This place is dirty!! Don't waste your money! I got a pedicure and it was the worst one I ever received. First off, they are not clean!! The lady pulled her tools out of a box which you could tell were used. Each client is supposed to have their own set of nail files etc that are sealed up. Disgusting. The bin where you soak your feet didn't have a plastic liner like it's supposed to. That is so unsanitary no matter how well you "clean it". Their version of cleaning it is wiping it down with the towel that my feet were resting on. They didn even use nail clippers to cut my toe nails they used cuticle cutters. They aren't the friendliest people either which makes for an all around terrible experience. Don't risk getting a nasty nail infection because they are using DIRTY tools on your feet and hands. read more

I came about a week ago because my sister loved this place, and the guy who did my nails did them horribly! He didn't size the tips for my nails, did a horrible job with acrylic placing and they didn't even last a week! Wish I could get a refund but we all know this won't happen. Super disappointed had a great experience the first time I went, but this last time I went in for a full set and a pedicure didn't go anywhere near as well as the first time. The experience at the salon wasn't great, was super over priced spent a total of $115 without tip for a full set and pedicure that didn't even last me two weeks. The full set was sloppily done & two nails popped off. The gel french tip pedicure is already chipped. Again in less then 2 weeks. Super upset. read more

Decent color selection but terrible service. I had an appointment for 5pm showed up at 445pm. Took a little time to choose my color, but was done by 502pm,. They rolled their eyes at me for "taking too long" and charged me for a full service when they didn't even give me a foot massage. read more

I do not go to Tracy's for the pampering. It's loud and bustling. Technicians are fast and efficient. The low prices, consistent results and short waits will keep me going back. Have to add that they want cash tips. The first time I went I didn't know this and the technician was so mad she grabbed my card out of my hand. I get it. It eats into their lively hood. ive gone to Tracys twice now. The first time was great! it wasnt very busy or loud pretty serene and every question i had was answered. the place it kept clean and organized and the staff was really friendly, so friendly that i got pink glitter on my acrylics for free. This made me SO excited! having perks like that. and the more you came the more discounts you received, which i thought was a great idea. my nails came out beautiful. Nothing was out of place. She took her time but not to the point where i was impatient and made sure i was satisfied with the results of my acrylics. then i came for a second time today for a fill. first they said they never gave me the free glitter, and that whoever did it must of been a mistake, i let that slide and didnt mind, seeing how that could be a method of making customers coming back again and again. then when i was getting my fill, the girl that was doing them did a terrible job! not in the way where the results were terrible, my nails came out decent, but its the skin around them. She completely butchered my cuticles and fingers with the file.then when my fingers kept bleeding she almost did nothing about it, i had to ask for her to do something about it since it stung so much. i now have 4 large cuts one the sides of a few of my fingers. im disappointed because i never learned the name of the first girl who did my nails. and was more than disappointed with the girl who did them this time. The girl who did them did nothing to check the work and if there was a problem that i would notice id have to ask. i almost felt like i had to demand a decent set of acrylics for the price of a very nice set. 35 for a fill? i feel that if i wanted a cheap and quick job done i would pay for it. i made it clear that i was disappointed in the skin and they were understanding. hopefully when i get another fill i can see who i had the first time. read more

Was Skeptical About going to a nail salon in the Santa Clarita Valley due to being new to the area. Looked on yelp and found that Tracy Nails and spa have the best reviews. Called last minute for an appointment they fit me in, And I seen Ivy for my pedicure and Kim for my fill and they were great! I went to Tracy's several times and while the fill was always very good, the pedicure seemed lacking a bit to the many other salons I've been too. The leg and foot massage wasn't that great and I have tried several people. Also; the callus removal is very "so, so" compared to the other salons. They seem to do as little as possible which forces me to go home and do it myself. One time the guy massaged my legs and never touched my feet. One time the lady just left my legs down and rubbed the top of them. For me the massage is a very important part of a pedicure. If they could get this down, I would be able to give them an excellent rating. In response to your message Brandon; I found Tracy's nails on the internet. I wanted to add that everyone there is very friendly which I love. In addition; I absolutely relish they way my nails look. No matter how I ask to have them done or what variations I have chosen, they always look great! I guess I feel like most women; I am a sucker for a great massage and personally I tend to gravitate to salons that really excel in that department. Thank you for your response. I decided to stop by this place for the 3rd time this past week and was completely disappointed. I wasn't greeted or acknowledged when I walked in through the door. Instead, I had to go over to one of the employees and ask a question I had, to which he just responded with the answer and nothing more. There were only 3 employees working and I stood near the cash register for about 10 minutes while I waited to see if I was asked to sit down or if I was told how long the wait time would be, but I didn't hear anything. Love love love this place. After having a few bad encounters with my old nail salon I decided to look for a better one that's local. It's so clean and immaculate and very pretty decor as well. Not to mention the staff were all so friendly and welcoming. Diana was the gal who did my nails and I couldn't be more happy or satisfied with her. She did an amazing job and in good time too. She paid attention to detail and fixed it immediately. She was kind and didn't give me attitude or talk down to me in any way when I asked about something or made a comment. My mom, sister, and myself came to get our nails done there. The service was good but they did not sanitize their stuff well enough because all three of us got fungus. They used THE SAME sponge to not only clean our feet but to CLEAN THE TUBE as well. I was looking for a new nail place after some bad experiences at my old nail place - I won't go into detail with that but I decided to try the salon super close to where I work. It turns out, it's Tracy's! So I went in for my first visit and got my mani/pedi done. I was happy, the place was clean, the people were friendly, and there's a TV. Unlike most girls, going to get my nails done, is a chore for me....for the most part, but this place made me a little bit more excited to get them claws done. Recently, I went to try them out again, and I got gels done. BEAUTIFUL JOB! I went in there with my nails looking tore up, and left not being embarrassed to show them. I believe Joey did them, and he really impressed me, even the little massage was nice. After two happy visits - it's official - Tracy's is my new spot! read more

I went here today today with my friend to get our acrylic gel nails filled. I made the appointment very easily through Yelp and they replied within a day to confirm. When I got there they were ready for us immediately and had all of the gel colors ready for us to chose from. I had Kim do my nails and she was very lovely. She did a wonderful job!
