I had breakfast here while killing time before a flight home. It's another case of me dining at a place, liking it, and then forgetting to write a review. I often, in the past, and even now think it's not a good representation of a place to review it after only one visit. So, what ends up happening is I never go back, and never end up writing a review. I am on a mission to change that! Thanks for liking my pic, John C., you inspired me to write this review! It was a nice little place with pleasant staff and a cool vibe about the place. I had the biscuits and gravy with a side of hash browns. It was a unique presentation, as in the fact they were actually full on sausage and biscuits with just regular pepper gravy over top of them. I have never seen it served this way. Tasty though and the hash browns were cooked perfectly! Must be a TX thing on the sausage biscuit set up!!! I love Tx!, so I love this too! '25 - 112/111

I was looking for an affordable cafe that would provide a good selection of food, and Triple A Cafe delivered. The location has lots of seating available ,which is great for the brunch rush that was there while we sat down. The space is nice, and the service was above and beyond. Our orders were easily placed and provided! We ordered the following: Baconator Omelette $15.39 Bacon, tomato, spinach, avocado, and cheddar cheese. - With a side of pancakes California Benedict $14.29 A toasted English muffin topped with cream cheese, poached eggs, avocado, diced tomato, bacon pieces, and Hollandaise sauce. Loved the quality of food and how much they provided for the cost. They do have brunch drinks available, so if you're wondering, do not miss out on dining at this classic diner!

Greeted at the front door with a smile. Big open area that has a bit of a farmhouse. The menu is pretty simple and straightforward with breakfast on one side and lunch on the other. All the food was delicious that we ordered as well as the takeout for the rest of the family at home service was very pleasant And I will remember this place for future outings.

Green Machine. Egg whites, spinach, jalapeños, scallions, and mozzarella. I had them cut the green peppers.

We were on our way back from DFW Airport and decided to stop for breakfast. This is a breakfast and brunch cafe and they serve breakfast and lunch anytime they're open, which to me is a plus. The breakfast and lunch menus are both quite extensive. Nice exterior and cute neat interior. Tables are divided into different sections and it doesn't feel crowded at all. Marcus, our wait person, was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. My husband got eggs and made choices like a build your own. He asked for bacon, hash browns, pancakes and fruit. I ordered the Green Machine. It's egg whites with a lot of yummy green things added, except I had them hold the green peppers! I got sides of toast and fruit. Both of us enjoyed all of our food immensely. For the pancake connoisseurs out there, their pancakes are more on the chewy side and not cake like at all. Perfect for us. We will stop here again when in the area. I would really like to try some of their many lunch options.

Food was good and hearty. Many good selections for breakfast. Service was quick. Waited very little to get seated. Come for breakfast after the 6-8am rush. More seating available then. We came around 9:30am and did not have any wait. Ambiance good , but could use a bit of improvement to make it more attractive from the street. Great place to eat one of the most important meals of the day!

We walked down here from the Marriott. It's a busy restaurant in a strip mall. Loud family atmosphere. Good service. Food was better than average. The fried chicken was excellent. Gravy was ok.

Cute little cafe conveniently located near the airport. Quick service, super nice staff. We came in on a Saturday morning around 9:30-10 and were sat immediately, but it got busy! Parking is easy as it's in a shopping center. Food was good, honestly nothing extremely special but was good. I just can't say it was one of the most memorable meals of the trip. Prices are reasonable! Definitely recommend it, especially if you're around the airport.

First time here on a weekday wasn't very busy at all I had the big Tex omelet with a side of pancakes and grits . Really enjoyed my omelet and pancakes, wasn't too much of a fan of the grits they weren't cooked enough . My waitress was very very nice though and I would honestly come back.

Stopped in after our flight landed. It's less than 10 minutes away from the DFW parking area. The dining area was very clean. There are lots of breakfast and lunch options on the menu. Prices are reasonable. We ordered omelettes with extra crispy hash browns and biscuits. Everything was fresh and tasted great. There's several types of jellies (including apple butter!) and coffee creamers on the table. Joey was the employee who helped. He was super nice and attentive! Thanks for the great service, Joey.

Stopped in as we were lost looking for another business. Pleased with the outcome here. We were greeted upon entry and seated quickly. There were a lot of people in the restaurant which is always a good sign. The food was delicious, and the vegetables were fresh. It's very comfortable in the restaurant and it's fairly quiet. Definitely recommended.

