Pick your country and select away. The liquor selection is also impressive. I love how many varieties of small bottles they have. It gives me the chance to try new liquors and enjoy a drink or two without wasting the rest. Also makes a great stocking stuffer. Today I was also intrigued by their beer selection which includes craft beers. The and more refers to the other drinking essentials. I didn't know that TWM had locations in Las Vegas. I never bothered to look and how I wish I had. I've been up and will be up to Las Vegas every two weeks dealing with personal family matters. On several of those visits, I really could have used some ice cold, craft beer to take the edge off. Had I known that TWM had locations here - I wouldn't have settled for some of the "tap water" beer selections I did. Read my other reviews on TWM and you'll know I love this chain. It's one of the few chains I will review and in some cases, more than once. I've been to this location once before, when it first opened years ago, and thought it was ok. Then I kept hearing from friends and acquaintances that it is way better and more affordable than Lee's Discount Liquor, so I decided to take a step back inside after years in search for a couple of bottles of wine and import beers. I immediately remembered how great this place looks inside once I walked into the door. Definitely better displayed than a Lee's. But, at the end of the day, price trumps all. I found a couple of beers here that I have not seen elsewhere. The prices were fairly decent and what I was used to seeing from imports in stores like Von's and Whole Foods. The wine selection here is absolutely amazing. Grabbed a couple of bottles as I cruised the aisles slowly, hoping not to miss anything. I was looking for a bottle of Paul Hobbs Crossbarn that I had once before in Palm Springs, CA but didn't see it. I bet they have and I just overlooked it. At the end of the day, I will be back here soon. The beer and wine selections cannot be matched and the atmosphere (I am big on this) was just so upscale. My liver is telling me no!!! But my body, my body is telling me yes!!! So there's two Total Wine & More in the valley, one in Henderson and one in Summerlin. I live no where even close to one. Whoa I need another drink. For me, going to Total Wine & More is like when I go to Fry's Electronics and I have nothing to do that day, I'd spend hours there looking at everything. This is my liquor candy/toy store. It's certainly the largest liquor store I've ever been to and there's nothing but selves and selves full of alcohol. I wanna drink them all! They pretty much have anything you would want to wet your whistle with. Rums, whiskeys, tequilas, vodkas, wines, beers, all kinds of alcohol. Everything you'll need to get the party going, even the non-alcohol stuff. I know I know why!? Buy one, buy two, buy an armful, buy however many you need. They even have cigars too. The employees are helpful and knowledgeable when you can hunt one down. If they allowed it and my body could take I'd love to sample everything, I got a Saturday or Sunday to kill. Gorgeous store with fantastic staff! I recently switched from lees liquor on flamenco to total wine. What a difference. You blow lees out of the water. At lees you have to search for someone to help you and there are no shopping carts due to homeless theft. At total wine they actually ask you if they can help! On the website it was super easy to order and the products that I wanted were even cheaper than where I normally go... way cheaper. They have curbside pick up which is always a plus because I'm lazy. Came here on a sat morning to pick up a decanter on the way south... (laughlin)... This location, upon initial glance and short visit, seems much smaller than the one in Boca Park... I'm not sure if they are LONGER than the other location, but what i had saw near the front of the store, it was not that wide... Picked up a decent (heavy based) decanter for $15. Had to pick through the boxes because the front one had a bent corner (OCD and this was being raffled off so picked one that looked nice on the outside). Went in line to pay. got stuck behind someone who was picking up? their order and they were going through it really slow. Jumped to a different line and got out of there fast. read more

It reminds me of a Bev Mo. Large with a very big selection but a little generic. For wine I would give it 3 stars. They're helpful but they haven't figured out my taste yet. None of the recommended wines have been amazing. They're not bad, but it hasn't been on target. Its not a place I would come to learn about wine. However, if you know what you want they may have it. For their liquor selection I would give it 4 stars. They have a variety of single malt whiskeys and I found exactly what I was looking for. Service is good but its hard to find someone's taste that you trust, especially when it comes to wine. However, I would recommend coming here and checking out their selection. Prices are on target. I'm a wine drinker and was very impressed with the wine selection. The employees are knowledgeable about the wines, and I love that they have "employee favorites" posted on every aisle. Generally speaking, the mid-range wines ($15+) were great and comparable to what you would find at Trader Joe's or Costco but with a much bigger selection. Perfect place to find a great gift. If you're a budget wine drinker, you're probably better off at a competitor since the selection is limited and the few we tried weren't great. read more

