Simple breakfast plate with eggs and redskin potatoes

Quaint little restaurant nicely across the street from the crazy that can be Desert Ridge. Great spot for breakfast and lunch with freshly prepared food and great portions. The service is always top-knotch and friendly.

Nothing changes a good experience like not getting any service for a while. So an alert.... ***This place doesn't have the staff to run this operation. We waited almost half hour for someone to simply come pick up our order. & I think it wasn't more only cause I got up to please ask someone for service. There's no worse waste than a lovely place in an amazing location with an out of the park menu but no one to delivery or service. Itssssss a waste!

This was my first time at this restaurant and I was excited because I had already looked at the menu and there were lots of exciting options. They seemed to be short-staffed, but everyone was really friendly. The music is a little loud, but we got a table outside and it was a little bit better. I only had the chicken and goat cheese salad, but it was amazing! The chicken was tender, the pear was ripe, and the goat cheese melts in your mouth. I look forward to going back and trying out other dishes.

My son got the BBQ burger again. Today he let me have a bite. And I have to say the meat quality is very good. They even perfectly cooked it medium rare. A little bummed we had to sit outside when it's 112 out, because you could only sit inside if you had a reservation. Who knew this lil spot did reservations. SO MAKE A RESERVATION. lol Although they do have a good fan misting situation happening I got the fish tacos and they did not disappoint. They looked so good my son stole a whole taco from me. And I'm still stuffed from the 2 I ate. Huge piece of yummy tasting fish Hubs got the Reuben and it was 7/10 The sweet potato tots are really really good

I tried several of their items from a tomato bisque, turkey wrap, nachos, and an iced matcha. It's very important to note that they ask if you want to add milk but they don't tell you that it costs extra. The same goes for other items such as lettuce and tomato which don't cost extra at other places. The soup was not warm, the turkey wrap was wet for some odd reason, and the nachos were not as crispy as others I've had. The service was friendly and amiable and the place was relatively clean. It's unfortunate the quality of food was not good and there were too many hidden fees that should be clearly laid out in the menu.

Service is key and tonight's visit to Tryst was no different. Our server/ bartender made some great cocktails. The Old Fashioned is delectable. The calimari appetized fell short. Too much breading and it was bitter too. Our salads were delicious as per usual. The staff makes you feel safe and the restaurant is clean

Located near the desert ridge mall this place is up for all those healthy choices we make! We went in on a busy thursday, we were seated outside and there was space heaters which helped us keep warm. The service is slow with just two ladies but how wonderful are they! I went with the jackfruit bowl, my friends picked a veggie omelette The serving and presentation is really good! I didn't waste any time in diving in. The jackfruit tasted fantastic, it was saucy and juicy at the same time. The quinoa was really good too! Overall a very delicious bowl. My friend said the the omlette was decent and had a good flavor. We ended with a chocolate ganache cake, it was the best. It was warm gooey and perfect way to end a meal. I would definitely be back to this place. Loved the whole vibe, food and the service. Can't wait to try their drink section!

We really enjoyed our lunch / brunch. The service was amazing. It's cool being at a restaurant with workers who really seem to love their job and take pride in it. The food was really good - loved my bison burger. Everything tasted extremely fresh with high quality ingredients which I appreciated. Hope to be back soon!

A friend of mine is gluten free and had chose to eat here for lunch. I am not gluten free but was impressed to see all the items on the menu that she was able to enjoy. The service was not the greatest the server did not come to refill our glasses of water or offer refills on soda at one point my friend asked for a refill. I ordered the Creamy Pesto Penne and was very disappointed, my noodles were very over cooked and mushy and the pesto/sauce was very bland. My friend shared she had enjoyed her burger, I can't see myself coming back to this restaurant but can appreciate the variety of options for those who have allergies and are gluten free.

Not sure what it is as of lately but glad I came back, to give it another chance... the energy in here is beautiful. The diversity. Reminds me of pre 2020. When I used to come in daily after work for a sangria and pyramid cake. The service is fantastic the food is phenomenal.

This restaurant has been a family staple for years. Celebrating birthdays, graduations, family brunches and everything inbetween. The food is fresh and healthy, the sweet potato tots are a must! I've never had anything I didn't like here. The servers are amazing, Mercedes and Sasha are the best!!!!

I forgot to say from my last visit, that it was expensive for what I ordered? Had chicken strips with a glass wine tot as l price was $30. Had ginger beer which I enjoyed. The yelp menu said had gluten free pizza. That was not case. Service was decent. Bit pricy for me unfortunately

My friend and I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon, it wasn't very busy, just a couple of golfers. By the time we were leaving a big group of people came in from the JW Marriott conference. We both started with the La Paloma cocktail. This drink is made with 21 Seeds Grapefruit Hibiscus Tequila, Grapefruit, Lime, Agave, and San Pellegrino Grapefruit. Very refreshing. We shared their artisan cheese dip. I've had this dip before, I love it, so it was my recommendation to my friend. This dip is made with goat cheese, brie, mascarpone topped with apricot, calabrian chiles, and almond pesto. SOOOO good! It comes with grilled bread on the side but we had to ask for more bread because there was more dip than bread. Our server was very friendly and kindly brought us more bread.

There were lots of golfers and some people who were clearly there for a conference, but you definitely don't need to be staying at the resort to enjoy this restaurant. We grabbed a comfy booth and ordered the Artisan Cheese Dip, WOW, this was good! It's a combination of whipped goat cheese, Brie, and mascarpone topped with apricots in a jam-like sauce, almond pesto, and Calabrian chilis. The flavors all worked so well together, and the appetizer is a really good size. It comes with thin slices of grilled bread, although we did have to ask for more because there's a generous amount of cheese compared to the bread. The apricots, pesto, and chilis were such a great combination. Just a heads-up--the Calabrian chilis definitely have some heat, so I'd spread them on a little gingerly! I honestly would come back just for this appetizer. It was that good! We also ordered the La Paloma, made with grapefruit hibiscus tequila. It was light, refreshing, and perfect for a hot day. Great atmosphere, great food, and a relaxing spot to grab a drink and a bite, even if you're not staying at the resort. We'll definitely be back!

I was expecting something more substantial in terms of breading and crispiness, but they ended up feeling fairly average. The sauce also did not really complement the dish, so it was not particularly memorable. For my main, I had the breakfast burrito, which was huge--definitely shareable for two people. It had good flavor and was stuffed with chorizo, scrambled eggs, bacon, avocado, potatoes, black beans, tomatoes, onions, ranchero sauce, and pico de gallo. Service was understandably limited given how busy it was, so don't expect much attention during peak hours. Overall, it is a solid spot for brunch if you don't mind the crowds.

Also, the service and waitress was so kind and helpful so that also was a plus! My friend ordered the breakfast bowl and hardly Touched it. I went for the gluten free pancake and the texture and flavor was so bad. It was flat, mushy and not fluffy at all. My son got the kids pancakes and he also did not finish them, and he's a huge fan of pancakes. Coffee was okay, but no flavored creamer. It was def a busy place and again the interior was great and maybe better for cocktails.