Stopped in here one early morning on our way to DFW airport. I always prefer a mom n pop restaurant and the reviews were pretty good! From the outside it looks like any other strip center breakfast place. Once you're inside it feels like the same. Then our waitress came to our table and that's when the service really shined. She was obviously part of the family that owns this and took pride in her restaurant. It was very clean and she was always filing our coffee and handled our order quickly and efficiently. I ordered the Greek omelette because I loved that but came with lamb meat and feta cheese. Wow I was super impressed when she brought my breakfast out. One of the better omelets I've had in a while. No fake eggs here. Lots of great ingredients and tasted really good. I also ordered the biscuits and grits as my side. The grits were good and the biscuit as well. Not sure they're homemade though. Overall I was pretty impressed with the quality for the price.

We stopped in for brunch on our way out of town and Triple A Cafe did not disappoint! We didn't have a wait but the wait did build up as we were eating, so get there early or have patience (or both) . The large menu selection was perfect and everything we ordered was a hit. The wait time for food after ordering was not long at all and our waiter was cheerful and didn't miss a beat! There was lots of booths as well as tables, with a small patio outdoors for when the weather is nice. I will definitely be eating here again when we come back to the area

Maybe consider using fresher fruits and vegetables. The avocado was the main reason I order this plate. It truly was a disappointment.

Been there twice. It's a must. Great menu selection. Knowledgeable staff and fast service. Went at peak lunch time and at an off time. Staff didn't miss a beat. They help and cover each other. When walking in for the time quick take it place is very clean. Was greeted very fast and seated. They have a big breakfast menu and that's what I was interested in. Ordered the Classic Eggs Benedict. It came fast. The eggs was cooked right and they put a lot of the hollandaise sauce on it. Hash browns was cooked ok as well. All in all is was a good fast breakfast. Total was 10.77. Not a bad deal. Gave 20.00 got 9.00 back?? I guess .23 cents don't count anymore. One of my biggest pet peeve's. Pisses me off to no end. Why is it ok to short me on my change. I worked for it, it's not yours to decide what to do with it!!! The service was good and fast and the food was good. but .23 cents killed it. If you can't count use a calculator. If you don't have change say something, I would ok with that. But to just keep it??? I think not. Looks like the .23 is your tip. Sorry. I came here with a friend for brunch and it was a great experience! The host was friendly and made sure we had the perfect accommodations for a stroller. Our server Lorena was great - she took our orders quickly and checked in on us regularly but still gave us plenty of time to catch up without us feeling rushed. We had a handful of servers stop by throughout the meal to check on us and they were all kind and friendly. The service here really sets them apart from other restaurants! I had the sausage biscuits and gravy which were delicious! It's a lot of food and I wasn't able to finish it all. Honestly I still think about it because it was so yummy... I stopped in here for breakfast and was quickly met by a hostess. Even quicker, I was met by the server who promptly took my order. The place has a nice atmosphere and the coffee is good. The food was out pretty quick and it was full of flavor! If you're looking for a quick bite for breakfast I'd recommend sitting at the bar top but I'm sure the service is just as good throughout. read more

I went here for brunch it was good. Staff was nice and service was quick. It's kind of small but very open so it can get a bit loud if a large party comes in. I gave it a 3.8 because I believe any restaurant that's seat over 50 should have more than one restroom stall. read more

I visited the Triple A Café due to it's proximity to the Marriot Airport Hotel and the food was so good that it became mine and my party of 7 friend's Go-To Breakfast restaurant! It was a Dallas Cowboy's home game and the crowds were more evident on Saturday than on Sunday mornings. Although, the menu selection and food were worth a short wait on Saturday. Once seated the server was pleasant even while the Saturday morning crowd rush had probably been heavy. So, I'd recommend the Triple A Café to anyone with confidence that they'd enjoy a great meal and fun atmosphere! read more

First off no recommendations we just seen all reviews and thought to try. Me and my gfs love new breakfast spots. Warm TEXAS feel for sure! Hostess super sweet and one of the owners. Food was fresh and delicious. They also have their own hot sauce, love the medium kick and leaves a Smokey taste. Had it on my side of corn beef hash. Everything was cook to perfection and would highly recommend it. Coffee flowing and strong enough, customer service amazing, and just super flavorful food! Great price for excellent food! This unassuming cafe is a winner. I came in to see if they had wi-fi and when I found out they did, I set up my laptop and ordered breakfast. I have been to many restaurants but the staff and servers here were a cut above. They were kind, helpful, and brought my food out within 6 minutes. My servers name was Kyla and I hope you sit in her section when you come. She was the sweetest! My veggie omelette was Devine and the pancakes were soft and buttery. Delicious and adorable! The service was great too! I love being able to walk in, sit down immediately, and be asked what beverages we want within seconds! On a Sunday at that! I can't believe this is the first time to try this place. We will be back for sure! The Migas were ranked in the top five I've ever had. Unassuming place in a strip center, the food was solid, and the service was very friendly. Places that serve breakfast tend to vary so wildly in quality, but this place is definitely better than most. So good that I and coworkers go just about once a week, very gladly. All of the breakfast items are great and those biscuits, wow. The lunch menu salads are pretty big, and the burgers are cooked very well (patty melt is righteous!) and they'll even cook to order versus no pink whatsoever. read more

