I will definitely be coming back! The only reasons I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 are because I chose a very sheer nail color, that was darker on the sample, and they did not offer to put a base color down first then the sheer color, so my nails currently just have the sheer polish on them. Also, the color that was supposed to match the finger color, does not match. It is similar, but not exact. Besides that, I came here for the first time last week without an appointment first thing in the morning. I did have to wait a few minutes, but that's totally fine. They got me seated quickly with two fabulous technicians. I loved the way both my gel manicure and pedicure came out. I believe her name is Kathy, but she was amazing and very detailed. I'm not from the area but I was in need of a manicure and this place is great! The staff is so friendly and attentive to your needs. It's also very clean. I went in for a gel manicure and its lasted 3 weeks with the exception of my nails growing in. It's also very quiet, relaxing and roomy. I'm happy with the service and how everything went. I didn't have an appoinment and they did both mani and pedi in 30 minutes. People were nice and they seem to understand, I didn't have many or hard requests but they still did it right. The only reason why i didn't give 5 stars is because I didn't get any direction when they were done. They both just went to their next costumer and that's it. This wouldn't be a problem if i did my nails all the time but i don't and got one nail messed up. The lady was prompt to fix it though. I went into Tracy's and asked if they could do a Gel Fill, & a gel extension for my one broken nail. They said yes & I sat down. I told them 3 times that my nails were real & not acrylic which the two ladies doing my nails refused to believe. After soaking one hand in acetone & grinding the color off the other hand, they realized they were not acrylic extensions & were in fact my real nails. I was then approached by a man who worked there who informed me that they did NOT do gel nails. He explained they only did acrylics & asked if I wanted to proceed. I said yes since all my nails were already stripped down. They rushed the rest of the job causing two of my cuticles to be cut with the drill (which was not cleaned prior nor after) & 8 of my nails ended up with bubbles under the paint when they dried, as seen in the photos posted. Needed to get my nails done a few weeks ago, and this was the only place with a good review from other people in the Santa Clarita Valley. (As many of you know there is not many good nail salons in Santa Clarita) This place did a fairly good job at my nails I had gone here twice, once for a repair on two acrylics and then the second time to get a new set and a pedicure. They are rough like others have said, left feeling sore in my nails which is not how you should feel after getting them done. When they were finishing my acrylics they cut almost all of my cuticles with their sander, and I had to pull my hand away a few times because it hurt so bad. No complaints about the quality of the work, more so the atmosphere, it is not clean and you can clearly see that they leave trimmings and shavings all over the floor. Not the mention they are not the most friendly, so I would only recommend coming here if you are looking for a quick in and out. Their prices are not to expensive but honestly I would rather pay the same some where else where it is much cleaner. For warning when you come in for french tip acrylics make sure you tell them if you want pink and white, or if you just want the white, because without even asking they will do the more expensive of the two which is pink and white. read more

Time and time again this miracle named Joey has saved my life.(nail life.) Lets face it. A good manicure is life changing! I spend hours doing my own gel manicures weekly simply bc I cannot trust anyone else to do the job right. It's just heartbreaking to spend $ on a service when you're consistently being let down. -Well, sometimes even I, superwoman, am too exhausted to deal or sometimes my work week has been so rough, that it literally shows through on my hands. It's Embarrassing and not cute! I want to enjoy my days off and not spend them trying to make my nails look presentable. On the flip side, I work in production as a costumer. I cannot afford to have any Chips, cracks or peels at work either! They will pull and snag and destroy any wardrobe! Well, this is why I need Joey in my life, I feel awful bc the only times I've come in for his help is when I've run out of options and lost all hope. I'm talking; Weak, brittle, chipped, split, cracked and painful nails! The worst of the worst. Joey is not only non judge-mental, but he's kind, caring, considerate, and takes his time (without taking too much time). He always finds a solution. I'm surprised every single time and I leave very happy! Honestly, he works miracles. I find the prices at this salon to be extremely fair for the quality of work and service. The salon is very close to my home and that's definitely a plus, but I would drive anywhere for such great service. If you're planning to give Joey a shot, I would suggest calling for an appt. first. He gets busy! :) More pros: They don't charge for soak-off if you're getting another service. Joey's never complained about how bad my nails were when I walked in. I've never been in pain while in his care. In fact, even when I've come in with pain, he was able to ease it. There's no awkward language barrier or difficulty explaining what I want done. He's even made every color suggestion for me and each time been spot on with what I described. The environment is comfortable. There's always something interesting on tv and it's at the perfect volume. I haven't noticed any employee to employee foreign language spoken in the salon. :) HUGE thank you for that. I'm in and out with no added sales pressure for extras. Ample free parking! The place is clean. When you call for an appointment, they are friendly and honest. They don't over-book. They have a great selection of colors and keep up with new products! Cons: (For me) The salon smell is pretty strong. Usually I wouldn't tolerate it. It gives me a major headache. Hence why I only go when I must and why I've not given them 5 stars. I also only gave 4 stars bc I've gotten my nails done by someone else on Joey's off day and been disappointed. I asked to get my nail fixed and she started removing all the gel color from my other toenails knowing i just needed one. Great nail salon. They get me in quickly every time I call. I get pedicures & gel manicures with them - I'm always pleased with both. It's not the quickest appointment (my gel manicures usually run about an hour to a hour & a half) so I can't go on my lunch break, but I prefer a thorough job to a rushed one! Very relaxing.
