This restaurant is AMAZING. I don't think Amazing even covers the quality of this restaurant. The chief is a whole different type of beast. I believe most chefs strive to create dishes like the ones we had today'. The cooking skills and knowledge of food and flavors is outstanding. The flavors are superb and so complimentary to each other. The food quality and presentation of the food is exquisite. We cannot wait to try everything at least once. We ate our food before I remembered to take a photo, but I rest assured, we will be back this weekend and I will add photos. The atmosphere is modern and comfortable both inside and out. This is our new go to restaurant. So happy to have this great food here in Castle Rock. read more

This place is okayyy. We received a gift card so decided to try out their brunch. The place was packed, tables close together and incredibly loud. We had our baby in the car seat with us and my husband sitting a foot away couldn't even hear her crying. I got the French toast and my husband got the burrito. French toast was good except for the fact that one side was burnt. Of course that piece was face down so that I wouldn't notice. The burrito was tasty though! Overall I probably wouldn't go back without a gift card. Overpriced for a mediocre meal. Not sure what the hype is about. I'd rather go 10 feet away to great divide for brunch. read more

What an experience they provide here at Tribe Riverwalk! Castle Rock alone has no place to eat like this. Not only is the atmosphere great, but the food is nothing like I have ever tasted. Chef Arthur Gonzalez makes unbelievable creations that really know how to make your tastebuds go WILD! He is bringing new flavors in our town! The Chef's Bar is probably the best place to sit and enjoy your visit. Not only do they serve your main course, but they provide hor d'oeurves at the counter for you while you wait. You are also able to sit and watch as your meal is made with care and created with so much flavor. Save room for dessert, as it is served and presented so well! Had an amazing evening here! We started with the ceviche which didn't sound like my kind of thing, but it was absolutely amazing. We also shared the goat cheese brûlée, also amazing and so unique. We then shared the squash salad, very simple but still so delicious. We had four different entrees, we each loved them. My scallops were huge and buttery in texture, the steak was done perfectly, pork chop and burger were also wonderful. We then shared each of the three desserts and nobody could pick a favorite, they were all so good. Everything was so good we finished all of this food between four of us! Our server was also very nice. He made sure we had what we needed without being pushy. I unfortunately forgot his name, but he was awesome. He took some great pictures of us as well. The ambience was also very unique but enjoyable. We had a chance to talk to the chef and he said he was still waiting on some pieces and a couple of changes to finish the place. This restaurant was a disappointment because of the owner. I had the halibut fish and chips and it was okay. My wife had the brulee French toast which wasn't really brulee French toast---no French bread that had been soaked in custard and baked. It was just regular cinnamon-sugar French toast. We had a good waiter and my wife told him the French toast really wasn't brulee French toast as the menu shows. The owner rushed over to tell us there are "no rules". She said a menu item can be named whatever they want to name it. Without waiting for a response, she walked away saying "you must have liked it because you ate it all". She obviously didn't want to hear our suggestion for an accurate menu name. We eat at a lot of restaurants and have never experienced such a rude owner. We hope the owner doesn't just name other dishes the way she wants because people tend to believe they will receive the menu item they order. It even made us wonder if the elk burger is really elk, or if the ceviche is really seabass, or what one can expect at this restaurant. I doubt we will return. read more

So much, that we joked about it with our table neighbors. The walls and ceiling are all flat, smooth and untreated, so, it's extremely reverberant. The food was fine, properly prepared. Did not make it past the front door. There is a sign complaining about unemployment payments causing their staffing issues. I manage a bar and we are over staffed. It's the pay, hours, healthcare, 401k, etc. If the restaurant group just made an attempt to be decent they would have staff and me and my family as guests. Food was good, not great. Had the crispy pork belly- no crisp to it. Don't know, the pickled onions did not go well with the pork. The pickled was too vinegary? We ordered medium rare Elk tenderloin (came out medium), medium Lamb shank (came out well done) and medium Pork chops (guess what, well done again). Was disappointed... did not complain- hate complaining. I did not finish my pork chops. Had sides of Charizo hash and Wild mushrooms. Both were good. SO, make sure to order 1 degree higher temps of cooking to get what temp you really want!!! Tried it, not memorable enough to return if ever in the area. read more

Ok, so the waitress told us detailed information about who they are and how they operate and we were sold on the recommendations. We ordered the stroganoff (OMG, melts in your mouth, dooo iiit), lamb shank, pork chop, and steak & fries. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the meal and we all expressed with the find we found. Then came dessert. The dessert, oh my. We had a taste of the butter cake (so YUM!) and cappuccino and espresso. From start to finish, they excelled at it all. Thirty-two bucks for a piece of frozen steel head trout was not cutting it in my book. Could have gotten the same thing from trader's joes for way cheaper. We have been here no less than 10 times and each time it's consistently amazing. The brunch is incredible, especially the mamas breakfast and burrito. The drinks are beautiful, delicious, and thoughtfully created. For lunch, the tribe burger is by far our favorite. Every dish is full of flavor, is beautifully presented, and perfectly cooked. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and the decor is gorgeous. Parking can be bit difficult but that's what you get for being downtown castle rock. read more

I enjoy up-scale dining and classy drinks. Tribe did not disappoint. In fact, the dining was akin to what you'd find on chef's table. The drinks were amazing as is, and the service was incredible.