This place was literally the only place that was open when the winter storm hit. Like talk about life savers!!!Right away when I walked in I was greeted with a smile and asked if anyone else was joining. So got the California Benedict and let me tell you "whoooohoo" that is something else!!..I don't know know about much but if this came out right then they must do other things on the menu great!!!! Tried this gem for the first time today! Joey was our awesome server, his laugh was worth the trip alone. He guided us through the menu and made great recommendations. Hubs wanted a surprise so Joey made his breakfast decision for him...Fiesta Skillet was big hit, he ate every morsel. I ordered the BLT and added avocado, it was delicious also but wish the bacon was tad crispier. We will definitely be back! read more

Five Stars is not enough! We stayed at the Marriott a few blocks away and stopped in our first morning. It was soooooo good, we came back our second morning too. Food is wonderful, came out fast and hot. Service was exceptional! Ask for Finn, you won't be disappointed! read more

I've been looking at the menu for over three weeks. Today I decided to give them a try. I ordered pancakes, bacon, eggs and it came with grits or fruit. Being from Alabama you know I had to try grits. When I tell you these pancakes were to die for. Taking nothing from the other items I ordered. I cleaned my pancake plate first. The grits were the best I've had since moving to Texas. The eggs were just right. The bacon was right on point. When I tell you this place is heaven on earth it is. Give them a try and you'll see. Right by TCU so it's obviously the place to go for a good smash burger that is reasonably priced for what it is. Service is kind and we got our food fast enough. The tables turn quickly but they basically have no time to wipe them down. I always love the Maine root soda selection. The smash burger is absolutely soaked in grease. That's even with two patties! As someone who loves a good smash burger more than a gourmet burger, I couldn't even finish it and felt a lil queasy. And I eat everything. The tater tots felt just as unhealthy and oily. It definitely feels like a place to use burgers to soak up the booze. Perfect if you're in college and when your metabolism can handle anything. If not, I'd recommend skipping it.

The day we visited was a pleasant 70 degrees, so there was no need for the AC to run. But I also mention this in case you come in August. I imagine the AC unit does a good job, but its not a typical interior setup.

I'd be completely remiss if I didn't mention the monster rolls brought out for the table--they are giant, incredibly airy, golden popovers served with a spectacular rosemary honey butter that steals the show before the main course even arrives. For breakfast, I wanted to stay on the healthier side and ordered the Sinclair Breakfast with chicken sausage. The sausage delivered incredible flavor with a perfect, distinct peppery bite. The plate was beautifully balanced with delicate microgreens, and the breakfast potatoes were a total standout--perfectly executed with a great outer char and deep flavor. Paired with excellent, robust Lavazza drip coffee, it was a flawless start to the morning. Across both visits, the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and highly attentive with beverage refills. A quick note on seating: the patio is lovely in theory, with the optional open windows and a breezy feel, but the chairs are not winning any comfort awards. Inside booths are the move. Also worth noting, this is Fort Worth, and once the thermometer hits triple digits, the patio conversation ends itself if the windows are open. Plan accordingly. Malai starts every table with steamed sticky rice and an eggplant dip, which is a charming little ritual and a genuinely good one. We also kicked things off with the Edamame, a heads up on the heat level there, and the Fried Imperial Rolls, filled with ground pork and shrimp and served with a sesame soy sauce. Fair warning: these do not photograph well and arrive at the table looking a little shy. Don't be fooled. They're flavorful, subtly spicy, and well worth ordering. For entrees, we tried the Basil Vegetable Fried Rice two ways, one vegan and one with chicken. The vegan version was a genuine surprise, with vegetables cooked just right and a flavor that didn't need the chicken to make its case. The mushrooms, however, had the texture of something you'd find in a hardware store. Chew at your own risk. The Green Curry, meanwhile, was a case of too much of a good thing. The curry was so heavy-handed it drowned everything underneath it. Sometimes restraint is a virtue. Save room for the Banana Pot de Crème. It's creamy, subtly sweet, and a graceful finish to the meal. The service at Malai is enthusiastic, and I do mean enthusiastic. The staff works as a team, all smiles, attentive, always nearby. Occasionally a little too nearby. More than once a plate nearly disappeared before we were done with it. It's a small complaint, and honestly a far better problem than the alternative. They're warm, cheerful, and clearly enjoy what they do, which goes a long way. Portions are generous, so order a few dishes and share the wealth. For a lunch stop between shops, Malai Kitchen punches well above its weight.
