I had breakfast here while killing time before a flight home. It's another case of me dining at a place, liking it, and then forgetting to write a review. I often, in the past, and even now think it's not a good representation of a place to review it after only one visit. So, what ends up happening is I never go back, and never end up writing a review. I am on a mission to change that! Thanks for liking my pic, John C., you inspired me to write this review! It was a nice little place with pleasant staff and a cool vibe about the place. I had the biscuits and gravy with a side of hash browns. It was a unique presentation, as in the fact they were actually full on sausage and biscuits with just regular pepper gravy over top of them. I have never seen it served this way. Tasty though and the hash browns were cooked perfectly! Must be a TX thing on the sausage biscuit set up!!! I love Tx!, so I love this too! '25 - 112/111

I was looking for an affordable cafe that would provide a good selection of food, and Triple A Cafe delivered. The location has lots of seating available ,which is great for the brunch rush that was there while we sat down. The space is nice, and the service was above and beyond. Our orders were easily placed and provided! We ordered the following: Baconator Omelette $15.39 Bacon, tomato, spinach, avocado, and cheddar cheese. - With a side of pancakes California Benedict $14.29 A toasted English muffin topped with cream cheese, poached eggs, avocado, diced tomato, bacon pieces, and Hollandaise sauce. Loved the quality of food and how much they provided for the cost. They do have brunch drinks available, so if you're wondering, do not miss out on dining at this classic diner!

Greeted at the front door with a smile. Big open area that has a bit of a farmhouse. The menu is pretty simple and straightforward with breakfast on one side and lunch on the other. All the food was delicious that we ordered as well as the takeout for the rest of the family at home service was very pleasant And I will remember this place for future outings.

Green Machine. Egg whites, spinach, jalapeños, scallions, and mozzarella. I had them cut the green peppers.

We were on our way back from DFW Airport and decided to stop for breakfast. This is a breakfast and brunch cafe and they serve breakfast and lunch anytime they're open, which to me is a plus. The breakfast and lunch menus are both quite extensive. Nice exterior and cute neat interior. Tables are divided into different sections and it doesn't feel crowded at all. Marcus, our wait person, was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. My husband got eggs and made choices like a build your own. He asked for bacon, hash browns, pancakes and fruit. I ordered the Green Machine. It's egg whites with a lot of yummy green things added, except I had them hold the green peppers! I got sides of toast and fruit. Both of us enjoyed all of our food immensely. For the pancake connoisseurs out there, their pancakes are more on the chewy side and not cake like at all. Perfect for us. We will stop here again when in the area. I would really like to try some of their many lunch options.

Food was good and hearty. Many good selections for breakfast. Service was quick. Waited very little to get seated. Come for breakfast after the 6-8am rush. More seating available then. We came around 9:30am and did not have any wait. Ambiance good , but could use a bit of improvement to make it more attractive from the street. Great place to eat one of the most important meals of the day!

We walked down here from the Marriott. It's a busy restaurant in a strip mall. Loud family atmosphere. Good service. Food was better than average. The fried chicken was excellent. Gravy was ok.

Cute little cafe conveniently located near the airport. Quick service, super nice staff. We came in on a Saturday morning around 9:30-10 and were sat immediately, but it got busy! Parking is easy as it's in a shopping center. Food was good, honestly nothing extremely special but was good. I just can't say it was one of the most memorable meals of the trip. Prices are reasonable! Definitely recommend it, especially if you're around the airport.

First time here on a weekday wasn't very busy at all I had the big Tex omelet with a side of pancakes and grits . Really enjoyed my omelet and pancakes, wasn't too much of a fan of the grits they weren't cooked enough . My waitress was very very nice though and I would honestly come back.

Stopped in after our flight landed. It's less than 10 minutes away from the DFW parking area. The dining area was very clean. There are lots of breakfast and lunch options on the menu. Prices are reasonable. We ordered omelettes with extra crispy hash browns and biscuits. Everything was fresh and tasted great. There's several types of jellies (including apple butter!) and coffee creamers on the table. Joey was the employee who helped. He was super nice and attentive! Thanks for the great service, Joey.

