Movers Baurjan, Majit and Paul from Top Movers are some of the best around. They worked non-stop for nine hours (on one of the hottest days of the year!) to get us moved out of a three bedroom apartment and then another two to drop all our belongings off at our new home. We couldn't be more grateful. Nothing was majorly broken, just the minor bump or bruise due to the moving process. We had labeled each box with its proper room and these guys were very particular about getting each and every item to its proper place, even at the end of a long day! I went with this company based on the positive reviews - big mistake! For starters I had booked 2 guys and a truck (even received confirmation from Emily via email). On the day of my move 3 guys showed up. I explained that I only needed 2 but ended up having to pay for 3 at a discount of $15/hr. They explained that it would save me money in the long run because they would finish faster - wrong again. It took 11 hours to move the contents of a 2 bedroom apartment from Irvine to Lake Elsinore. 4 of those hours were billed as drive time (Double drive time law). I explained to him that it took me an hour to get here and we left at the same time but he says they can only drive 55 mph. I still don't see how it takes another hour at 55 mph instead of say 65 or 70 mph. To top it all off, I had taped and wrapped screws to my furniture I needed to reassemble at my new place (crib, table etc.) yet none of it made it with my stuff for some reason. This was my most regrettable Yelp experience yet. It really makes me question the validity of the rest of the reviews. I would not recommend these guys to anyone I care about. read more

My family and I were packed and ready to move out of our home of 19 years... Another moving company was set to arrive at 9am on a Saturday, when they did - they took one look at our house and the stairs leading up to to it and said "We don't like stairs" and then bailed. I quickly went through moving companies on Yelp and Top Movers was the first company that had availability for the next day. Benjamin assured me that his movers were professional and would never turn a job down due to stairs or any other reason. He was very kind, thorough - and even calming during what was a very stressful time for me. The guys showed up on time, with smiles and great attitudes. They came prepared with the proper materials, wrapped items that needed it, even gathered many smaller items I would have left for another trip. Because we live on a narrow street, they were kind & apologetic to our neighbors who had to go around the block rather than down our street. This was an extremely hot day (with a lot of stairs) and these guys rocked!! Max, Sasha, Anwar & Jin were four of the sweetest guys you could hope to have around. They had great attitudes, were professional and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs moving services. I think we were all a little sad to see them leave! Top Movers are in the theft and scam business. We contracted with this company to move our 4 bedroom home not even 4 blocks away. They purposely take an exaggerated amount of time pulling all your furniture apart and excessively wrapping items that need not be wrapped to stretch the time. We contracted for 2 trucks and 4 movers. First we get a call in the morning that one of the trucks broke down, a mover showed up "supposedly" by uber. The mover showed up with no supply's but spent 45 minutes "looking around" to determine the best way to move the furniture. Finally 2 hours later a moving truck showed with 1 mover. We complained that we ordered two trucks and 4 movers so the job would be done faster. They said the other truck broke down. Again they took their sweet time pulling our furniture entirely apart, removing screws that they lost, causing over $10,000 in damage to our furniture and causing us to attempt to locate the correct screws and bolts for our furniture that they lost. To make it worse, at the end of 12 hours, which should have taken at a maximum of 6 they attempted to charge us for both trucks and 4 movers. Multiple items from our home turned up missing, broken and damaged. Two of the movers used our restroom to take a dump, one of them spent over 20 minutes in the restroom and of course charged us. Do not use these crooks, they are on ripp off reports and many scam sites. They pay PR firms to remove the negative posts on yelp and other review platforms. read more

This moving company is the best. I called on a Sunday afternoon at around 2 pm and they were able to accommodate me on the same day. 3 guys with a big moving truck showed up exactly at 5 pm. These guys mean business and they were fast. They were able to move all my furniture and big items out of my 3 storages into my 2 bedroom unit in 4 hours. If they see a piece of broken furniture they will even offer to fix it with no charge. They carefully wrapped my appliances and furniture so it will not get scratch. During the time these guys were moving my stuff, I received a phone call from the manager of their company and making sure they were there on time and meeting my expectations. These guys were seriously the best! We had a 2500 foot office to move which is absolutely no easy task. Mike and his crew tackled it as if it was nothing. We encountered a potentially huge (and expensive) problem along the way as well. I have a very large desk for my office. After measuring the doorway at our new location, it was safe to say that my desk would NEVER fit through the door. This was all realized while Top Movers Global were already at my office disassembling all of the desks and loading the truck...I was seriously concerned here. I immediately started calling local handymen to see if someone could come over to cut our doorway to make it about seven inches wider. I then facetimed Mike. He was at our old location and I was at the new one. I showed him the problem and he told me not to worry about it and NOT to hire a handyman to cut into the door. He assured me that he would take care of it. So, what he did was he got the desk into our office through a window! Trust me, this desk was big and HEAVY for sure. There's no way in hell my staff and I could have lifted it and put it through the window. But I had hired four movers so Mike and his crew skillfully maneuvered the desk through the office pass through window in the front lobby and delivered my desk safely to my office. Nice! It was a long day, probably about 10 hours, but none of the guys ever complained and they were helpful, polite and worked tirelessly the entire time. If you need movers I would highly recommend using Top Movers. And ask if Mike can manage your move because not only was he a great mover, but he's a super nice guy too. Stay away from these crooks! They talked me into using too many guys. They took too long. They drank my beer. They left my brand new refrigerator in the garage because they could not figure out how to fit it through the door. They scratched my newly done hardwood floors. When i asked to speak to a manager to complain, I was given a guy who was drunk off his a$$. He promised the "claims dept" wpuld get back to me. All lies. No one has contacted me.to this date. Johnny and his team were great, would give better stars but was disappointed I was not told about the double time once it hits 8 hours, only after the fact and of course I had to continue as not everything was unpacked. If I would of known i would of greatly prioritized what was being moved and reassembled! They also got a parking ticket that we had to pay and that was frustrating as movers they should have a system down.
