Parking is tricky around dinner time as the parking lot is shared with some restaurants and a local dive bar, but during the day it's very easy.

Unfortunately, the entire session was not what I expected. For most of the 90 minutes, she used her elbow to press very hard on my shoulders. It did not feel like a Swedish massage at all -- it felt overly aggressive and uncomfortable. Today I woke up with severe shoulder pain. My shoulders are extremely sore, and I honestly feel worse than before the massage. I came in to relax and receive a proper Swedish massage, but instead, the session consisted mostly of intense elbow pressure and stretching. It was very disappointing and not what I paid for. I will not be returning.

The front desk staff then pulled out a tip sign that was hidden behind another sign--something that should have been clearly visible from the start if it's truly their policy. On top of that, I was charged more on my card than what I was told. Fifteen percent does not equal twenty percent, and that kind of discrepancy is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the towels used during the service had a noticeable mildew smell, especially the one placed on my face, which completely took away from what should have been a relaxing experience. Overall, between the lack of transparency, pressure around tipping, being overcharged, and poor hygiene standards, this was not a professional or comfortable environment. I would not recommend this place.

There appears to be two "beds" sectioned off by sheer curtains. After spending time in Thailand, I've been on the lookout for a strong traditional Thai massage therapist. Many of the "Thai massages" in the area mix the traditional Thai massage with the western massage styles by adding oil etc.... Informed the therapist that I was looking for a Thai traditional massage without oil and strong, just like in Thailand. The therapist was strong, did numerous stretches, just like in Thailand. $95/hr + gratuity with $5 off for paying cash. There appears to be a promo program where there is a discounted rate for buying sets of massages. The massage parlor seems to be by appointment only.

The service took 2.5 hours for myself and my niece at the same time. I had no design just gel color. The results were terrible and instead of fixing they gave $5 off. They were the absolute worst nails I've ever had. Multiple feel off after a few days, 4 of them were crooked and 2 of them weren't dried correctly and bubbled and peeled. I am not sure how they have stayed open at the Pruneyard.

I've been receiving deep tissue massages from Natalya since January 2025, and I can confidently say she is exceptional at what she does. As someone who truly appreciates deep tissue work, it's not easy to find a therapist who can deliver a massage that's both highly effective and deeply relaxing. Natalya strikes that perfect balance every time. Her technique reflects a deep understanding of muscle structure and movement. She intuitively knows how to release tension and work through areas of tightness or knots without causing any discomfort. In fact, her sessions are so calming and restorative that I often find myself drifting off to sleep, fully trusting her skilled hands to undo the pain of long hours from sitting in front of a computer. Natalya has definitely made a significant difference in relieving the chronic tension in my neck and shoulders caused by stress. I've received both Deep Tissue and Swedish massage treatments from her and find that she is highly skilled in both areas. She also brings genuine compassion and care to each session, always focused on making sure I leave feeling better than when I arrived. I had been to Touch to Heal in February and had a great experience so I decided to take a chance on getting a massage during COVID because working from home for 7 months (not to mention pandemic/election/general anxiety) has completed screwed up my back and neck. Their website is very informative about the kinds of precautions they're taking to make sure things are clean and sanitized, air is well-circulated, etc. You have to sign a waiver and answer some questions about your COVID exposure before you come in, but that's fairly standard with any elective activities now. In person, the spa was exactly as promised. HEPA filters in each room, no one else was in the waiting room with me, and I was asked to wash my hands before I entered the back area. Kept my mask on the whole time and the massage was amazing. Tracy did a great job at getting my knots to behave with a perfect amount of firm pressure and longer softer strokes. I definitely felt safe going in and I will probably go back again in the next few months! read more

COVID: - No one else was in the waiting room - I had a mask on at all times besides the time I was getting my facial - I was required to wash my hands - My room had an air purifier - Esthetician was wearing an N95 - Entire place was super clean. We had an amazing couples massage experience at the spa starting with the Relaxation Room which is indeed relaxing and mood altering. our therapists catered to our specific needs and checked with us the massage pressure during the treatment. As a photographer, I have problems with my right arm and shoulder holding a camera all day. I went to Touch to Heal Spa with the hope that I could get some relief. After my first visit I was surprised at how loose and pain-free my arm was. Over time, however, some of my pain returned and I realized I would need a few more visits. They will probably identify issues with your body that you didnt even know, then work on fixing them. Really garbage spa. They started my session 45 minutes late and they were very rude. The owner thinks she is god and doesn't care about customers. The session was also terrible and sub-par. Don't recommend it at all. Beware this spa is a total scam and your money goes down the drain. STAY AWAY from this spa. Terrible experience in every aspect. Unprofessional and Disrespectful Experience from Start to Finish…read more My friend purchased a Groupon deal for a therapeutic massage for my birthday, and I was really looking forward to it. I haven't had a massage since I gave birth, and given how stressful things have been, I was excited to finally relax. Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating from the very beginning. The woman at the front desk initially did not want to accept our vouchers. She called the manager, who then told us to cancel our Groupon vouchers and pay them directly instead. This was extremely inconvenient, especially since there is no guarantee that Groupon refunds go through right away and can take 3-5 business days to process. We declined, but they continued to push us to pay upfront even though we already had valid, prepaid vouchers ready to use. It wasn't until I said, "Are you saying we can't be seen today? Because we are not going to cancel our vouchers," that they finally agreed to take us back. During the massage, the two masseuses kept talking to each other and laughing. Instead of being in a calm, relaxing environment with peaceful music, it felt distracting and uncomfortable. The constant talking and laughter made me feel uneasy, and at times it even felt like we were being talked about. The situation got worse at checkout. We both left a tip, and when they asked how much we would be tipping, one of the masseuses said in her language to the other, "She's only tipping ____," and they both laughed. Then the other masseuse responded, "How about ____?" This felt extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. Tipping should be based on the customer's discretion, not something that is commented on or suggested in that way. Overall, this experience was far from relaxing and left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. I will NOT be returning.