Stopped in as we were lost looking for another business. Pleased with the outcome here. We were greeted upon entry and seated quickly. There were a lot of people in the restaurant which is always a good sign. The food was delicious, and the vegetables were fresh. It's very comfortable in the restaurant and it's fairly quiet. Stopped in here one early morning on our way to DFW airport. I always prefer a mom n pop restaurant and the reviews were pretty good! From the outside it looks like any other strip center breakfast place. Once you're inside it feels like the same. Then our waitress came to our table and that's when the service really shined. She was obviously part of the family that owns this and took pride in her restaurant. It was very clean and she was always filing our coffee and handled our order quickly and efficiently. I ordered the Greek omelette because I loved that but came with lamb meat and feta cheese. Wow I was super impressed when she brought my breakfast out. One of the better omelets I've had in a while. No fake eggs here. Lots of great ingredients and tasted really good. I also ordered the biscuits and grits as my side. The grits were good and the biscuit as well. Not sure they're homemade though. Overall I was pretty impressed with the quality for the price.

We stopped in for brunch on our way out of town and Triple A Cafe did not disappoint! We didn't have a wait but the wait did build up as we were eating, so get there early or have patience (or both) . The large menu selection was perfect and everything we ordered was a hit. The wait time for food after ordering was not long at all and our waiter was cheerful and didn't miss a beat! There was lots of booths as well as tables, with a small patio outdoors for when the weather is nice. I will definitely be eating here again when we come back to the area

Maybe consider using fresher fruits and vegetables. The avocado was the main reason I order this plate. It truly was a disappointment.

I found this establishment on yelp. One of the reasons I wanted to eat here was because of the customer service everyone previously raved about. It didn't disappoint. Our server Keyerra was amazing. Very friendly, didn't rush us, and was on point with refills and just a great all around attitude. The food was fantastic. The prices were average and my wife and I had plenty to eat. I had the veggie skillet that came with pancakes. Those pancakes were amazing. Very soft and had wonderful flavor. My wife had the Monte Cristo (their version) and she cleaned her plate. We come to Arlington every year for the RED SOX-RANGERS games. This will definitely be on our rotation to eat at going forward. Definitely give this place a try, you won't be disappointed. read more

Near major attractions. Great breakfast place. Everything cooked as requested. Extensive menu. Good service. Perfect find on trip to Arlington area. Far enough away from Six Flags, Globe Life and AT&T stadiums to avoid big crowds. Close enough to be worth the drive. read more

I've tried chicken fried steak at Classic Cafe, Babe's and Wildwood Grill. Triple A Cafe outshines them all, by far. It was so tender, I only used a fork! My wife loved her California Egg Benedict. Great food, great service, and great price...I can't wait to go back and try new items read more

All the good reviews are true, this place is a must. I will definitely come back whenever I'm in town. We were a group of 6 and we had country Benedict, California Benedict, fiesta skillet, pancakes, waffles, chicken and biscuits, big tex omelet and cinnamon swirl french toast. Zero complaints from this sometimes picky group. I took a tip from another reviewer and ordered strawberry cream cheese with the cinnamon swirl french toast, I also highly recommend this, so delicious. Pancakes were so good, had a great flavor and texture. Some reviewers did not like the biscuits, but I thought it was perfect, soft and fluffy. California Benedict was yummy, eggs cooked perfectly, hollandaise sauce was also perfect with nice flavor and they did put enough of it on there. Service was top notch, our waitress Leighton was so sweet, and food came out fast and hot. read more

It's pretty hard to mess up breakfast in my opinion. I have no complaints whatsoever about the food; it was good. I got eggs, bacon and pancakes and was very happy with it. It was kind of a long wait with nowhere to wait comfortably. This is a really small restaurant and they cram everybody in there. It was so loud (mostly due to the party next to us who was hollering at the top of their lungs their entire meal). A random note but the women's restroom was totally out of toilet paper with no spare rolls anywhere so I let the hostess know and it was at least another 20 minutes before and another reminder from me before she went to restock it (with only one restroom to serve the restaurant, that was kind of annoying). read more

