After being turned away at Bobs in Stockton for having to many people in our group (we came by boat) we called Tower Park and they said to come on over and bring the whole group, they'd be happy to have us! Went here for Father's Day and Rachel was our waitress! Can we say AWESOME!! She was fabulous! Very attentive and made excellent recommendations. Nice to have a restaurant near a campground perfect while glamping if you don't want to bbq every day. The kids meals are on the smaller side, perfect for my youngest two, but too small for my older two. The best part of our order was the garlic Parmesan fries, it was a large appetizer serving size covered with cheese and garlic also had a sauce that tasted like Alfredo sauce super yummy. We also ordered the million dollar wings, they were yummy. They had a smoky flavor similar to adobo flavor in Latin foods, not positive but also a hint of teriyaki flavor. My kids ordered the chicken tenders and baby burgers. Two ordered the side of fruit which was watermelon the other two ordered fries. read more

We went to dinner here for the first time ever and celebrated my husbands birthday. It was pouring down rain, and super dark outside so we did not see the surroundings. Last Saturday I visited Waterfront Grill with my wife and had a great time there. Food was excellent and they even have our favorite beer 805 on tap ! First time here with my family and we loved it! My husband drove an hour and half to try this place and checkout the area. Rachel was our server and she was great! So welcoming, attentive and just a happy person overall. My burger was so good. My husband loved his steak sandwich and my son loved the fries and his pizza! My 9 month old was loving everything as well! We cannot wait to come back and hopefully stay in a cabin and do all the activities the area has to offer. Highly recommend making a reservation. Thankfully we did in advance, but saw several people come in during our visit that did not and were greeted with a long wait time. Although sounded like they do take out as well! I wouldn't necessarily frequent this restaurant if it were at home- but for what it is, the choice between a campfire meal and a sit down restaurant is a no brainer for me after a long day at the water park and a dirty campsite. I got the bbq chicken pizza and thought it was great although a little small for the price. My kid did not like his cheese pizza, I think it was the pepper in the crust. But I ate it as leftovers so no harm there. The fries were 5 year old approved. The blood orange margarita was delicious. I think it is such a nice option to have that most campgrounds do not. I will come back if we are at tower park again for sure. Hopefully our server will be in a better mood then, but I was so exhausted I didn't even really care. Took my family out to try something new. We're pretty close by in Stockton. Went on a Thursday afternoon. They had karaoke night. Place was clean and nice. Service was good. Prices weren't horrible. Food was good. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered and they had something to satisfy everyone on our family. We will be back again. It's nice being on the Delta. Hubby and I were craving fish and chips, BIG TIME, and the Pirates Lair had already closed up for the season, so we found this place because when we went on Yelp to find some fish and chips, we discovered this place not too far away. WHAT A FIND!!! It was late in the day (2:30ish) so we had our choice of seating and we chose to get a window table in the bar with a lovely view of the Delta. Hubby started off with a local, dark Ale that he was pleasantly surprised by (he's a devoted Negra Modelo man). I had the Spiked Lemonade that was perfect - not too sweet, not too strong! The Fish & Chips portions were large and overflowing on the plate (heads-up mgt - use larger plates). The seasoned fries were also fantastic! Hubby and I couldn't finish our meal and ended up taking home half ours servings, that heated up just fine for dinner. Our server, Kendra, was friendly and attentive and just the just perfect server for us. As newbies to the area, Kendra's lifelong residency in the area was a wonderful source of info to the area. This place has potential as a destination steakhouse, something that's needed here in the area. It seems that they are geared more towards hand foods than serious dinners. They used to also run a brunch before the pandemic and it would be nice to see them bring back a weekend brunch (sat & Sun) and a serious breakfast menu for both days. My husband, two kids, and I stayed at the Jellystone Campground in Lodi. we were disappointed to find that the Waterfront grill was closed Monday and Tuesday, but we were able to go on Wednesday. Emily was a FANTASTIC waitress and the steak dinner was DELICIOUS and perfectly seasoned and cooked. Emily's mom, Racheal, also worked there and was also amazing. She and I sang "Peaches" to my kids as it was Karaoke night and my son thought it was the best thing ever. I absolutely adore going to lunch or dinner on the Delta, at the "Waterfront Grille," off of hwy 12. It is the perfect spot to stop and get a bite to eat on your way in or out of Lodi. Not only do they truly have the best fish and chips in the area, (If you are lucky to order this, as it's a special.) But the staff and atmosphere is clean, casual, and quite lovely surroundings. They have a pleasant and simple menu to choose from, fantastic local wines (Van Ruiten Family Winery's Pinot Grigio, is a personal favorite) friendly staff (Everyone is excellent, but Jessica our server, was knowledgeable, friendly, and an asset to the restaurant.) We came here this weekend and it looked beautiful online and was excited to try it out. We walked in and the host didn't even look up or smile. Just asked how many. We were sat and three other tables sat after us. The server started the serve those tables. It would have taken 10 seconds to go ask the host who was seated first to make sure we were taken care of instead of the party of 6 and 8 before us. Also, there was a lady who I guess needed to announce to everyone she was a key holder who was walking around the entire restaurant serving tables with like 50 keys on her hip on a keychain. It was so loud and obnoxious I honestly wanted to leave. The entire time we were there the keys were so loud you could hear here the entire time we tried to enjoy our relaxing meal. It also took a really long time to get our food out. There were probably 20 people in the restaurant. Come here if you're willing to spend a long time here and not in a rush to eat. read more

Casual dining at its best!' On the water and a giant screen TV. Perfect. Easy access by car or boat or from campground. Between Lodi and Rio Vista. Often busy but plenty of room and plenty of staff. Lots of people had their kids and they are magically entertained and well behaved. Food is always great, (love the blue cheese and bacon burger). The bar gives you a very generous pour. Wait staff is superior. Always smiling, always friendly and super efficient. My favorite is Rachel but they are all truly great. Absolutely ALL positive. read more

It is located in the campground, but open to anyone even if you aren't camping. I highly recommend giving this small business your business. The food was worth every dollar. They have 2 separate menu's, a lunch and a dinner. We were there for lunch. We went in on a Sunday afternoon. The food was amazing. The kids chicken strips were huge, bacon burger w/ grilled onions was nice and juicy, and we can not forget about the fries. Not knowing the size they give you, we ordered garlic fries as an appetizer. For $2 more you can add specialty fries on to any meal. We got Cholula fries, and my son added additional garlic fries. We couldn't come close to finishing them. They serve alcohol and have a cute little bar. They have huge windows that over look the water. All the staff were very friendly. Especially our server.
