I like the quiet vibes here. I misjudged from my previous experience. The two donuts I ordered were not overly sweetened or greasy. I really appreciate that. The server responsible for processing my order was direct and professional. I really appreciate that. This may not be my favorite donut place, but it's close enough to where I live. The latte was a nice counter balance to the donuts. I prefer my coffee without added sugar.

Double trouble!! It's time for sugar!!! This one thing could last me a whole month!! It seems perfect for those who like a heavy sweetness or need energy in the morning.

This is the famous donut store. Donuts are huge and taste. In additional, the store is very clean. Maple donut is the best. It is very relaxing to hang there. Cashier is nice and polite.

Loved stopping by this awesome donut shop with their friendly staff. The assortment of donuts was enticing, and each bite was delicious! The inside was open and filled with natural light. Coffee was yum too!

Coffee bar and donuts

The staff was super helpful, very friendly and kind. I was a little apprehensive with the reviews but this was a 5 star taste review. The handmade donuts were amazing! They did not disappoint. My husband had the Opal cold brew is it was awesome. Slightly sweet with a bold flavor. I'm only in town for the night, but I'll be stopping by again before I head to the airport. 5 stars all around!!

i am unable to speak on the service and the ambience of top pot's locations because my professor had brought the box for me. however, i can surely speak on the taste! these donut holes are some of the most magical things i have ever tried. and this is coming from someone who doesn't overly enjoy donuts. as you can see, it was difficult for me to refrain from eating them all before taking a photo. the raspberry dust is magical. i am curious to see if the other items are just as good or if these donut holes are just THAT special. i hope to travel to a top pot soon to get the full experience and peruse the menu!

Great little spot for coffee and donuts crazy early in downtown! Spent almost every morning of my trip here for cold brew and donuts. Always great service though I'd expect more workers to help the customer flow better. The donuts are simple donuts, nothing fancy, but they work. My coworkers liked them and the coffee perked me up. Would recommend if you're in the area for a basic cup of coffee and some classic donuts.

Hazelnut latte iced

First time here and I liked aesthetic with the open area with many tables to sit at and books on the walls. The staff was very nice! They gave me a sample of the hazelnut latte which was very helpful and nice. I really do like the hazelnut latte iced as it is rich and strong! I also purchased a dozen doughnuts. When I first saw the doughnuts they didn't seem so appealing tbh. And I tried one and it was a little hard and dry. The doughnuts are definitely not fresh and fluffy but it does the job.

I expected an excellent donut based on others reviews and I was sorely disappointed. My donut was an ordinary cake donut. Nothing special.

Food & drink: (5/5) I got the ube s'more float and my partner got the Thai tea with cream. The float consists of Thai tea on the bottom, ube and tea soft serve on top, and ube marshmallow around the rim. It was my first time ever having OMO and my first time having ube and Thai tea together so I was very intrigued. Needless to say, they made a very good combo. I would describe the flavor as kind of earthy from the tea and custard-like from the ube. The marshmallow was pleasant for the first couple bites but by the end was a little too sweet. I got a sip of my partner's drink and it was also very good, though I can't say that I prefer it over a regular Thai tea without the additional cream. I'm hoping to come back to try the kaya toast and ube hot chocolate. Service: (5/5) We came in a rush at about 7:40pm because we were scared of a potential last call but they actually accepted orders until the very last minute. It's a very small store with only a front counter and one kiosk, and you wait in a line outside. It's definitely a different system compared to most places but they make great use out of their space. There was one worker very efficiently guiding the line and several others behind the counter, making drinks pretty fast.

It's always a solid choice- strong teas and great drinks all done super well. My go-to is usually their Premium Jasmine Milk Tea. The tea flavor is fragrant, floral, and always shines through! I absolutely loved the tea flavor, It's strong, floral, and fragrant, something you don't often see. The whipped cream was light, airy, and had a subtle jasmine flavor that really elevated the drink as a whole. I was worried it would be overrated and overpriced, but you can definitely taste the quality difference in the ingredients they use. The drinks alone are honestly a 5/5 for me. One thing that did rub me the wrong way was the service. Despite coming in on a fairly quiet day, there were a few staff members who (in my opinion) acted a bit disrespectful towards other customers. When you come into the store, there's a big order sign at the front of the booth, so most would assume to order from there. On the other side of the store though are two kiosks which make ordering simpler, so I guess they weren't using the actual order booth. I noticed that a line of customers had formed at the order booth but none of the staff were really interacting with them or telling them to use the kiosk instead. They were all kinda just chatting with one another and only alerted them about the kiosk once a customer asked for their attention. Not the most efficient process or positive interaction in my opinion. Despite all that though, the tea is definitely good enough for me to come back.

Parking ended up being a bit of a walk, which had me second-guessing the decision at first--but I'm glad I stuck with it. The moment I walked in, the space felt thoughtfully designed. The flow of the café is one of the best I've experienced--open, comfortable, and easy to navigate. As soon as the door opened, the barista greeted me right away. The counter is positioned close enough that you don't feel awkward hovering like in some cafés where the bar feels miles away. It immediately felt welcoming. I visited on a weekend during a slower period, but since the café sits right next to a college, I can imagine the line spilling out the door during peak hours. At quieter times though, the layout works well--there's enough space for a couple people to wait without crowding the entrance. I ordered a cortado and an almond croissant. The croissant came warmed, and the texture was spot on: fluffy, layered, and not overly greasy. The almond filling had a really nice balance--nutty with just enough sweetness and a hint of salt to round it out. I was told the pastries are made in-house, and it definitely shows. It tasted like something made with care. The cortado itself was solid--pretty classic, nothing overly fancy. One thoughtful touch I appreciated was that it came with sparkling water, which was great for cleansing the palate. The space itself is fairly spacious and works well if you want a quiet moment to sip your coffee. That said, most of the seating is high stools, so it doesn't really feel like the type of place to settle in and study for hours. Overall, I really enjoyed the atmosphere, service, and quality of the food. The one thing that caught me off guard was the price of the croissant at $6.50. It tasted great and I understand prices in this area tend to run higher, especially for house-made pastries--but it's a bit outside what I'd usually spend. So while I definitely think it's good, it might not become a regular stop for me simply due to location and budget. Still, a great find and a pleasant surprise during a routine coffee run. MERCURYS COFFEE @ BELLEVUE…read more Parking is conveniently available right out front, making it easy to stop by whether you're grabbing a quick coffee or staying awhile. This is the largest Mercury's Coffee location in Washington. I've been to the Kirkland location, which is drive-thru only, but this café offers a completely different experience. A fun fact is that Mercury's headquarters is located right next door to this location. One of my favorite things is that many of their pastries are made fresh in-house, and you can actually watch the staff preparing them. Their croissants are always a great choice, and I also highly recommend their breakfast sandwiches. They even serve pizza if you're looking for something more filling. When it comes to drinks, Mercury's has some of my favorite organic coffee beverages. The Caramel Macchiato is my go-to and one of the best drinks on the menu. The café has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, making it a great place to meet up with friends, study, or get some work done. It's easily twice the size of the Redmond or Kirkland locations, so it feels much more spacious and comfortable. The staff are always friendly, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the overall experience is consistently excellent. If you're in Bellevue and looking for a great local coffee shop with delicious food, fresh pastries, and plenty of space to relax, I would definitely recommend stopping by this Mercury's location.
