Horrible customer service, below average pizza and uninviting dining space. The girl working the register heard my order incorrectly and when I corrected her instead of simply fixing the mistake she had the worst attitude ever and told me I said something different from what I actually said. She refused to void the transaction and recharge me. With her bad attitude she said I would get the difference on my card in 3-5 days so my receipt reflects an incorrect charge. I'm not making a fuss because the difference is only a couple dollars but I'm definitely not going back. With mediocre pizza, bad service and prices that have doubled over the years, there really is no reason to go back. read more

I had placed a phone order and it was even repeated back to me correct only for me to come pick it up and drive all the way home just to open the pizza boxes and noticed that one of my pizzas was made wrong had to call and to let them know my order was wrong good thing they were willing to replace it but really annoyed that I had to take the pizza back to them so I can get the right order. Morral of this complaint is check your pizzas before you leave even if they read the order right. It'll save you another trip!! read more

Tumby's is the best!!! Great local business that has affordable but good quality pizza. Their crust reminds me of Papa John's crust, it's got a hint of sweetness! Must order over $15 for delivery, so just upgrade that small pizza to a medium! I usually order the veggie pizza, but a lot of my friends from the neighborhood love the barbeque chicken the most. Support local businesses! Also note, there are TWO Tumby's on Western Ave, make sure you call and order from the one you intended to order from! I've never eaten in the store itself, but there's some seating, although some of the seats look damaged. Not the best interior ambiance and they really limit how many packets of cheese/chili you can have. The small private parking lot next to Tumby's is free and easy to get in and out of, so it's perfect for picking up large deliveries too. Great local business that is good for ordering take out! As far as comparing Tumby's to chains, I'd say Tumby's is a step up from Little Caesar's, but the crust isn't as good as Domino's imo. I Normally order online but it was Friday and we really hadn't gone out the house all day so I packed my toddler up and we decided to go to the restaurant and order take out. I ordered a large pizza and chicken I asked the cashier "are there any specials right now?" she looked at me and said no. I say OK and pay for my food she says it will be 15 minutes. I went to my car and I waited for 15 minutes I came back in and I look up at the menu. There is a video rotating advertisement; up flashes a special in which the food that I just ordered would be five dollars less and would have included a soda!! I will say the wings are fire. The pizza is good the crust isn't. Walking in it was empty so I was kinda surprised why when I placed my order at 329 said it'll be ready for 409-429. A hour wait. Terrible customer service! I placed an order for over 60$ at this location and the driver left my order at the gate! After I spoke with him and informed him that my husband was coming. I accidentally got charged an extra fee and one of the pizza's took a little long since they were busy so they refunded me the fee and gave a complimentary cookie.
