After being disappointed in the bobas at the Tram in sunnyvale, I decided to give this location a try. I ordered the house milk tea with half sweet. It came with boba and grass jelly. I also ordered a thai milk tea half sweet, that came with boba, and I added grass jelly. It was so refreshing and the boba was lightly sweet and not bland like the sunnyvale location. The place was clean and inviting. It looked like a good spot to sit down and hang out. The staff was also very nice and the drinks were made quickly.

Egg coffee was ok but they really load these things up with ice to the point there's mostly ice instead of drink. The egg cream was tasty but it was almost near impossible to get to because of all of the ice. The coffee is strong though I got in maybe two sips for $6. I would recommend going elsewhere.

3.5 stars. Didn't try the food Service: one self-serve kiosk and also ordering available at the counter when there's a line. Kiosk recommended if you're unsure what you want because their printed menus don't have descriptions of the drinks. Self-serve water available. Ambiance: clean and well-lit. Tables nicely spaced out for comfort Ordered: White bear - 4/5 strong hojocha taste (a plus in my book). Slighty too sweet for me, but definitely good flavor Vietnamese white coffee (extra shot added) - 3/5 a bit sweet for my taste. Condensed milk lingers on your tongue

Spacious, clean, and comfortable café. I ordered online and picked up in person, the process was super easy and my order was ready right on time. I usually get the Vietnamese coffee, and it's my go-to at Tram, but I definitely want to try their other drinks. The staff is always super friendly and welcoming. Tons of parking.

This place is spacious and they have a kiosk to order your drinks or snacks. My absolute favorite is coconut coffee! It's the BEST! I have tried other drinks they have but nothing beats the coconut coffee. You can upgrade for few dollars more for a large! Tbh a large is huge that you can definitely share with another person! The service was fast and when your items are ready, they'll call your number.

This Tram Cream Coffee is the closest location to home so it's only natural to make my visits here more often than not. Drinks I've tried: *Egg Coffee *Coconut Avocado *Tiramisu Cream Latte *Coconut Coffee *Creamy Ha Noi *Lychee Tea *House Milk Tea *Ube Cream Coffee *Sesame Cream Coffee First things first, nothing compares to Tram's egg coffee!! That is the OG and nothing could ever reign more supreme than that IMO!! Coconut avocado is pretty top tier as well. Everything else is good or doable, depending on the item. With that being said, the house milk tea is doable but not recommended. I wouldn't come here to satisfy any kind of milk tea cravings when there is so much better elsewhere. Banh mi is good but I've had better banh trang tron. 3.5 stars for this Tram location.

Love the interior of the cafe, the music is a bit loud and I don't know if I could do work or study here but probably good for hanging out with friends. I got their egg coffee and haven't stopped thinking about it because of how well the coffee flavor was. It's not on the sweet side and the coffee is pretty strong. I did wait about 10 mins during a busy weekday afternoon for 2 of the egg coffee orders, but not too bad! Will be coming back :)

What I ordered: -Coconut coffee: very good and refreshing. I ordered it with 125% sugar and that was perfect. - Saigon coffee: very strong. Wished I added more condensed milk or increased sweetness level. -Calamari head: very good! Crispy and lots of fresh basil. Overall solid place if you want a sweet treat or snack.

Looooove their coffee! Today was my first time going into the store as my co worker has brought a drink to me in our office. They have an order ahead feature however I didn't see an option to make a drink less sweet which is a nice option to have. I arrived a little before 1pm on a Tuesday and it was moderately busy. They had a kiosk to order but I needed to ensure I had a drink made with less sugar so I approached counter to order. The lady was nice and patient and I asked if I could have a drink with less sugar and she said yes. I like that she helped me instead of having me go to the kiosk. I actually prefer the human interaction when ordering. I ordered a cream coffee and the sesame cream coffee less sweet. This is my second time having her cream coffee and I absolutely love it, it's strong yet just enough sweet at the same time and I really enjoy the coffee jelly pieces. It's something so new to me in a coffee drink and I love it. I want to definitely try their other coffee flavors! I recommend their business!

Food/Drinks: 3.5/5 I've had this place a couple of times from varying drinks like Egg Coffee to refreshing drinks like the Running Dragon and they are all pretty solid. Their drinks are a good size and is a good choice if you are in the area and want a quick refresher. However, there are better tasting ones out there. Service: 4.5/5 Most of the time you will not order through a person but rather through a kiosk, so there is little to no interaction. They are quick and efficient. Ambiance: 5/5 Great atmosphere to just sit down and sip on your drink while chatting with your friends. Beautiful space with comfortable seating and is a great spot to study and get work done.