We started off with my massage therapist asking what type of pressure I prefer. I said I like it hard. No pain, no gain. Get those knots out. And since I work at a computer all day, I told her I carry a lot of tension in my neck shoulders. After voicing that, I did find my massage felt more like a relaxing swedish massage. The pressure wasn't that hard. One thing I did note, they start on your feet but don't wash their hands afterwards when they move on to the rest of you. I kinda found that a little weird. I mean, I did just shower before I showed up, but still. I will never say no to a massage so glad my gf and I did this. Tho I wish I spoke up more during the massage. My massage therapist, Daisy, was excellent. She was attentive, skilled, and clearly experienced. After the session, I noticed a significant improvement in the pain and tension in my hands and shoulders -- especially from lifting and holding my baby. The spa itself is very clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the atmosphere is calming with lovely-smelling oils that enhance the overall experience. We found Sarika on Yelp and they literally have 5 stars (not too many reviews) and thought let's give it a go. Our first visit we requested for a relaxing massage, they said they do Swedish massages and we were like great! However we didn't realize we agreed (in the questionnaire) for the massage therapist to stand on us which was ok but not a Swedish massage, it was a bit much for me and my husband, it turned out to be more of a Thai massage and thought it was our fault since we filled out the form incorrectly. They start you off with a nice foot soak since my husband requested full body massage. For a Thai massage it was good but since it wasn't a Swedish massage it wasn't the relaxation massage we were looking for. Our 2nd visit was another last minute one (Monday night) and we asked for very relaxing 90 min Swedish massage. This massage was like 'oh that feels good' to 'oh no that hurts sooo bad'. It was again more of a Swedish/thai massage even though we specifically requested relaxation (Swedish). I hardly say ouch and I had to say ouch twice. I liked some of the techniques but most of the time it was too hard, fast strokes and a bit messy (especially at the end), like if you're massaging one's head the focal point should start in the middle. At the end of the massage they left our curtain wide open and we are literally naked. I would suggest finding another location if your looking for a Swedish massage. The cost for a 90 min couples massage is $270+. This place has potential. Keep in mind that It is very noisy, you can hear other customers and hear the staff ladies conversing and laughing loudly which is nice that they are having fun but some may not find this relaxing. I wanted to be fair and give a 4 star but to be honest it's more of a 3.5 star (I typically round it off this is why I rated Sarika 4).

My friend reserved the Intro Party Package which came with 30 minutes of the sauna, massage or facial, and hot tub each with finger foods and the garden room. The garden room was really nice and cozy. It felt safe to leave all our stuff there since the whole back room was reserved for us. Our group of 4 were separated in twos, 2 people did massages while the other two were in the sauna. It was my first time getting a massage, so I think it was pretty good for a first timer! The person massaging me was nice and knew the areas to focus on. After the massage, my friend and I switched with the others and went into the sauna. They provided ice with a towel + iced water with lemon to prevent us from overheating. The whole hour of massaging and sauna went by so quickly! After the sessions were done, we were given organic veggies with ranch and parfaits to refresh ourselves. There were also crackers and spinach dip to snack on. This was surprisingly filling and refreshing. We were then moved over to the hot tub area and lost track of time, but it was nice since we didn't feel rushed or time restricted. In the morning they moved my time slot to 6:15PM (I was notified via text message from the booking website). Then it was moved back to 6PM (again notified through the booking website). Later in the day around 1PM they called asking us to move to 5:45PM. I was accommodating because I understood that I booked at short notice. Then 1 hour before the appointment at 4:50PM they told me that the couple's room is unavailable and we would have to get separate rooms. We specifically wanted the couples room so it's unfortunate that we can't even find an alternative now.
