Have used for several years. Service of 2 systems including filters was $189.00 for 2016, 2017 and 2018. We have invoices, inspections reports and receipts. The tech wrote on the inspection reports that 2 systems were inspected and filters were included. This year we were told the company was not aware that we had 2 systems and that filters were not included. Price for exact same service this year was $501.00!! Needless to say; we are changing companies. Too bad the tech this year, Gabriel Monzon was the best we have seen. read more

About a week ago my mom's AC randomly started acting up and a coworker recommended Trademasters to me. I called and was really surprised that they could send a technician to my mom's that same day. My mom and I are totally clueless when it comes to electronics/appliances, but the technician (wish I could remember his name) explained things well and was upfront about all costs. I really appreciated that he didn't try to take advantage of our lack of knowledge; he easily could've suggested we get a whole new system. Thankfully, he was honest and just did the necessary repairs. It is unobtrusive, provides heating and cooling and we are very happy with it. In the hottest of days it brought the temps down quickly (we only have it on when we are out there). Trademasters installed my Trane units 9 years ago and they have been servicing them ever since. They have always been responsive, on time, and very effective. Recently my until failed. I got a hold of them at 5:45PM and spoke with Laurie who worked with me to dispatch someone between 7:30 - 8:30AM the next day. I then received a call at 7:25AM that the technician was on his way. Tim arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem then left immediately to buy the part locally. He was able to get us up and running by 10AM. The teamwork and coordination that Trademasters did through Laurie and Tim was short of phenomenal. I would highly recommend them for installs, maintenance and service calls. Called to get someone to come by to take a look at my Air Unit because it just seemed like it wasn't getting as cool in the house as it usually gets, although the lady was very nice, this company does a 6 hour block, and nothing same day.. I might be crazy but I just don't know anyone that will sit home all day( 6 hours) to wait for a repair. I've read all the comments about same day service!! Phil was great. He showed up on time and ready to work. He inspected the sump pump in my new home, walked me through my system and told me how it works and what to look out for. He took time t answer all my questions. He gave me suggestions on how to maintain the system and a time line for replacing it in the future. He wasn't pushy with a sales routine. I called TradeMasters to get another bid on a water heater replacement. I had usually used another company, but their quote of $2750 for a 75 gal. Water heater seemed just too high. Our neighbor recommended TradeMasters. Chuck from TradeMasters came over the next day, gave me a price for the same exact water heater but $1,000 less. This was what I had thought a water heater installed and up to code should cost. He came over the next day with another man, squeezed the water heater up the stairs and the new one down without wrecking the walls ( and it was close!), installed the new one, put in heat exchange and pan so it was up to code....in less than three hours. Beautiful job! We also bought their service contract which, you guessed it, was 1/2 the price of the other company's service contract. We will be using TradeMasters from now on and take a trip with the money saved! They are a five star to my thinking! read more

I've been using Trademasters for our HVAC needs for almost 10 years. About two weeks ago our heat pump failed and I called them for help. RJ came the next day and did the diagnosis, a failed part that he needed to order. I called the office and asked for an expedited repair as we were going on a trip. They got the part before the end of that day and Tim H. was out the next day to complete the repair. It was a beastly hot day and the repair required him to work in the attic and make several trips back and forth between the attic unit and the outside unit. Bottom line, Tim was great. He took care not to make a mess, explained what was needed so I could understand and had the cooling back on in less than two hours. I was very impressed with his work ethic, his courtesy and professionalism. He is an asset to the Trademaster's team and one of the reasons why I've stayed with this company so long. read more
