Really great yogurt flavor options as well as a lot of great topping options. I wish they would have strawberry Boba or other flavored Boba, but I was still able to find a lot of things that I liked. I chose the Cap'n Crunch cereal, flavored yogurt and it was a great choice. They have a lot of seating options inside as well as a few out front. There is no dedicated parking lot, however street parking is pretty easy and plentiful in the area. We were able to find a space right out front. Overall, it was very good, and I definitely will be back in the near future.

Fun options and nice people! My favorite was the pink lemonade. Sweet little place :)

This was such a nice find in the neighborhood! Here is some of my highlights: Pros: - diverse selection of flavors - yummy yogurt - not too sweet but just right - diverse selections of TOPPINGS! - very clean place - friendly service - lots of space inside and outside to enjoy your yogurt - very affordable price for the area. My yogurt with all my toppings were around $6. - my favorite: their spoons change color as it gets cold from the yogurt!!!! This was so cool!!! Made me feel like a kid again Cons: - street parking - I went late so plenty of spots up front - they close around 9:30PM on weekdays so their hours on Yelp are inaccurate - they put the toppings on for you because of COVID, so it's harder for you to control how much you get on it. The prices are by weight so unless you're specific with them, they may give you more for a heavier weight. I told them to stop when appropriate and they were very nice about it. Lovely neighborhood froyo place ran by a sweet couple. Will definitely be coming more often!

Delicious yogurt for a reasonable price. The traditional tart yogurt was my favorite and I love that they have fresh fruit available as a topping. Each of the yogurts pictured cost around $5, which felt like a reasonable price. The shop has some indoor seating and metered street parking nearby. I'll definitely be back whenever I'm in the area!

I LOVE this place!! The owner and so kind and friendly. My kids just adore coming to pick from so many rotating flavors. They even have parve (dairy free) options!!

Terrible customer service and stale cheesecake bite toppings. I came in because I was craving frozen yogurt. Guy at the counter was really friendly and when I asked for tasting cups he gave me a spoon and said I could just pour directly in my cup and use a spoon to try the flavors. He didn't give me a limit of the amount I can try. I tried 4 flavors (latte, pink lemonade, tart, and Greek honey) and I have to hold the handle down a few seconds for the yogurt to actually drop in my cup. I guess one other employee (owner, maybe?) was looking at me do this on my 4th flavor - I thought he was just another customer at first - and starts yelling at me. No warning that I was trying too much or that I should stop in a normal tone of voice. He just yelled at me saying that I can't have any more tastings... he even stood there behind me for a few minutes just looking. Anyway, I filled my cup a quarter of the way. Got a drizzle of chocolate syrup and 2 scoops of cheesecake bites. It was still $4.50 and the cheesecake tasted stale. Horrible experience. I would have been happy to stop or not try any at all but getting told it was ok by one employee only to be yelled at by another was awful.