The food is outstanding, took my family here and everyone was pleased with their meal which came very quick. I like to give a shout out to the waiter Arijan; he was outstanding and professional at his job. He was one of the best waiters we have ever had in a long time. Very polite and kept the water glasses full which is a very important factor for me when dinning out. Thank you and I hope your supervisor rewards you for your hard work. Keep on Trucking Arijan. From a friendly clean atmosphere to the presentation of the food, great job all around! Extensive menu, healthy light options which is refreshing to see, but what brought me in was the banana Nutella pancakes and they were phenomenal! Came in round 8:30am and was some of the first in, within a 1/2 hour the place was filling up! Good music, pretty spot and good looking, tasteful food! I am uncertain what kind of witchery is taking place in the kitchen....but I'm surly glad for it. My second round at Triple A Cafe was once again spectacular. The food was superb, Seline and Joey made me feel like a king. The coffee is unmatched and the more I think about it I'm not sure how other restaurants in a 10 mile radius are able to keep their establishment open. It was nice and quiet until a gaggle of Stan's, in their Patagonia vests, entered but even then it wasn't too bad. I have got to make it here for lunch. read more

My NEW GO TO BRUNCH spot! This place is seriously SO GOOD! They cooked my Veggie Benedict to perfection! These are the best eggs benedict I have ever tried! (And I've tried A LOT!) they had the best veggies and a sprinkle of feta which is AMAZING! Not a lot of places have this combo so this makes this place SO special to me! My partner had the omelette and is usually a picky eater! But ate all of the omelette and the biscuits melt in your mouth! They also have GOOD sweet tea! Found this gem while here in town. Went on a Saturday morning around 9, no wait, service was awesome! Everyone so super friendly. The place was really clean, coffee was good too If I had to complain- I didn't love the pancakes. We also got eggs, hash browns, the steel cut oats, & bacon. The hype here is real. Was in town for the weekend looking for breakfast before my flight out on Monday. 5 stars is hard to find on Yelp often and this place wasn't far from me so had to try. It's legit. Place is amazing. Only wish it was near me to get it again! Check it out for sure you won't regret it. In addition to great, fresh food, I should add the service was tremendous too. This place was awesome! I had a fair bit of time to kill and wanted to eat off site of the airport. If you need to kill some time and your hungry or want breakfast on way or after landing 100% recommend this place. In a little strip type mall. Clean inside and staff very attentive. The food was fantastic (I had the eggs Benedict) the prices were incredible and the staff amazing. Joey W you were great today, seeing how hard you work and take pride in your job made me smile. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this incredible restaurant! Triple A is locally owned & has the BEST servers in the metroplex. I've had the pleasure of meeting most of their staff, but one of the owners Seline & her son Arijan are my favorites! They are attentive, kind & hard-working. THE FOOD is incredible! My favorites include the Rueben Sandwich (my hubby too), Chicken Fried Chicken (best in DFW), fluffy biscuits, pancakes, Panini Sandwiches & burgers. They serve breakfast & lunch 7am-2pm & I've enjoyed many incredible meals here with family and friends. THANK YOU for always welcoming us. read more

Nice new addition to the centreport area. Located right next to smoothie king. Was very excited to try this place. I didn't see a lot of pics on yelp so of course I had to pop in and see for myself Greeted nicely at the door and sat wherever I chose to. Very spacious area. Saw a party of 20 eating breakfast. Service was a bit slow to take my order but not too long. I decided to to go with my classic French toast eggs and hash browns. Their menu is filled with so many yummy options it'll take a while to try to everything. It was a little chilly on the inside but I'm sure when summer breaks I will appreciate the temperature of the place lol Joey has amazing customer service. He checked on me 5 times very attentive. My waitress Devin was very sweet. The food. Was cooked very well. Fluffy French toast, nice Jas browns and soft eggs I see this place becoming a problem in my future because Of the variety food choices. Give this a place a try before the whole DFW finds out about it lol read more

Saturday, at 11:30am , I met some friends at Triple A Cafe. The restaurant was very busy and loud. Our server was a tall, grumbly guy, who seemed annoyed to be there. Our food was yummy, even though they didn't have coke, but Pepsi products instead. I do love my coke. We had to ask our server for napkins and forks because we weren't given any after we got our food. He passed by and basically threw them at us. I also had to ask him for ketchup, and he threw that on the table in passing as well. We were never checked on and no refills on drinks given. We had to ask him for our check when we were ready to leave. Then, and only then, was he courteous. I guess because of it being time for his tip. I give the food 5 stars, atmosphere 3 stars because it was extremely loud and uncomfortable because of staff attitudes, and only 1 star for service. read more

Friendly staff, delicious breakfast and coffee! We were looking for breakfast after getting off a very early morning flight, and we were pleased to find one very close to the south of DFW airport. Very high ceilings with nothing to dampen the noise made the place very loud. Otherwise, very happy to stop for food again! read more

