I thought I found my new place.... the lady that does my nails is great But... I had my nails done - Gel - on Thursday and by Monday they were all peeling off... And... I was on vacation - which was sad for me.... :( Went back on Monday, to the same person and they were going to charge me full price... So, I asked them can you at least charge me half..... Answer was no and they said we will give you $5.00 off.... Most others would not have charged as they are supposed to last 2-3 weeks...not five days! I am not going back because of that. read more

My sister and I got our nails done for Halloween. We made an appointment a day before with Julie and Kim and were able to get a time easily. They both were really sweet and even stuck around when the shop was closing to make sure our nails were great. They took their time to ensure our acrylic nails were exactly what we wanted. Never again! I've gone to this nail shop for years and as the techs leave so does their service. I recently went to get a manicure and pedicure and shared with the woman doing my nails that I had done some light gardening so I wanted to pay attention to the edges to make sure none of the soil was still in my nails when she did the fill. Only one or two nails had soil residue that could easily be removed if filed or if the old acrylic was cut around where the nail grew out. As I'm telling the woman this she proceeds to put acrylic on top of my nail without even cleaning or cutting the area that I pointed out. She was being super lazy and her ego was definitely in her way. I politely asked her not to put acrylic over it and she did it anyway. I then proceeded to tell her to take it off (I mean who wants fresh nails when you can see there's residue or soil under the acrylic?) she got an attitude and decided she didn't want to finish my nails. I said that's fine if you don't want to do it right then I don't want you to do my nails either. The thing was she was the only nail tech there that could do the fill at the time. The manager later comes out and says she's the only one. I said I don't care who does my nails at this point they just need to get done and if it's going to be her she just needs to do it right as I am paying for a service. Anyway, she comes back to finish my nails and says oh I'm going to cut around the edge so I can remove this soil (which is what she could have done in the first place) but it's going to cost more money...smh! I said I don't care what it cost I just want it done right and clean. She eventually finished and my nails were just ok..I will surely never go back there.. That's it for me! read more

I made an appointment for pedi and gel manicure. They had a lot of selection of colors for the gel, which was really nice! The women who did my nails (I didn't catch their names) were really sweet. I should have walked out when I walked in and it took them so long to address me. A lady that ultimately did my feet was sitting and waved which I realized later she doesn't speak much English. She asked me to cut toe nails I said yes but she didn't do it until I reminded her. The foot massage sucked. Gel pedicure $45 which is about normal. But in the end she never even offered the paper slippers or looked to see if I had closed toe or ask tried to give the place a try since it's right down the street. NEVER AGAIN read more

I would give zero stars if I could! I went here because the reviews seemed positive. However, i was mortified when I sat down to get my nails done. First off, the place was filthy! I watched my nail tech. (An older gentleman) grab a dirty nail file and use it on a client right before me. I thought maybe he and been using the same set on her and gave him the benefit of the doubt. Then he dropped the file on the floor and picked it up like nothing happened and used it again on her! After he was finished with her he turned to me and tried to use the same file on me! I pulled my hand back and asked for a clean file to be used. He acted like he didn't understand my request. To make matters worse I saw some other nail techs. doing pedicures without washing their hands between clients, not wearing gloves and then not even cleaning the bowls between clients. I left and will NEVER return. If you value cleanliness or care about your health and safety please don't go here. read more

On a whim tried out this salon for the first time & even scheduled my appointment through Yelp for a gel manicure. So convenient! Response was quick & they were able to fit me in same day. I was a little nervous at first because my nail tech started removing my old gel with an electric file rather than a regular one like is more common, but she was super gentle & careful not to touch my skin with it. I love how my manicure turned out. Definitely will consider returning! read more

I got stuck in this area the day before my wedding, and the place that I normally go to an hour and a half away would have been closed by the time I got there. So I had to make an executive decision and do my nails somewhere in this area. So I went on Yelp and I found this place, and I am so happy I did!! First of all, it was near the end of the day, and when I told them it's the day before my wedding, they were still willing to do both my manicure and pedicure! I told them that it's my wedding day tomorrow, and I have no idea what I wanted to do, but I knew I wanted it to be classic, timeless, and pretty! And that is exactly what they did for me! They gave me the most beautiful yet classic and elegant nails ever! They did an ombre pink and white acrylic with gel on top, infused lightly with silver and white sparkles. It was so beautiful, my regular nail place would have never been able to do my nails even half as pretty as this place!!! And after what was such a hectic day, the pedicure was god-sent! Not only did they do an amazing job, but they were so kind, gracious, and very welcoming, even though it was the end of the day, and they had to stay late to finish up my nails! The entire time I kept thinking how lucky I was to have ended up here! I just wish this place was near my house so it could permanently be my new nail place. I could not possibly give higher recommendation for a nail salon more than I do this place! They truly go out of their way to do an excellent job and make their customers happy. While I was there, there were a lot of their own regular clients there who you could tell loved them and go there often. I most definitely highly recommend this place! I have been going to Tracy's for about a year now and have always been so pleased with the service, everyone is super friendly and I'm always please with my nails, however, the last time I got my nails done (2 weeks ago), multiple nails are coming off or have already fell off and it was a BRAND NEW set! In the 16 years I have been getting my nails done I have never had a new set that came off after 2 weeks. Then I called to make an appointment to get them fixed and whoever I was talking to was not concerned about the situation. This saddens me because I really did love this place but this was really disappointing. Probably wouldn't have wrote this review if they handled the situation better. read more

My friend and I stopped in about a hour before closing. I wanted a mini/pedi and her a full set of acrylics. We had called before we went in and were told as long as we were there before 4 they would be able to see us. When we walked in (about 330/no later than 345) they seemed a hair bit annoyed but told us they would be able to seat us if we didn't mind waiting 10 or so minutes and for us to choose our color(s). The salon it's self was clean and neat. There was a good selection of polish colors available. Massage chairs were comfortable with a selection of target areas and standard programs. My pedicure and manicure were standard. Both technicians asked about cutting, filing, and length before starting, which was nice. The paint job was nicely done, no bubbles, with paint coverage all over the nail. The massage for my hands was perfect, a little short but good. The message for my pedicure was limp noodling my shin bone, one handed while she talked to other technicians.. So not so great. My friend was very happy with her full set. Her technician worked 30min past closing, she never seemed to rushed or like she was trying to half ass it so she could get home. Over all we both are happy with our experience and would definitely return, probably with an appointment this time. read more
