Came back for dinner and my experience this time was very different than the previous. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was super clean, you can tell the restaurant took the feedback to heart and made changes.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service was really great, like last time, very attentive. They had a whole new menu! Ordered a few different things this time around and the food was good, a few things were a smidge heavy handed with the sauce/rice but overall good. The blueberry cheesecake is a must for dessert. Colton, the manager was great.

What are these red things?! These rolls have never had anything like that in them.

We have been ordering from them for several years, and today it happened. Two rolls out of three ordered were a total mess: they tasted awful, they were different rolls, but they had the same ingriednts inside, with something weird in them, they would fall, everything would come out of it. not sure, may be, they hired a new chief, but got really disappointed and sad. Really hoping that this was just a glitch in a system. Would hate to look for another place... :(

Trapper's is our go-to sushi spot in North Bend. It is located in a strip mall with a Safeway and has PLENTY of parking. There are tv screens on every wall in the restaurant, so you're likely to be able to watch a sports game while you're there if one is playing. We love that for a fixed price, you can have AYCE sushi (and appetizers) at the sushi counter and have a chef prepare fresh rolls for you. Each roll is a FULL roll and serving. Just ordering about three sushi rolls will pay for the AYCE value. The service is always very friendly, and we enjoy the rolls the chefs create. They do have a happy hour with discounted drinks and rolls as well, but the AYCE service is not included.

Casual sushi spot located in a North Bend plaza - I believe it is a chain around Washington. Tried: Appetizers: Edamame ($4), Miso Soup ($4) Rolls: Dragon ($14.95), Tis the Salmon ($16), California & Captain Crunch ($11.5, $15), Jaysin Hand Roll ($9.5) The sushi overall had great flavor, but the portions are small and they are not very neatly made.

I walked in here randomly being in the area to check out the outlets. Service was great the hostess being very welcoming and explaining the different options and what the all you can eat option included. I ended up choosing that and decently priced with appetizers and unlimited rolls. I got some miso soup, dumplings, and the squid salad. I was impressed with the portion and quality of the squid salad. I got 2 rolls and was completely full. One was rainbow and the other was a combo roll with scallops on top. I will say in terms of taste i was not as satisfied. Something about the rice and sauce didn't blend well so I felt it was average flavor. To be fair I know it's all you can eat so I know I wasn't going to get supreme quality sushi. Overall a good place with good service and a good deal as long not coming in with too high expectations.

If you like grocery store sushi and want to sit down in American type brewery, this place is for you. Service wasn't welcoming, menu is weird with sushi and American food items and I think I saw beer on tap?? I ordered only one spicy tuna roll and it was not good. So much rice, and not spicy at all. Only ate a few pieces because it just wasn't worth it.

Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon. We were seated rather quickly. Within 10 minutes of being seated, the place became packed. Guests were waiting outside for seats to open. As far as I could see, there was only 1 young man servicing all the tables. There definitely didn't seem to be enough service for a wall to wall packed eatery. The rolls were delicious. It was nice to see different t types of sauce on roll, such as chili sauce, teriyaki sauce, and Covington sauce. I was confused that there was no Eel sauce. My favorite was the Volcano roll. I should have ordered 2 of those. I give 3 stars for the service. It was not the waiters fault. He was alone. We never received refills on drinks. When you pay $3.95 for a Coke, you should at least get 1 refill.

The food is delicious, but all the time with three sets, the restaurant puts only 1 wasabi and ginger, for each set I choose an additional wasabi and ginger, but for the two of us they bring only this small plastic mini container. This is too little for 3 rolls for two. I wouldn't give such a low rating if it was only once, but since it's constant, I give 2 stars.

An easy to find spot with plenty of free parking in the north bend area! This place is a franchise, so you can definitely expect the same favorites here. A full menu of classic and experimental roll creations. Teriyaki also available. There is a changing table in the bathroom so they seem family and child friendly. Average pricing for this area, anticipate around $20 per person depending on what you are getting. But they do have lunch specials. Plating and flavor is good. Great combinations of flavor and the fish tastes fresh.

They never picked up my old dishes. Long after I was finished.

Good food .... Sometimes a bit busy though but worth the wait. Happy to see there is a sushi place in town though :)

The sushi definitely didn't disappoint. Chirashi is the one I chose the first day which didn't disappoint. The sashimi is really big and fresh. It's literally just a bunch of sashimi on top of rice which is what I liked about it. The second day I got the different types of nigiri and that was really great as well. They were all pretty big and tasted really fresh. The prices are pretty high but the quality is worth it. The service was pretty simple as well we're outside in the first place. We wanted to see the scenic view of the mountains and trees. They checked on us once in a while and were pretty decent. The second time we sat in the bar and it was pretty fast. Overall the sushi is good over here. I heard the pho and fried rice are decent but can't guarantee everything to be great.

Service was immediate -- we were seated quickly and brought water and green tea right away. The menu is extensive, but we chose the Singapore curry noodles with shrimp and it was fantastic (and a huge portion). We also had the wonton soup and cucumber salad -- both really good. Friendly, attentive service and they were great about bringing a to-go box for leftovers. Would definitely go back.

I recommend getting the fried rice with grilled chicken after ordering, our drinks came almost instantly, which shocked me because most restaurants take 5-10 minutes just for your drinks . I took my friend here to eat with me during the end hours of the Georgetown Carnival around 8:30pm…read moreafter hearing my friends tried here earlier in the day and vehemently recommending it to me. For it being less than half an hour before closing, it was packed inside, with two sections of seating for various group sizes, and a casually loud interior with a counter full of water jugs and glass cups in front of a nice plant backdrop with the name of this place in lights. Menu serves a ton of Asian fusion dishes along with some regular entrees and a ton of cocktails and wine. From my sis's recommendation when she went, I got myself the banh mi smash burger after deciding between that and the Pho-rench dip my brother-in-law had. My friend got himself the La Vong fish sandwich, which I didn't get to try though we both did split an order of honey sriracha Brussel sprouts. - For the banh mi smash burger, think of ALL the essential ingredients of a standard banh mi sandwich; then put in a regular beef patty, throw in lemongrass beef as the other meat and add provolone cheese as a complement to the pate-mayo spread. That's what this is in a nutshell, and it tastes exactly like a banh mi sandwich as a result, only in burger form. This was an absolute hit and win for me; beef patty was juicy, condiments were fresh, lemongrass beef was equally as juicy, and the side of fries made this a very filling dish! - I normally don't like Brussel sprouts because of their similar taste profile to asparagus, but I ate a ton of the honey sriracha Brussel sprouts from here. It's sweet and tangy, both of which mask the oddly earthy and bitter tones of regular Brussel sprouts. They're also roasted which further gets rid of that bitter taste I don't enjoy. We rushed a little eating since they were close to closing but we loved everything we got here! I should start keeping a list of places like this one for places I need to make a second and even third visit to for their other dishes.
