a lot of red and yellow, neon lights, and black-and-white checker floors. If it further helps, think of movies like Grease. The majority of seating is outdoors with stone chairs and tables which were famously used in old-school garden parks of the 1970s with their tile mosaic designs. The seating is shaded and have roll-down canvas covers to block sunlight and wind just in case. The bar area is still intact with all the old-school cookery right in front of you. But take note people were "smaller" back then so if you are bigger or taller person, sitting at the bar will be uncomfortable. This is a burger dive bar so most of your food will be of that preference. But unlike other places, they still place precedence on their classic burgers, sides, and milkshakes. You can truly attest to the rest of their menu if their basics are delicious, and I will say their regular cheeseburger, fries, and shake are more than good, but have that satisfaction from eating a good ole' fast food meal back when such was done with actual care. That doesn't mean The Burger Inn has not kept with the times. They have updated their menu to include present day offerings such as chili-cheese fries, onion rings, mozerella cheese sticks, and much more. Finally on the food, they do have a challenge in which you eat a 10-patty cheeseburger, a large order of chili-cheese fries, and a 32 oz. shake in less than 30 minutes, you will get a free t-shirt and your meal is free. If you fail, you pay $40 for the attempt (which is not bad for a price if you think about it). Actually, everything on their menu is priced decently. A burger is about $5, which is fair given inflation, but worth it when you are eating a wholesome old-fashioned burger. Probably the only Issue worth addressing is the restroom. Remember how I said the bar seems to be made for people at a time when they were smaller. The same goes for the restroom. It is literally only a single unisex room that somehow is smaller than the space in a portable potty. The toilet literally runs under the sink. Talk about a tight squeeze. Despite that minute details, I have never been disappointed eating here at The Burger Inn. They've always been consistent with their food, especially during a time when specialty groups seem to naysay on what we can or cannot eat. Ergo, I am giving them five-out-of-five stars. Definitely give The Burger Inn a chance.

They went there for the girls in their cute little costumes, they went there for the sports because they had big screen TVs and pay-per-view. However, they hadn't changed very much, it looked very dated and kind of rundown. The wings were sad I'm not going to lie. When I had them I had indigestion for days. And it wasn't just this location, it was all Hooters. The people here tried very hard to make it work but sometimes you just can't make a silk purse out of sow's ear. If they have closed I'm sorry for the people who worked there. They did their very best to make it work. If it has closed then I wish everyone there the best of luck and I hope they found something better. They worked very hard so it wasn't due to a lack of they're trying. Added this to our favourite places to go for breakfast and brunch. kept seeing it but drove by however, now we visit several times a week and thoroughly recommend it. We have not had dinner here yet but is seems busy and they suggest you book ahead. The owner seems very hands on and takes the client satisfaction very seriously which is one of my personal values for any retail outlet and is something here we have personally experienced. Food is very personal to people as is being made welcome and he understands that as do all the staff. The place has as it states a cool image. It is doggy friendly too with ample place to sit outside, a few more umbrellas might be good or more shade as it can be very sunny and hot. The food is without exception, great! just tried the baked oatmeal as I write this, not something i would normally have and wow! The kids have the breakfast croissant which is very filling for them. We normally eat out 3-4 times a year but today being my birthday we decided to go out rather than my guy cooking as he does every night. Too Cool Cafe is definitely a do-over for us. The entire evening was a dinning experience. Our server, Tina,was very sweet, courteous and knowledgeable of both the wine and dinner menu. We chose the Brie Crepe as our appetiser and was more than pleased with our choice. My guy chose the Mediterranean Lobster Pasta and it was perfectly seasoned in a lite sauce and the Lobster cooked perfect. I chose the Salmon Rockefeller and the Salmon could not have been cooked more perfect. We finished our dinner with the Vanilla Creme Brulee and fresh made decaf coffee. I went with my mom and 10-year old daughter after reading favorable reviews on Yelp, because we were searching for a place that had burgers for my daughter as well as options for us adults. We were served by a wonderful server named "Too Cool Tina" and she was amazing! She was attentive and accommodated our requests in a very pleasant manner. We had dinner on a Friday night and because of such a great experience, we came back the next day for Saturday brunch. We were lucky to be seated right away on Friday (we arrived around 5:30, so a bit early for dinner) and made reservations Saturday morning (this is recommended as they get quite busy) for "brunch" at 12:30. Tried the old 2 Cool Cafe and found it dirty offering mediocre food. The new Too Cool Cafe opened sometime in February with new ownership and a new menu. Great food, unusual decor for beachside and a fun staff. Burgers rule, but love the wine list too. Weird location, but great little place. Brought my dog once for the outside seating and he was treated like a regular guest. Classy enough to get my business several nights a week and breakfast on Saturdays. read more

Maybe I'll come back and give it another chance and order something else but with so many other breakfast spots, this one won't be at the top of my list to return to.

I had their stacked smoked turkey sandwich with fries, turkey was piled high like 2"s! Lots of hot, crinkle cut fries, awesome meal, and the price was just right! My wife had a club that was really well assembled, full of turkey, bacon, ham with lettuce and tomato on grilled toast with outstanding onion rings! Our friends had a custom ordered patty melt, scarfed it all, scrambled eggs, bacon with the nooks and crannys of an English muffin, loved it. Finally, a brother who joined us for fellowship, ordered a beautiful waffle with fruit and custard, superb presentation! We were there at 1130, between breakfast and lunch rush, so pleasantly quiet allowing for conversation. Overall, great experience, be hungry when you go to My Island Pancake House in Rockledge!