Super happy to find out that Tram Cream Coffee opened a location that's a lot closer to the Milpitas area! Parking is a lot easier here than at their first location in Viet town. Their area is not as big, but still has plenty of tables and outlets if you want to study or chill here with friends/family. They have a self-ordering kiosk as well as people taking orders so the line usually goes by super fast but you do have to wait a bit for your drinks to come out. I do wish that their menus were a bit more descriptive, such as listing what's in the VIP drink, but the workers are very open to answering any questions! As for what I ordered, my go-to is always the Egg Coffee with Oat Milk (50¢ charge). Tram is known for adding a hefty amount of ice, but that's just because their Vietnamese Coffee is pretty concentrated and strong. To best enjoy the drink, it's good to wait a bit to let the ice melt! Tram's Egg Coffee is definitely a drink that you sip over time, but chug it if you need that quick caffeine energizer! As for the drink itself, I love how they already include coffee jelly as a topping to add that bit of sweetness to the drink. Their coffee is a lot more on the strong, bitter tasting end and it isn't as creamy as Lacaphe's egg coffee so it's a great option for people with no sweet tooth. I love my egg coffees on the creamy, sweet side so I have to admit that I like Lacaphe's more but Tram Cream Coffee is a close second! Definitely check out this new location!

    Coconut and ube cream coffee
    Jennifer H.

The coffee was very under whelming. It was aesthetically pleasing and the coconut/ube flavor was tasty for a sip or two but it seems as though the coffee was 1/4 of the way filled and the remainder was just sugary cream. If you don't care about your teeth, definitely try this place. I also had their banana cream coffee and that was actually disgusting. It had a very bitter aftertaste to it that didn't come from the coffee. There was nothing to this except a "pretty" drink. I also noticed that the drink didn't have any ice and wasn't filled all the way. You could see in the picture that it's mostly bubbles towards the top and this was before I took a sip. I wouldn't try again or at least maybe try something else but definitely wasn't worth it for me.

The guava matcha is my go to, but you really can't go wrong with their matcha strawberry either. Both are not super sweet at 50% and the guava with the guava or strawberry are composed well. Drinks are both not overly powerful in the flavor you choose, while the matcha is not overly bitter as well. Although it is not closer to my neck of the woods, it tends to be a fan favorite of ours to make the drive out and enjoy our small cup of coffee. Whether its a flat white, matcha latte, hojicha latte, or something else, it is consistently delicious. They also have pastries available and super fancy Fossa chocolate that we've actually scoured for when traveling in Singapore. Parking isn't the greatest but quality in the simplicity of it all.

The vendor booth was a tent made to look like a tea house, there was artwork and flyers from the series (if you know, you know) on the tent, and the menu was themed after the series too. This is how you can tell the owners are actually fans and not LARP, which is AMAZING. Service was efficient and super friendly, even when the lines were busy (it's a con, what do you expect) and even though the food was prepared elsewhere and taken there, it was pretty good and helped tide me over during the long convention. For my order (over a span of 2 days), I got the: 1) Hojicha Milk Tea (Red Blooded Nephew): -I got this iced. -Not bad, not too sweet and not watered down either. Great pick me up. Nice smoky and roasted flavor to it. Pretty good. 2) Fire Nation's Butter Mochi: -Certain days they would run out of one flavor, other days they would swap it up from what I believe. -I got a black sesame and kinako banana. -I think I got a third one, but a friend ate that. It was more of a savory flavor, but unfortunately forgot what it was. -My favorite was the kinako banana since it was a neat twist on what a banana bread would be like in a different form. -Very filling, decently large piece of butter (shaped like a rectangle of butter) mochi and easily shareable too. -You have to eat it the day of since it does get dry and hard if you try saving it for the next day, sadly. 3) Spam Musubi (Sizzle Crisp Rice Snack): -Decent spam musubi. -Rice had the perfect texture, it didn't fall apart and despite it being, I'm sure prepared before hitting the con floor, it wasn't soggy in the slightest. Not bad. Hopefully one day I can stop by their actual location!

It may actually be a strong contender to dethrone my current #1 matcha spot in South Bay I arrived with the full intention of trying their coveted banana matcha latte, but had to pivot to try their seasonal melon matcha latte once I saw it on the menu. Amazinggg flavor! The matcha was creamy, earthy, and just strong enough. The melon flavor was so well executed in this drink and you definitely taste the melon notes right away, which was delightful. It was refreshing and fruity without being overpowering. Best way I can describe it is like a honeydew Melona ice cream bar melted into a matcha latte. My friend got the double matcha guava latte with a guava cream top, which was delicious and tropical, but we both agreed that the melon matcha latte was the standout by far. I'm already planning when I can go back for it before they switch out their seasonal drinks! We came on a weekday afternoon, so there wasn't much of a line at all. It's a relatively small space for a coffee shop with limited seating/tables inside, but they have a cute little outdoor seating area with benches. I presume it would get pretty cramped on busy weekends, so I'd say it isn't really an ideal study cafe, but you could definitely make it work for a little solo study sesh and they have free wifi. There are metered parking spots along the street that I didn't have an issue finding nearby. Important note: they don't take cash.

Also, they lacked the difference in taste and we couldn't tell apart the difference in orders. The Vietnamese iced coffee was horrible. It was so dark and bitter and left a really strange aftertaste. Though I will say the matcha guava was really good. The cream top tasted like fresh guava, and it complemented the matcha very well. That was the only redeeming drink here.
