I've been coming here since I was 15 years old I'm 38 now and it is as good as ever! They have extremely friendly servers, a very fast kitchen, Define menu with tasty food, and great ambiance! If you get the fries make sure you get their special dip as it's the best dip in the entire world as long as you like mayonnaise. Even if you don't you might like it! Went here on a Thursday morning about 10am, no line yet so that was fantastic! The outdoor seating is awesome. I kept looking around expecting Tarzan to swing by on a vine. Felt like an oasis on Broadway. Enjoyed some cornbread pancakes, french toast, pulled pork and eggs, and an omelet. The food is decent and has more creative spin than a Beyblade. Sheeeshh, where do I begin? From the ambiance to the service, Tower Café exceeded all of my (already high) expectations. Visited during prime time on a Saturday and only had to wait 40 minutes in which I spent the entire time doing a mini photo shoot with my friend in the beautiful garden area. I had the cornmeal blueberry pancakes and La Frida mimosa. Both of which were spectacular. There is something VERY special about their cornmeal pancakes, and you just gotta try them to understand what I'm talking about. Think cornbread and pancakes get married- like that. This place was highly recommended by my brother and his girlfriend and we ended up eating here as a family when we came over to visit last Friday night. I really like how they offered inside and outside dining, but we stuck with the inside since we were seated faster. I did not really pay attention to my surroundings since I was so engrossed in the menu they had, but to me it gave kind of like a jungle/rain forest type of vibe. My boyfriend and I ended up sharing a Spicy Linguini between us and got to sample the rest of our group's dishes as well. I really do love how the pasta was done and I liked having the slices of jalapenos in it and being able to dip my garlic bread into the left over sauce when I was done. I got to try out the fish and chips my dad had gotten, which was really good battered cod fish and of course you can't really go wrong with how the fries turn out. I got to sample some of the Jamaican Jerk Chicken with the 16 spice sauce and I loved just the unique flavors the sauce brings to the tender chicken. Very eclectic place. It's like eating in an Indiana Jones movie. There's so much to see. It also had a jungle vibe. We had a large party of 10 people for lunch. It took a little while before our server showed up ( I actually think we had 3 different servers), but he was super friendly and quickly got our drinks ordered and served and took our food orders. Headed back from Tahoe my friend suggested this place for Brunch. She did advise me of the 50 minute wait times and I said for some good food it's all to the G here fam. We put our name on the wait list and were quoted a 50 minute wait. This was fine since Target was within walking distance, so we killed some time. 50 minutes later we received a text that our table was ready and got seated. The decor surrounding the restaurant is very vibrant and brings such a positive aura to the dining room. They had a beautiful peacock propped near our table where were dining. I wanted to take pictures of all the decor but didn't want to seem like a creeper. We placed our orders and the food came out promptly. I ordered the Eggs Benedict with potatoes on the side. This was my first time having eggs Benedict (I know) I have a thing with runny eggs but we asked for the egg whites to be cooked all the way through and they came out perfect. Each bite was delicious and mouthwatering. I did catch a little shell in my egg but aside from that I was very pleased with this dish. The tower has a Thoughtful menu, quality food served at reasonable prices. The line for the baked goods was pretty long-but it did shorten up so I did have to get a piece of the *Napoleon* cake which was is a puff pastry filled with pastry cream, whipped cream and fresh fruit. This was very good because it was light, airy and not too heavy. The staff was friendly and the bathrooms were kept up which is a plus! They said it was "international" it's just as international as Denny's... Yes, there are some perks - it's very picturesque, very Instagram-able. I came in the afternoon; I would like to see what it looks like in the evening time. But that's about it. I'm not sure if I found their parking lot - but it's downtown and being downtown is rather difficult to find parking. I guess its a one and done sorta spot. At least for me. Probably the best veggie burgers I've ever had! My group chose this place for the plentiful vegetarian options and were blown away by the creative and globally inspired menu, as well as the cute interior and outdoor patio space. Most people review this restaurant for their brunch, but our dinner here was on point - I shared the two veggie burgers with a friend (Earth Burger and East African Veggie Burger), and I was surprised to find so many unique and bold flavors in each of them. The Earth Burger has a slightly sweet and nutty patty while the East African Veggie Burger has a more strongly spiced patty made of an assortment of beans. Both were different but delicious! As a FYI, reservations can be made at certain times of the week for a party of 6+. We made a reservation for 7:30pm on a Sunday but there were several open tables and it probably wasn't needed. read more

I ordered a coffee and their "Famous French Toast" with a side of eggs -- from their "Breakfast for Lunch" menu. French Toast: 6/10. HUGE piece, thankfully I got a half order lol but I feel like the french toast didn't really have a lot of flavor, sadly. Eggs: 5/10. Basic eggs, they came cold and unseasoned. Coffee: 7/10, average cup of coffee. Overall, an average experience. They seem to have food and drinks from a variety of places.