This review will showcase how kindness embraced me on this night, at this joint, almost like we were honoring the poster and its words like we were pilgrims in motion. I was at Pride, enjoying, walking, but too tired to be part of the crowd fueled moments. And I passed this place, and saw that it was virtually a person free environment, and I could go for something sweet, so in I went. I approached the two cashiers, Nadya and and Melanie. Nadya was the comedian of the two. She made me chuckle from a place of within, it was laughter given freely, like oxygen from the trees. I asked them to inform me about the offerings of the place. Nadya explained that they had frozen yogurt, chimney cakes, and other assorted treats. However, she warned me that the Chimney Cakes were not available because Pride night disallowed for the ease in their production. She describe that the process was "messy" and involved and they were going to be simply to "busy" to create Chimeny Cakes for all the customers of the night. Busy? I inquired. I was the only customer in the joint. The surprise in my question was answered by her humor. She acted quietly dramatic, hands rolling in circles, and in comical voice emphaasized that they were indeed so busy, that they could not spare a moment to engage in the consuming process of making Chimney Cakes. This is where my laughter filled the nearly empty room. My chuckles were sincere. Nadya had taken a moment to give me the gift of unchained delight in the form of solemn cackling. She also prudently offered for me to get some frozen yogurt, add add some toppings-- they woudl be charged by weight. I could get a cup of frozen yogurt that was right for me and how I felt. She recommended the Dulce De Leche flavor. I did not get that flavor, but appreciated the thought. I pondered the flavors and got Peanut butter and topped it with reeces pieces. A simple duo, true, but it was made to hit my spot. I sat, and waited for more moments to unfold. But I was ready to view them too. Then enters a drunk girl and Aton. Nadya, Melanie, and Aton, were speaking to a super drunk girl. I heard did you throw up? I assumed she was so drunk she might have thrown up in the bathroom, and Aton might have had to clean it up. She then passed me. I asked her to come. She was super drunk, I could tell. Why? Her eyes, were full of liquor. She approached me and got to close, like if she did not she would topple. She explained that she was waiting for her friends and they could not find her. I told her to sit in a chair and text her friends the name of the place so they can come pick her up. I did not want her to be vulnerable in a world where drunk girls get hurt. I walked into the spot not knowing the name. I asked Nadya and Melanie for the name of the place. They did not hear me. They were busy with customers, busy with their jobs. I turned to customers and they ignored me too. And rightfully soul. I was tending to an emergency only I could see. One of them then said the name of the joint. He pointed to the name of the wall. I noticed the sign reminded me to be kind, not the sign that was super big and obvious. I turned to the drunk girl to let her know the name of the place but in the midst of the name quest, she got up and left. Ok. May God be with you. Another customer told me, "the sign is right there in pink, just like the pink in your beautiful shirt." He had showed me kindness. I had made a public fumble, I know it. And he took time to care for my feelings, to turn embarrassment into fulfillment. I turned to him, and gave him a hug, that he returned in kind embrace. The connection was felt in the embrace, not only in spirt, but in the squeeze of us too. I said happy pride, and we meant it. We were siblings supporting each other. Then, I explained to Aton, what I wanted to do. Have her sit down, so she did not go outside into the world drunk and vulnerable. He looked at me. And I said, it is not a comment of your generosity, as a customer my priorities were different. I was trying to correct what I had implied in error: that him not allowing for the girl to sit, was akin to being against empathy. He was going out the door, and then he approached me at the table. He was ready to fight, I thought. He ws not. He was ready to explain. He explained to me that the girl had shared that she wanted to puke. If she sat, she could have puked at the restaurant. She could have made the place smell, and ruined the experience of other customers, including my own. He had to be mindful of that, and alsio, the fact that he did not want to clean up after others puke. I understood, he was helping out a business continue operations, not a rest spot for the ill. He held a boundary, and I had to respect that. He reminded me that kindness has to be offered in a controlled way.

While the ice cream is good, it's not worth the excessively long wait. The business model just doesn't work. When my partner and I arrived at around 9:45 on a Sunday night, there were two gentlemen working and about eight people in line. While waiting our turn to order, I could already see that it was a fairly slow process due to the amount of work required to make each individual rolled ice cream serving. But, it looked interesting so we chose to wait knowing that it would probably not be very quick (but I would never have guessed that it would take a whole hour). It turned out that in addition to the 8 people in line, the online orders were coming in at the same time. The two workers were not enough to make all of the online orders plus the in person orders. While we sat there waiting for an hour, we watched multiple people walk in to pick up their online orders that were all being made ahead of ours. There was no way to know that there was going to be an hour wait to get two ice cream servings with only eight people ahead of us in line. There should either be some type of warning of the actual wait time or they need to add more workers. The two servers who were there were very nice and were certainly doing their best, but it's just not set up well. I would never have chosen to stay if I had known the actual number of orders that were ahead of us in line (it was a lot more than 8). Maybe that's why there is no warning. But as a result, I would never go back to Holy Roly nor would I recommend anyone else go there (unless they have a lot of time on their hands). I appreciate when businesses care about customer experience. That does not seem to be the case here.

One of the reasons I remembered the brand so fondly was because of a lovely employee named Sacred, who was always incredibly kind and welcoming. When I came in, there were no customers in the store except for one man ahead of me. While waiting, I looked around and grabbed a packaged cookie. When it was my turn, I simply asked whether the packaged cookies were the same as the cookies displayed on the tray. The employee responded in a noticeably rude tone and said that the tray cookies could be warmed up. I then asked about the size of the layered ice cream "build-your-own" bucket because I was trying to visualize how large it was. She responded, "A pint," in a very dismissive manner. When I asked for clarification, she repeatedly said things along the lines of, "You don't know what a pint is?" The way it was said felt condescending and unnecessarily rude. The interaction became so uncomfortable that I found myself saying, "I didn't mean to offend you or ask a dumb question." At that point, my blood sugar was low and I just wanted something quick, so I ended up purchasing only the packaged cookie and leaving. I understand that everyone has difficult days, but customers should be able to ask basic questions about products without being made to feel unintelligent. It was a surprisingly unpleasant interaction, especially in an otherwise empty store, and unfortunately it's enough to keep me from coming back.