Some of the best breakfast and coffee in the area! I've had multiple dishes here that were all good. The biscuit and gravy skillet is one of my fave. The coffee served is Lavazza brand, which is not common for restaurants!!! Service is always great, love this little place. read more

I was up here on business. I had breakfast here two days in a row. What a great little place. Everyone made you feel welcome, the portions were wonderful, the coffee was strong! I highly recommend the triple A a place to have breakfast. read more

Gustos Burgers N Stuff is basically a house turned restaurant and bar. You literally walk through the front door and walk through rooms. They also have a nice backyard turned into a large patio. Customer service was great. You order at the counter and when your food is ready they'll bring it out to you. The food menu is pretty small and simple. They have one starter which are the jalapeno poppers. It's your standard popper but they elevate it by glazing it with salted brown sugar honey butter. It is really good. I'm usually not big on sweet and savory combos but this works and packs just the right amount of heat. Burgers is their game. Smash burgers to be exact and the best variety in my opinion. They have 4 meat options as well as an Impossible Burger option. They come in single, double or triple meat and the price varies according to what you pick. First time here so I had to go with just a regular smash burger which is the Gusto Burger. I can't remember if I went double or triple, but either choice is good as one thin patty is never the move with a smash burger. It comes with American cheese (the only right cheese for burgers), caramelized onions, their house sauce and pickles. It comes on a buttered toasted bun which held up nicely to all the toppings. This burger was outstanding. I would put it up there as one of the best smash burgers I've had. Everyone in our party agreed. I went with tots for my side and it was a very generous portion that was cooked to perfection and seasoned nicely. I washed it down with a local beer from their nice selection of draft beers. They also have a nice variety of bottled drinks as well as cocktails. I am glad we randomly found this spot in Fort Worth because it was a solid spot to quench our thirst and fill our bellies. I will most definitely be back when in the area.

The tables turn quickly but they basically have no time to wipe them down. I always love the Maine root soda selection. The smash burger is absolutely soaked in grease. That's even with two patties! As someone who loves a good smash burger more than a gourmet burger, I couldn't even finish it and felt a lil queasy. And I eat everything. The tater tots felt just as unhealthy and oily. It definitely feels like a place to use burgers to soak up the booze. Perfect if you're in college and when your metabolism can handle anything. If not, I'd recommend skipping it.

The day we visited was a pleasant 70 degrees, so there was no need for the AC to run. But I also mention this in case you come in August. I imagine the AC unit does a good job, but its not a typical interior setup.

A quick note on seating: the patio is lovely in theory, with the optional open windows and a breezy feel, but the chairs are not winning any comfort awards. Inside booths are the move. Also worth noting, this is Fort Worth, and once the thermometer hits triple digits, the patio conversation ends itself if the windows are open. Plan accordingly. Malai starts every table with steamed sticky rice and an eggplant dip, which is a charming little ritual and a genuinely good one. We also kicked things off with the Edamame, a heads up on the heat level there, and the Fried Imperial Rolls, filled with ground pork and shrimp and served with a sesame soy sauce. Fair warning: these do not photograph well and arrive at the table looking a little shy. Don't be fooled. They're flavorful, subtly spicy, and well worth ordering. For entrees, we tried the Basil Vegetable Fried Rice two ways, one vegan and one with chicken. The vegan version was a genuine surprise, with vegetables cooked just right and a flavor that didn't need the chicken to make its case. The mushrooms, however, had the texture of something you'd find in a hardware store. Chew at your own risk. The Green Curry, meanwhile, was a case of too much of a good thing. The curry was so heavy-handed it drowned everything underneath it. Sometimes restraint is a virtue. Save room for the Banana Pot de Crème. It's creamy, subtly sweet, and a graceful finish to the meal. The service at Malai is enthusiastic, and I do mean enthusiastic. The staff works as a team, all smiles, attentive, always nearby. Occasionally a little too nearby. More than once a plate nearly disappeared before we were done with it. It's a small complaint, and honestly a far better problem than the alternative. They're warm, cheerful, and clearly enjoy what they do, which goes a long way. Portions are generous, so order a few dishes and share the wealth. For a lunch stop between shops, Malai Kitchen punches well above its weight.
