Went in March and there was a wait to get in the restaurant. Luckily, we were able to find a couple seats at the bar. The Reuben was really good. The corned beef and sauerkraut are made fresh and it shows. This was one of the best Reubens I have had. The fries are also freshly cut and it makes a positive difference. It is so good to see a local business doing it right and doing well. By the way, two of the customers at the bar had the antipasto salad and it looked like it could be a couple meals. I had a salad and grilled cheese with tomato. The bread was amazing and perfectly toasted. My husband had a tapenade and salami sandwich. His sandwich was delicious and fries were perfectly cooked. The jalapeño mojito was good, they made it with vodka and pieces of jalapeños. It was good. It was a little spicy, not much. I liked it. I ordered the chicken wings because they came highly recommend. I got the dry rub. They tasted great. They had a little crunch to them. A dipping sauce came with it. The sauce was good. I ordered the Buffalo Sunrise. It was a bison burger with cheese and bacon. It was a big size burger. It tasted good. I liked it. It came with a side. I got French fries. They were okay. Usually, when I am in Moab, I have a meal at the local brewery because, well, beer. Today, I happen to be rolling through Moab around lunchtime and needed some food, but sadly no, I still had to do. I ended up at Trailhead Public House and Eatery and turned out to be a good choice. It had a large menu, including burgers, sandwiches, salads, and even vegetarian and vegan fare. I had the BBQ Bean Burger with a side of coleslaw. The burger is homemade and had good flavor that was spiced up by a good barbecue sauce and peppers and onions. The coleslaw is made in house and was really tasty. It was your regular slaw with really good flavor and included corn. The fries were okay, not too great. The soda dispenser was not way off. One had too much syrup, the others had way too much carbonation. None were good. We all switched back to water. We sat upstairs, it was fine. Nothing impressive. The table had to be wiped down again, we were sat before it was bussed (still dirty). The service was fine. We just had the most delicious lunch here. Brennan was very knowledgeable about all the food/drinks and an absolute pleasure. We had the Club sandwich with fries and the grilled cheese (spicy) with tomato soap. Every item was cooked to perfection and tasted fresh! Came here after hiking Devils Garden, our server Brennon was great. He had recommendations and I even overheard the table behind us thanking him for the recommendations he gave them. He was very attentive when we finished our plates or drinks. The chicken nachos were basic nachos but I did like the extra side of cheese and that there was another plate underneath the hot plate it was sitting on. My wife got a burger and it was good as well. After seeing Canyon land in the morning and The Red Cliffs Lodge with the Moab movie museum along Hwy 128 in the late afternoon, we decided to head to the Trailhead Public House for dinner. Our tour guide told us they have great burgers and fish and chips. I was torn between the two . I tried The Eclipse Bison burger. 1/3 lb, Bison burger with cheddar cheese, lettuce, grilled tomato, fried egg & bacon on a brioche roll and French fries. I liked the fried egg. It made the burger taste better. My wife had the BBQ Bean burger. Vegan patty made in house with a duel blend of beans, onions, green chilis, red bell peppers, corn, bread crumbs, rice flour and SW spice blend. Grilled & Topped with Whisky Tango BBQ sauce, grilled onions & cheddar cheese with a brioche bun and fries. The texture of the pattie was very soft . Not like others that my wife has had. They were a little crowded (Friday evening around 5:30) but we got seated right away. Our waitress, Leveane, was very attentive and quickly took our drink order. My wife ordered the BLT and I had the chicken pecan salad sandwich. With both had the coleslaw as the side. My wife thought hers was delicious and mine was absolutely terrific! Leveane you are 5 's. My partner and I came here on our last night of cold camping in Moab, and it was a great way to wind down our trip. Chantay was our waitress. Absolutely fabulous. I had a Squatters Juicy IPA which was alright. Love the lowkey cabin vibes here. It was poppin' in the winter, so I can't imagine how busy it gets in the summer. Can't complain about the ambiance- one of the oldest buildings in Moab with a history like none (most of it is on the back side of the menu). Here I got my introduction to Nachos.
