Been coming to this lovely restaurant a few times now since last year. The staff is super kind and friendly, the food is delicious (a bit pricey for me but it's def worth the splurge) and the owner is always tweaking the menu a bit to keep things fresh, which is really nice! My go-to's are ALWAYS the kale Caesar salad, truffle fries and the Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese is more of a cream sauce so it's not gooey like traditional Mac and cheese, but the flavor makes me come back to it every time I come. The truffle fries are always fried to perfection and pair so well with the Caesar salad (you can tell they make their own dressing). When I wanna switch it up I get the smashburger which is pretty good! I had my birthday dinner here last year so it was my family's first time coming here, so they all got smashburgers and were very pleased by the high quality of the meat and the flavor. I also like that they have mocktails! I don't drink so it's nice to have a mocktail option. I've only tried the Give Me A Minute mocktail which I'm very loyal to. It's a bit tart and sweet (the lavender syrup really brings it together), and I look forward to it each time I visit. Met the owner recently and he was very nice! Forgot to mention this in person but figure I'll put it here--if you add another plate option deal (happy hour?) that includes the Caesar salad, fries and a side of the Mac and cheese, me and my girlfriends would rather give you guys our money instead of venturing out to the city! Definitely consider coming here with some girlfriends after work for a nice drink and good eats. I've even come to dine on my own and enjoyed myself. One of my friends swears they have the best ice cream for dessert. Not sure if they still do trivia nights (never went but I'm hopeful! Seems like a fun time). read more

I ordered delivery. The spinach artichoke dip was decent, but a little too salty and didn't include enough chips. The mac and cheese was tasty. Very sharp cheese flavor, which I loved. More of a creamy preparation, rather than cheesy or gooey. The wild mushroom pizza was tiny. The crust was a little chewy, but nice rich flavor. Something about this restaurant was off. The food was good, but overpriced. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I believe it was the general atmosphere & service that made restaurant feel off.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Additionally, the server was not attentive. My boyfriend requested shrimp instead of lobster in his pasta and it was still served with lobster. The server barely checked on us. She also didn't present us with the Dine Downtown menu-I presume it was because she wanted a larger bill for the tip. Overall, I thought she came off as fake and insincere. Good points: bartender (black woman) made the best drink! I would come back for drinks or happy hour, but not a sit down dinner. Dropped into Town House Kitchen and drinks as a plus- one for a "get to know each other" event. Located on Main street in New Rachelle, this hidden gem was only 15 minutes away. Street parking was a bit tight but no worries, municipal parking only two blocks away. Upon entering the venue, we were ushered upstairs to a spacious private area which was bathed in amber lighting and set up specifically for the event. We ordered rose, prosecco and began sampling bar-bites which included wings, hummus w/ crisp veggies and an assortment of cheeses. After mingling for a bit, the food started to come out of the kitchen. Beef sliders, grilled chicken, shrimp skewers, cauliflower quinoa bites were all delicious but not too filling. Next up was a fun bingo game and a special photo booth. We were blessed with assorted pastries and cookies as the evening came to an end. This was my first time visiting this restaurant and I was pleased. For drinks, I ordered the drink Hope It Goes Well and it was the perfect balance of sweet to a bit tart. The tajin and salt rim complimented the drink. For the appetizer, I ordered the tuna crispy rice. It was delicious! For dinner, we ordered the ribs that came with the cornbread and Mac cheese and the fish and chips. The cornbread was sweet and moist and the rib was tender. The fish and chips was crispy and flaky. Town House Kitchen + Drinks is surely developing and finding their footing in New Rochelle. If you are an oyster lover, this is a place for you to try. I trust very few places with oysters since I have been horrified by some I have ordered in the neighborhood and beyond. Even at places on our beloved City Island where you would think you could order good, quality oysters safely. Aside from the opening week where they managed to impress me with service and food. They did have a few (minor) areas of improvement to work on. I am happy to report that they are doing well and pushing out really nice dishes. They have added some new dishes and I heard directly from a manager that they are close to releasing a few more. I am very eager to return because I am sure whatever they cook up will be delicious. First trip out during opening week we tried the seafood tower, mussels, and the pork Milanese. All were very good. My least favorite was the pork because it was slightly overdone but nothing worth complaining about. The mussels were bursting with flavor and the tower was a great way to try their cold fresh seafood. This trip I ordered two rounds of oysters and their newly added spinach dip. Highly recommend. The wine list should also be mentioned. It's small but well thought out. I have tried a few bottles and my favorite so far is a reisling from finger lakes. It's truly a gem. The space is gorgeous and they have big plans to utilize all the floors in the near future. The service alone will have you planning your next visit out. MAINE OYSTERS house cocktail sauce, mignonette, lemon They are properly cleaned and so fresh. I appreciate that the flesh of the oyster is left untouched after shucking and I also love that they serve them with extra horseradish on the side without you having to ask. Excellent touch. We went for the Thursday $1 oysters and left as fans of those and so much more. The oysters are so delicious, plump and fresh - they are served so nicely on ice and with all the necessary condiments. We also really enjoyed the excellent wings, arugula and farro salad with chicken, and a steak that was to die for! Our server, Kenny, was wonderful and made our experience even better. I opted for the pork milanese which was nicely sized and prepared along with salad. I doubled up on the salad with a commendable arugula, pear, blue cheese and cranberry salad that was excellent. A lobster and pasta dish was appreciated and the ladies shared some appetizers. Service and pace of serving was relaxed but fine. However, the dishes tend to be creative, like the pairing of lobster with bucatini and a blush tomato sauce. The creativity is particularly evident on the cocktail menu, where all of the featured cocktails seem to be Townhouse creations. During my experiences the service has always been cordial, yet efficient. The manager, Michael, have stopped by my table each time, to greet me and my dining party. Town House v2 is a huge improvement over the first version. Some kinks to work out but they are super friendly and want your feedback. It's already much more of an any night spot. Shrimp scampi toast was excellent. We've been twice and the fish of the day has been great both times. Mussels were excellent. But they gotta bring back Maine Lunch (beer)! read more

This was one of my worst experiences. The food is overpriced (e.g., a small plate of sauté spinach was $11!!). The food was equivalent to a bad food truck experience. I would never eat here again and you should too. read more

I ordered the lobster mac and cheese the other day. I know it's only labeled as a side but for some reason I was really craving some. It came out and I was thoroughly disappointed to say the least. The mac and cheese had literally no cheese. It was basically a cream sauce which is fine if it was functioning as a lobster pasta but it was supposed to be mac and cheese.
