While visiting my family in vineyard I checked out this place. The whole ambiance is the conveyor belt. Oh ah appeal. Sushi was ok. Nothing fancy. No ramen. Service was ok. Staff would wait by the register and wait to be buzzed for service. Young staff. Twice my order passed me on the conveyor belt. So I had to grab them from the next seated guest on my right. SMH. We went opening night! The environment is 5/5, very clean, very fun. The rotating sushi is so fun and the price point is fair. Service was great, the sushi itself is okay 3/5. Fun experience. I recommend ordering a roll directly to you and that way it will be warm and fresh. I used a deal to get a free plate of sushi but overall most of their plates are $6 or $7, so it can get pricey if you don't keep track of the prices. Our server was courteous and checked on us regularly. I plan on coming back! read more

At the end of the day we're still talking about landlocked Utah sushi so keeping that in mind I thought Tsubame was pretty good. Service was good, friendly servers although we had an issue with one roll not coming out but it eventually made its way out. Biggest pros of this place was the price. Cheap, fresh (at least it was when we were there late on a Tuesday night), and a different experience with the little bullet train and conveyor belt (wasn't on while we were there as it was just before closing). read more

Super fun experience for our family. The kids loved it and I was surprised how affordable it was. We were there upon closing and the chefs were messing with our kids sending money down the line, it was very funny. They got a kick out of it and keep asking to go back. Really boring sushi, pretty awful actually. Sesame seed OVERLOAD on everything. The edamame was slimy, and everything was so expensive. NOT all you can eat (like one might expect from a conveyor belt sushi joint), and everything was flavorless. Probably will not come back ever. read more

Love this place. The ambience has a Tokyo, Japan feel to it even though I've never been. Getting your food off the conveyor is a cool experience and you can also order items from kitchen via tablet. Sushi is not made with sushi rice so they come out bland. Rolls are not tight enough so they fall apart.

I absolutely love this place, and I recommend it to everyone. The price per plate is pretty reasonable, you're not breaking bank eating here. The servers are always super nice. The food is amazing (the Titanic roll is my personal favorite). The rotating plates are way cool, and I love that it's essentially self serve; you can start eating as soon as you sit down. Service was good. Nice people nice atmosphere. Unagi nigiri sushi is suppose to be served with hot rice but the rice was super cold so made the overall taste bad. Wagyu nigiri also was so bad because it is too chewy and taste nothing like wagyu. It is more like a slice of marinated chuck steak (you know...the cheapest beef in the market) Also, wagyu nigiri should have come with a hot rice instead of cold rice because it ruins the overall taste. There were about 5-7 kinds of nigiri and I only liked the salmon. (You can't mess salmon up it is such an easy one to make) Other nigiris were not good at all. Its either taste nothing like a fish or no taste at all. The funny part of the food was the soba noodle. The noodle had no taste and cooked like my 8-year-old son cooked for himself My friends and I laughed so hard because of the noodles. It is nothing like the soba that we know. I'm assuming the owner never tried a decent sushi place nor went to Asia. I am not going back there until they improve the quality and study more sushi and nigiri since the rotating sushi place is suppose to have various nigiri (if you know what rotating sushi place is like in Japan, this place is nothing like that... they serve lot of rolls but not much of nigiri choices) And, I hope the owner takes their crews to a decent sushi place to have them try a good sushi, especially nigiri. Terrible service, sushi was mediocre. Some of the plates we had were left on the belt so long that the rice stuck to the plate when we tried to eat it. Our server was a red headed female who worked 2/10 until close at 10pm. Can't even remember her name because she came once and never returned. Lol. read more

Definitely a fun place to visit but hands down some of the worst sushi I've ever had. I knew it was gimmicky so I wasn't expecting great quality, but the food was below average at best and the conveyor belt fun wore off really quick. The wait staff was also not great. Blatantly ignored me the whole time I was there and didn't ever explain how it worked. If you DO go stick to the tempura stuff and avoid the salt and pepper maguro with your LIFE. Sorry, do not recommend, is cheap and like smiths sushi, which I like the decorations are so cute like Tokyo but the food stuck to the signs on the rotating train was unappealing, it needs to be spotlessly clean to be a sushi restaurant but stray edemame and food stuck to the train made me not want to eat there. read more
