Stopped by here on a lake day at Meredith and it didn't disappoint. The place was packed on a sunny Saturday but there was no wait since they have so many seatings. Both a table for two and bar seating was available so we chose bar seats. The seats are mostly all waterfront facing the Meredith Bay. The service is fast and wonderful although they are busy. The drinks were perfect for a sunny afternoon. They also have fun drinks on the menu and some bucket drinks as well. We got a fishermen platter to share and everything hit the notes. Scallops were so good! If I have one thing to complain, that would be the portion of the platter for the price. Cute vibey waterfront place to check out if you are in the NH Lake Region. -7.3/10

Fried shrimp. Opted to get their house made chips instead of French fries . Delicious!

We were staying in Meredith for a vacation and had to come to Town Docks. We went on a Friday night around six pm. We boated up & were able to secure a spot on the docks after waiting for about twenty minutes. We got a picnic table by the water easily. Our server Peter was super friendly & very attentive to our party of five requests. Drinks were good & food was delicious. The menu had lots of options if you don't want fried seafood. Around 8:30 pm or so, fireworks were set off which was really cool. A perfect way to end our vacation at Lake Winnipesaukee.

Absolutely love this place! The service is fantastic and the atmosphere is lake-life! The feeling you get at this place makes you want to keep coming back! The Rock-the-Docks Margarita is the favorite. If you're in the area, this is a must-visit!

Lobster roll, clam chowder and chicken salad were great. Bear fries. Loved sitting by the lake enjoying a mudslide. Attentive service. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service and awesome food. It's an ideal place to get New England Clam chowder and a lobster roll for this craving seafood. Since you're eating at a picnic table and on sand, you feel like you're on the beach - nice! ¡Buen provecho!

Great views, excellent food and service was fast. Last year was here and it was really slow. There is always a line. Have had the salad-good, the grilled fish tacos- outstanding and the lobster roll-very good.

Mudslide was perfect for a hot day!

The food is amazing and there's so many nice waiters. The view and sound of the waves just made this place even better.

Food was overall decent and I enjoyed it but was not blown away by anything in particular. I will say it was nice to begging with a Parker house roll, cornbread, and homemade carrot relish and crackers--interesting! Similar to an Amish pepper slaw. Turkey was good. Really dug the butternut squash side recommended by the waitress. So buttery and sweet, but not in a yucky way I promise! They have trivia night and music in the bar area for certain nights and a gift shop with to-go food items as well.

The pickled beets were Absoloutley disgusting, you can can see in the photo they were discolored. Everything was microwaved, oddly hot, and tasted Like crap. I'd rather go to Subway for a turkey sub and will never go to hearts turkey farm again. They've lost me: their carrot relish didn't suck but everything else did.

The guac was unseasoned (when we asked for salt for the table, it was at least edible), the chips were stale, and our entrees and sides were not flavorful or fresh. Try to call for reservations during peak hours inside. This restaurant is worth getting to early, enjoying plenty of fabulous cocktails and then dining on their spacious decks. There are some cool 2-seater chairs with connected tables along the right-most deck. If you do get put on the waiting list you can go and play at the retro arcade. Dox has 2 'docks' - or patio decks - in an L shape looking over Lake Winnipesaukee. The views are exquisite. Just make sure you plan your trip in season because they don't open until the end of May and then close in the winter (not sure exactly when.) So they have an awesome menu of tasty cocktails, beer, wine, liquor, zero-proof cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks. The Mudslide looked good. It is made with rum, vanilla ice cream, Kahlua, Stoli vanilla vodka and Bailey's Irish Cream. I ordered the Strawberry and Peach Sangria. It is made with house rum, Peachtree liqueur, strawberry puree, house Cabernet Sauvignon and Sprite. The menu is reliable with no standout surprises, during reading. But maybe the food - if it is as good as the veggie tacos i enjoyed - is the understated surprise. We ordered chicken tenders with fries and slaw. If you like slaw, or are splitting this entree, order a double slaw along with the fries. The chicken tender coating was light and flakey. The best things I ate were the veggie tacos. They are made with zucchini, broccoli, summer squash and cheddar cheese. So simple and easy but deliciously pure! I literally described them as delightful in my video review of Jenny Blanco Tours Season 5 Episode 8. There is live music here twice daily. I would only like to know that they were open in the winters -- too -- with heated patio lamps everywhere so that I could stare at that gorgeous, wintery lake view! But alas, Upper Valley folk probably have skiing to do. ;) PS- Loved the well-designed and witty t-shirts here, as well, and they were priced right at only $25.

I stopped by The Clubhouse recently for food and to get out of the very hot and humid weather. The place was air conditioned and I sat myself at a high top table in the front section where there were several people having food and drinks. The front room has a flatscreen TV on the wall and a digital jukebox. The bar offers 6 draft beers, can beers & seltzers, wine, mixed drinks and cocktails. The food menu offers appetizers, wings, wraps, sandwiches, subs, pizza, salads, and Italian dinners (lasagna rolls, chicken parm, ravioli) with garlic bread. The prices are moderate. I got an ice water and ordered the Lasagna Rolls ($17 plus tax). My entree was served in about 12 minutes after ordering. The Lasagna was a good portion served in a long oval casserole dish with 2 chewy buttery garlic bread pieces. The lasagna had rolls of firm noodles with cheeses and ground sausage and plenty of thick red tomato sauce topped with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. However, the temperature of the lasagna was all over the place with the center very cold and the edges along the dish hot, but it was mostly lukewarm. I ate about 30 percent of the lasagna and boxed the rest to reheat very hot when I got home. The check was $18.45 (cash)/$19.00 (card) with tax and before tip. Overall, the service here was courteous and efficient. The restaurant and bar was clean. The lasagna was hearty, but the food temperature should be hotter, especially serving food with ground meat and soft cheeses.
