I had requested for focus on my shoulders/neck for the pain and tightness I was feeling and she absolutely delivered. She is incredibly skilled at trigger point therapy and I walked out feeling so much lighter and looser. Afterwards, they offer you tea and I love just sitting in the lobby reminiscing about how good that experience was lol. You for sure get your money's worth here - I don't care for fancy places with marble floors or luxury scents or anything high end like that - I will continue to support small businesses like these who have hard-working therapists who truly care about improving the way you feel in your body and there's nothing I appreciate more. 10/10

It's about a minute's walk. The overall ambiance is Thai-inspired, and the tea you get at the end is delicious. They accept NFC/Apple Pay, but there's a small fee. You can tip directly, put the tip in a small envelope when you pay, or add it to the total. Mon Siam has been my go-to massage place for quite some time now, and I've never had a bad massage. I've written a review a little over a year and a half ago with Nari but she is no longer there. By luck when I went to schedule an appointment online there was a new masseuse, Casper. I'm writing this review after my second massage with her. Putting aside my affinity for the friendly ghost, Casper is new to the industry according to her from my first massage with her. If she had not told me I would have thought she was a seasoned professional with that level of confidence and skill. With her technique along with her knowledge of anatomy she was like Beethoven and I her piano as she wrote a symphony knowing exactly what every knot and muscle needed to relax. For someone so new she was at least as good as Nari. I absolutely love this place and couldn't recommend it or Casper more highly.

Ok - this time it went MUCH better. I had a masseuse whose name I think was Kim?…read more No awkward pauses where I felt like I was a table or palms over my eyes... Her pressure was perfect, I upgraded to some hot stones and they were the perfect temperature. The only thing that I think could have been improved upon was one side of my back got more attention than the other, but for all I know it's because that side felt like it needed more work - so I'm not going to dock points for something like that when the whole service was exactly what I wanted out of a massage. Next time I think I'll spring for a longer one though - 60 minutes wasn't quite enough, I wasn't ready to go back to the real world! Thank you to Allee Massage for fixing my last visit and letting me give it a second chance. I'll definitely be back (and referring my friends as well) now that I know just to avoid whoever the heck I had last time lol

I finally got around to using it on Labor Day, which seemed perfect since my neck and shoulders were feeling especially stiff. Booking was a breeze, the place is clean, and there's plenty of parking, so no complaints there! Unfortunately, the massage was just so-so. I couldn't get past how rough the masseuse's hands felt, which made it hard to fully relax. For the record, I was advised that I could terminate the session within the first 15 minutes. It's too bad the masseuse started over the covers so the rough hands situation wasn't immediately discovered and the timing to bring it up felt questionable. The biggest surprise, though? My gift card had somehow shrunk 45%! Apparently, it was charged a fee back in January. Definitely something I wish I had known about. The receptionist was emphatic and offered a $10 credit. For the pricing, I believe there are better options out there. Nice enough experience overall, but not a place I'd rush back to UPDATE: the business swiftly corrected their system issue and provided a refund for the shortage on my gift card, this was unexpected but much appreciated. For that, I've updated my review. Thank you Allee Massage!!

It turned out to be a really good surprise. Cindy was great. She kept checking if the pressure was okay and asked where I needed more attention. You can tell she knows what she's doing. And something I really appreciated is that she can communicate clearly in English, which makes everything easier when you're trying to explain your pain points. 1. Relaxed, clean, and friendly. 2. Calm place with great hands and great service. 3. Simple spot, good energy. Aldo de owner are súper friendly.

Strike one. I pre paid and mentioned I can only tip with my card as I had no cash, so I paid before and tipped 20%. This was before anyone ever touched me, while the massage was an hour it felt like this guy didn't give two hoots or a holler, no pressure, didn't ask me any thing regarding 'too much/ too little' barely used any oil or lotion and really just felt like he was rubbing circles. His hands felt all greased like he didn't wash between massages. For a foot massage the dude probably spent 10 minutes on my feet. Strike two. Leaving the establishment, 3 staff members stood in front of me and said 'tip tip tip? No tip? Cheap cheap' Strike three. I will never set "foot" in this place again. Complete waste of money.

They have water bottles and hot tea for you while you wait or for after your session. I checked in at the front and was immediately taken back to a massage room. The room is very nice and clean with relaxing music playing in the background as well as nature sounds of water. The lights are dim to your level of comfort. You can remove as much or as little clothing as you like. I laid down on the comfortable table and waited for my masseuse. You can choose a male or female masseuse when you make your appointment. Laura came in and described what she was going to do. She asked if I had any areas on my body that were bothering me. I let her know my low back is an ongoing issue. I really appreciated that she asked me that and how much pressure I would like for the massage. I have to say, this was one of the best massages I have ever had. She did a combo of deep tissue and Swedish massage all over my body and also focused more on my low back. The hot stones felt really good and the heat level was just right. It was so relaxing and therapeutic. I really liked my experience with Laura. She helped my back feel better which is a miracle. I will definitely be coming back here again for more services. The staff here are all very friendly and make you feel comfortable and welcomed. I highly recommend coming here.

Parking is fine with three spots in front of the business and more areas to park on the sides. It did not seem like a busy area and parking does not seem to be an issue here. Amanda asked me if there were any areas she should focus on and also let me know I could let her know if I needed her to adjust the pressure. I've been getting massages in the San Jose area for years and Amanda is the first masseuse to ever ask me those questions. They also did a layer of heated towels between the sheet and the blanket that was magical and again, not something we've had done in other massage locations. The room was calming with low, warm lighting while we undressed. It was mostly shut off during our massage. The music was also playing low. Very easy to let yourself relax here. The lobby and overall space is well curated. The lobby has a coffee and tea bar that also has water post massage. 100/10 be sure to call and make an appt for you're girl! Can't wait to be back!
