This is real deal, bone broth Pho. The staff at the Syosset location (closer to home) is incredible. Super friendly. Even though I am a regular and know the owners through years of going there, I openly try new Vietnamese restaurants when they open, both on Long Island and anywhere I travel, and I can say the nearest comparable Pho I have had is in Vegas. There's a decent one in Sarasota too. But locally? Nothing better than The Rolling Spring Roll.

I did like how the chilis and noodles were separated from the soup so the noodles weren't saturated and you can control the spice level. We also got Pad woon sen and the crab fried rice. The pad woon sen had a good ratio of chicken, veggies and noodles. Our favorite though was the crab fried rice. It was nice and fluffy, lots of fresh crab meat and very tasty. I would definitely order the fried rice again. Next time maybe I'll try dining in as their interior look nicely decorated.

My friend enjoyed her banh mi and said it was sufficient enough to fill her up. The color of everything looked really good and I will probably try it next time!
