I placed an order around 7pm and the guy told me he would have my pizza and wings there in 25 minutes. "Yeah right" I thought and he was wrong, it got here in 23. Holy cow, and on a Friday night! The pizza was delicious, hot and fresh, boneless wings were good too. I am sure there may have been issues with long waits for delivery in the past, but not anymore. I will be ordering from here again very soon and recommend you give it a try as well. read more

I love Toppers, but it seems like this location isn't the greatest. Twice now when we've ordered the pizza came over an hour late. Both times they lost the online order... today, when the pizza finally got here, it was undercooked - extremely doughy. If you know you're an hour late on delivery, what's another 5 minutes to actually cook the pizza thoroughly?! Will not be ordering from this place again. I love this pizza! The employees are very nice. I live 4 blocks north of the delivery boundary line which happens to be 30th street and Martin Luther King Jr. street is Statistically more dangerous than my street. I have worked in the same restaurant for over ten years and I know the value of regular customers. It is unfortunate when I am willing to tip more for delivery because my car is down that you still won't deliver to me. Having been a server for over 20 years customer service is a passion for me. I start my tip out at 30%. Its hard to screw up delivery, So to the driver who missed out on a 40% tip at Christmas time on a cold night, from someone who orders pizza at least once a week I'm sorry. Being in town from out of state, I needed something that would taste great. I made the right choice! From the great food (made with Wisconsin cheese, and I can tell the difference) to the super fast delivery, to the thoughtfulness of automatically bringing plates and napkins and Parmesan cheese, this was not just a random pizzeria. This was tasty, cheesy, and about 1000 times better than the Pizza Hut standard (cheaper too). If I'm ever in Indy again, I'm calling them first! read more

Not only was the order over 40 minutes late, the delivery driver required a 5-10 explanation of directions to an easy location. On top of that, upon arrival, he did not have a pen for me to sign the receipt. In addition to the HORRIBLE delivery, the wings I ordered were absolutely disgusting. This is honestly my favorite pizza place. Not only do they have the best signature pizzas but they also have an amazing staff. They are always super friendly and energetic. Also they are open till 3 am for those late night cravings! If you go, try out the topper stix you won't regret it. Very disappointed. No wonder they have to do "dippin' sauces". The pizza I ordered had NO flavor, I had to dip it in the BBQ sauce just for flavor. I had a 50% off coupon for being "in the neighborhood". It was not truly 50% off and even then not worth it. Thought I'd give Toppers a try. Won't go back. You never know unless you try. My first experience with Toppers was on 12/11/2015. I just returned to Indy from Ohio. I'm a truck driver, and hungry as ever. I pass the Toppers every morning and decided to give them a try. The male worker on 2/4/19 is rude. My Pizza was not right and he told me he made it himself. He preceded to tell me he didn't feel good but he was still there making pizza for people like me( not sure what that was supposed to mean) yes when you tell me you made the pizza yourself you made it seem like I was lying to him. So I personally brought back the Pizza. And to curse at a customer is not good customer service. Hollering at paying customers not not a good look. I refer your place to a lot of guest that stay at this hotel. I will never refer anyone else there. And he made a issue that I only payed half price anyway!!!! He needs to clean his uniform and he needs to learn how to talk to people. I will let everyone know what poor customer service is at your place of business. P. S. I did not get my pizza, I did not get a refund. You have to be kidding me. This is the first time I have been inspired to write a review of any establishment. This is the 3rd and final offense by this same location. I ordered a pizza, wings and bread sticks for pick up from Toppers on 10th St. September 14th, 9 days ago. My wife stopped on her way home from work to pick it up, she was handed the wings and told "that is all of it," and charged $45.07.... When she got home with 1/4 of our order, I called to tell them what had happened. I was told, " We will send a delivery driver ASAP with the rest of your order, its right here." Thirty minutes later I called back, they still hadn't sent the driver so I reluctantly warmed some leftovers and asked for a refund. I was assured by a female manager that I would be getting all of my money returned (Sabrina I believe). Many days past and I did not get my money back. I called a second time and was told by the same manager that her GM would be addressing the issue immediately, "you will get a call back in two hours" she said. I never got a call, I never got my money and I never got my food. I'm done with Toppers, the pizza is awesome but the service is so bad that I'm literally about to vomit while reliving this experience. You took money from me; my pregnant wife went hungry. Good prices for Good Pizza, and repeated Good Service. I've been there about three times now, and every time It's been really good, and people were nice. Even had an issue with my card once and the Manager and Employees were really nice about the whole ordeal and kept me company while I got things in order. They were so sweet to us here! I mentioned that we had just moved, and we got spoiled with coupons for free pizza and a free order of breadsticks with our pizza! I've never been treated so well at a restaurant before. The pizza was delicious, the breadsticks were the best I've ever had, and the customer service was sensational. Staying locally for the Indy 500 and was absolutely blown away by the quality of this place! Ordered 2 pizzas and a pound of wings and from the time I placed the order to delivery to my hotel was under 30 mins (as promised) and it was piping hot! Patrick my delivery person was very efficient even having plates on hand even though I had forgot to request them . This pizza would rival any pie from my hometown Chicago . It was passed midnight, and my friends and I were desperate for some late night pizza. There weren't too many choices, but Toppers seemed to have some cheap options. We ordered a large 3 topping pizza. The pizza was burnt, both the cheese and all three toppings. No refund was offered, but we did get an apology. Aside from the pizza being burnt, the crust tasted similarly to Papa Johns, and really was not unique in any special way. I suppose if you're nearby here and wanting some pizza, you could go for it. What an embarrassment for a pizza joint! Plus for that crap they are over priced, better off going to Domino's! Never going there again!
