Julie has been doing my nails now for over a year, along with Susan giving me a pedicure every two weeks after leaving my nail person of 25 years. If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. After a not so satisfactory experience here I was contacted by the owner about giving the salon another try. I agreed to try their manicure services again but when I tried to schedule an appointment was left hanging. No reply from owner despite multiple attempts. Why fake offer a redo if you're not going to honor it?! Very shady business practices. There are so many places to go for decent manicures in SCV. DON'T go to this one. My regular salon was booked up so I decided to give Tracy's a try considering its overall good reviews. However I was not that impressed. Helen did my pedicure, which came out nice. Adequate service. Nothing extraordinary or special. The massage and foot scrub was a little light compared to other places and the bottom of my feet still feel a bit rough, but the nails turned out nice. May did my gel manicure, and the results were a disappointing. Nail length was inconsistent (some a bit longer than others). The French tip was also inconsistent in shape and size from nail to nail. And the polish was done sloppily and I had residual nail polish on my skin under and around the nails that she didn't clean up. On top of it, they are not cheap ($59 for a regular pedicure and a gel manicure with French tip). read more

Rachel and Ivy left and took my heart with them. I've been back a handful of times, but it's just not the same - it's hit or miss and if it's a hit, the girl who did my gel manicure isn't so nice. Luckily I found a new nail salon that I am loving everything about: Beth's Nails & Spa in Canyon Country. It may be a bit of a drive for you if you normally go in Valencia, but fear not, they recently opened up a Valencia location in the West Hills/Tesoro area, Malibu Spa, off Copper Hill, same plaza as Albertson's. read more

They did the most horrible job I have ever experienced with my nails and I have had nails on for over 15years!!! I don't know why they have so many good reviews ! My hands and feet look like absolute CRAP!!!! They couldn't even file my nails straight, the most easy thing of all to do!!!!! I will never go there or allow anyone I know to go there ! I went in today for the first time and there is a guy named Brandon there; he did a great job! For his services, I would have given the spa a 5, BUT I am giving it a three. I walked in to the spa and one of the workers was just staring at me as if she had never seen a Mexican before (mind you, all of the other clients were Caucasian). She was constantly breaking her neck and going out of her way to stare at me. Then at one point she had the audacity to look at me, started to speak in her native tongue, and then started laughing. In general, I know that some workers in nail salons tend to talk about their clients, but it shouldn't be blatant and you shouldn't make your client feel disrespected. read more

I love this place; Brandon is the best! My nails always look beautiful, are shaped perfectly and done exactly how I like. I am extremely tough on my nails and I have yet to break a nail. I have a tendency to pick at my nails and after two and a half weeks my acrylic nails were still as good as new. The salon is clean and the staff is very friendly and they are very accommodating. Older review: Came in for first time for a mani pedi and while the pedi was fantastic the young man who did my mani was not. Update: I received a call from the store manager who was very concerned about my review and takes his business very seriously. He has sincerely apologized for the service provided to me and has offered to make it right. He realizes the impact the media has on his business. I can appreciate his business ethics. I got the best full set of my life today from Jade! She was amazing and took her time, but didn't take too long too where I started getting antsy sitting in my seat. So excited to have found Tracy's Nails and Spa! I recently moved to the area and was on the hunt for a new nail spot and I think I found myself a new nail salon! First, they were really quick to get back to me for a same day appointment. I had to wash my hands when I got there, got my temperature checked, and signed a waiver so it was nice to feel that safety protocol being implemented. Normally, I have a decent visit, but today it was the WORST!!! I dont know the names of the women who worked on me, but 1-short hair bob, worked on my feet, I was hoping to get a calous treatment, but she never asked and when I was going to ask she was already using the pumice stone- even without the treatmenr, the shortest pumice use on my feet at any establishment. She was also the woman who ended up charging me and as I asked to include a tip. She just looked at me, it's done." I left without leaving a tip and will NEVER go back. I am writing an updated review because of the great job Tracys Nails continues to provide! I am so glad I found my new go-to nail salon. I have had unfortunate experiences at other nail salons where the people are incredibly rude. At Tracys Nails, they have always been so kind. I also love that I can call them to ask for the wait time and they are always so accurate. I recently got a cute minimal gel manicure. I wish I took a photo the first day I got it because now my nails have grown out. Point is, you don't have to go to anyone specific. They are all great! Please never change haha. read more

Been here twice now. Both times everyone was very nice, but it almost seems like they artificially inflate their prices. Today three of us got pedicures- two #1s and one #3, with 2 people getting designs. It was $100. #1s being a regular spa pedicure and a #3 being a spa pedicure with a longer leg massage and moisturizers. Worth the price, but because of it we can't come very often. Again, everyone was very nice and willing to do any design you want within reason. Their massage chairs are awesome, but some of the control screens are broken so you can't see what setting its on. They also appear to be very sanitary using some instruments from sanitized packages and other specialized ones being cleaned with alcohol before, during, and/or after use. read more

Joey did my nails and he took his time, making sure I liked everything he was doing (shape of nails, thickness of French tip) as he did it. I wish it was a little less expensive for designs (it would have been $45 for an hombre glitter design, whereas I've paid $25 elsewhere) but I couldn't complain since the service was good! I made an appointment at Tracy's yesterday for 2 full sets for myself and my daughter and a pedicure. Susan did my full set, Khan did my daughters acrylics and Linda did my pedicure. We arrived about an hour prior to our appointment time (we were in the area and finished shopping at the local mall early). Despite arriving so early I was taken immediately for my pedicure which I appreciated because I expected to wait. The salon was clean and they had a large selection of gel colors to chose from. The salon also had a dedicated receptionist which helped maintain organization with appointments and payments. Most importantly all three manicurists did a phenomenal job (and I'm extremely picky). Tried this nail salon after my last one I went to really disappointed me with service. I was able to call and get a mani/pedi within an hour on a Sunday. Service was very good, nail techs were very nice and did a good job. I just got a basic pedicure but the chairs are comfy and clean. I also got a gel manicure that they did at the same time, they give you a large lap pillow for the light box so that helps. Overall clean, quiet, nice nail techs. read more

After much trial and error trying to find a decent nail salon in the area, this place will be my new go to. I got a full set and acrylics as well as a pedicure. The application of acrylics can sometimes be painful and time consuming but they were quick, on point and I ended up with no cuts or sore cuticles. They were unhappy with how my pedicure turned out (without me even noticing any flaws) and redid them without hesitation.