First, after I get off work on Friday I go to Total Wine with my fiance to get our weekend supplies. Wine tasting? Sure? Why not! Whiskey tasting? Fantastic! Let's do it. Oops. The bottle of wine is in a box all the way above the shelves. No problem? I will grab that for you right away? Yes please! Or, when all else fails and I cannot figure out what to get my fiance as a gift, go to Total Wine and ask any representative which whiskey they prefer in X price bracket. They have never failed, and each time we've tried a different bottle it has been divine. They don't try to upsell me whiskey stones (they know better), and EVERY PERSON I've spoken to has been professional, courteous, knowledgeable and just all around friendly. I don't know about their prices to compared to other alcohol discount stores, but I will never go to another other than them. The selection is great, they continually get new gluten free beers for me to [responsibly] drink, and their cider collection (which is all normally gluten free) puts my frazzled mind at ease. As you can tell, I value customer service and have a lot of respect for people who give good customer service to their customers regardless of the hour. Several employees came to our assistance while shopping but unfortunately they didn't have what I was looking for. I did browse the store and did find some items that caught my eye. I wound up getting some Marsala for cooing. They had a brand I had used in the past but was unable to locate in any local stores. They definitely have a wide range of items from all over the world. We are frequent customers at this location and normally do not encounter problems because we normally find what we are looking for. Today however was a different story. We stopped by the store and spent a a good half hour and didn't find the beers we're looking for. The store was quite busy. The store only had one way to get out which was through a cashier. Since we weren't buying, we excused ourselves through 2 customers in line closest to the exit door. The customers didn't mind but the cashier made a very condescending comment to us and said "next time you have to wait in line to be escorted out!" WTF. Who says that? Well guess what? I can best compare Total Wine & More to BevMo in California, but a BevMo the size of a Costco warehouse. My jaw dropped when I walked into Total Wine. Such a cool place, we spent an hour just walking around cruising the aisles. There was so much beer, wine and liquor I had never seen before, or in large bottle sizes worthy of Costco! There was a little bar area with taps where you could fill/refill your growler with some yummy craft suds. Too cool for school! I wanted to grab some cider, so we picked up a six pack of Woodchuck Fall Cider which came with a free frosted pint glass. Unfortunately, we never got to drink the cider before we headed back to the Bay Area due to a late night at Raku and a full schedule of eating and checking out Red Rock the day of our flight home. Cool place, great assortment, love the posted employee recommendations. One female employee recommended a TON of vodka. Her face and recommendations were posted in front of, like, six different vodkas. I was like, what the...??!, I just saw her face a few feet down the aisle!! Vodka fiend! Awesome store! read more

The one star is for the 2 "stock boys" I encountered while meandering the aisles that are very tall. As everyone probably knows by now a rolling metal ladder and an additional push cart is needed to service this part of the store. Why does it always seem like it's right at the spot you're standing, that is the place they show up. This happened to me 3 times on 4/9 at 2:00. Why does moving, say, an empty box take priority over someone spending hundreds of dollars or even thousands. These stockers, represent the company. This day they did not do a very good job at that. They came so close to me with the ladder that I had to lean into the rack of bottles on the shelf. Not only that but one of them was yawning right in front of me with sound. So, that is why I referred to them as "boys" because men would not act this way. Why can't the stocking and cleaning be done after store hours? read more

My friend and I spent considerable time looking for specific beers while a portly female clerk stood in the aisle doing inventory on stock..no greetings...no offering help....and then one male clerk same story. Stocking shelves but no interaction....do staff not get it...we are the reason they have shifts...my visits to your stores in both Palm Springs and Vancouver WA were great...friendly helpful pro active staff....and hearing the PA message playing in the store about all the training staff get to be knowledgeable on products is useless when they don't engage customers Your staff for Tuesday afternoon needs a swift kick in the ass. I have been in this location several times and today was absolutely awful. My family and I walked in today and this lady rushed up to us to ask if we would be able to provide our I.D.'s at check out. Everyone had theirs, but I had forgotten mine at home, so I immediately went to wait in the car. First, I'm not offended from the fact that an I.D. was requested because the lady had a job to do... but to bombard us as soon as we walked in with such a negative attitude was baffling. There is a right way and a wrong way to approach customers. Second, when I left, my family continued to select their items and proceeded to check out, this same lady was at the cash register. She checked all their I.D.'s and everything was all fine and dandy, but she refused to give my family their items because I WAS NOT THERE. She was the one who had me leave and said it was ok for them to continue shopping, but then denied them of their transaction and proceeded to slander us by stating, "I saw her leave right before you came to check out." Like I said, I left immediately. None of my family members will be coming back any of the locations due to verbal mistreatment. I have always liked total wine and this visit was no exception. The store is always clean, well organized and a pleasing to the eyes. I came in with my boyfriend who really liked a particular wine that isn't sold in stores. I had bought 6 bottles from a friends recommendation but after 2 bottles he was not liking the direction they were going in. So we came here and Vonda was so knowledgeable, incredibly kind and helpful. She listened and talked us through what and why he would like certain wines. So far she has been accurate in her choices.
