We took the vehicle on a test drive, which was a pleasant experience. Unlike most, she gave me time to relax and drive the car around the block without so many questions. Most salespersons would cram in so many questions without letting you breathe. She gave me a chance to ask her questions about the actual car itself. She engaged in conversation that didn't make me feel like I was just another money sign to her. Once we got back, she asked if there was any other model I'd like to see. My mind was set. I just bought my first ever new car from Tuttle Click Mazda and ended up having a fantastic experience. Minh was my salesman, but he wasn't anything like you'd expect a stereotypical car salesman to be like. He was personable, kind, and friendly, not pushy at all. We had our first finance meeting with Carl, who was personable and great. I purchased the car that day, but ended up running into some difficulties due to time constraints and some misunderstandings on both ends (long story, won't go into it.) Basically, long story short, I went in the next day to the dealership very stressed and worried about how things were going to turn out. Nick, the manager, was so understanding and kind and took his time with me, listening to my concerns and working his hardest to make things right. He was willing to completely re-work my contract just to make sure I was happy (which I completely am!) Mo, their finance guy, patiently sat with us and explained everything in detail on the new contract so that this time, I would feel like I 100% knew what I was signing up for (again, not fully their fault for me mis-understanding the first time.) He was straight forward, patient, and very clear with everything he explained to us. He even stayed an hour and a half past closing just so we could get the contract all finished. I was shocked when we exited his office at 10:30 pm to find that Minh had stayed too, just to make sure that everything had ended up okay. I fully recommend this dealership as they not only gave me a great deal on the car, but were able to take my mood from super stressed to a completely happy customer. I've been perfectly fine driving my Toyota Corolla for 7+ years, but my mom wanted to surprise me with a Mazda CX-3 for Christmas. I got a call out of nowhere asking to meet at the dealer and became super upset. One, I didn't need a new car, and two, I didn't get to test drive or see the darn thing before it was bought. But I have to say now...I love it. Whoever designed the CX-3 is brilliant - it's the perfect size (same length as my small Corolla but has the roominess of an SUV), I love how the tech gadgets are easy to learn, and the safety features inside are amazing. And I give major props to our finance guy Carl Yazbek who was extremely patient and friendly...despite how disgruntled and visibly upset I was walking in, and Geare Allen who took the time to walk me through all of the tech features inside (I hate buttons and learning curves). Last month, i bought a car here for my daughter and I choose the CX-5 after looking at all other models from different car companies. I was impressed of it's exterior and interior and all it's accessories. It's the cheapest at its class and really worth every buck. Our salesman Glenn was very nice and really accommodated most of our request except that he told us that the MPG of the CX-5 is 35 highway and 26 something for city driving. This really convinced us for i was looking which car could save us more miles on gas. I have drove the car to Las Vegas and the average MPG as shown in the dashboard in our CX-5 is only 21MPG. So, Glenn surely lied and the MPG posted on the sticker when the car was on display is also a lied and a complete misinformation. If i could have known that the MPG highway is only 21, i should not have bought the car. At the dealership, It took nearly 30 minutes before a salesman came to entertain us and after we close the deal with the salesman, I find the finance officer very very rude. Maybe the worst finance officer i have encountered in over a decade of buying new cars and because of my experience with the finance officer, i will never recommend this dealership.If you like to buy a Madza, better go to other dealers and avoid Tuttle Click Madza at irvine. read more

Went here twice. Once for my wife--last year she was looking for a 5-door Mazda 3 and somehow we got stuck with a sales person in training The time it took for the sales person to go back and forth with the manager about our trade-in helped us make the decision to go with another dealership. Fast forward to this past week---I called Tuttle Click Mazda on a Wednesday morning, was put on hold for a few minutes, and the guy who picked up asked me why I was calling (I was looking for a black on black CX-5) and then proceeded to tell me all the staff were in training and he would call me back. This was at 10am. I then called Tustin Mazda, spoke with their sales team, they located a car for me, told me to come in that night, and they had everything ready to go and even greeted me in the parking lot. I have looked at several dealerships and by far this dealership is the friendliest you will find. Don't want to name other dealers but Tuttle Click's salesman just gets to the point and tells you what they can do. For example, other dealers don't allow you to take the piece of paper they jot down pricing on because "it's policy". But Tuttle Click gives you a print out of everything including the sticker details and you can take it home with pricing. Cause they know that their pricing can't be beat. I already set my mind to purchase my future car here even if the other dealer offered lower. But since I used USAA's car buying service I had a few other dealers texting or emailing me. I told them I don't think you will beat their price. Dropped by the other dealership because it was on the way home. Without much talk they told me we can't beat it and I should go back to Tuttle Click and buy it ASAP. I was driving around in a 2004 Nissan Murano which I love but it was time to start looking for another SUV. I was very picky because I didn't need a new car so I had plenty of time to look. After looking at small SUV's, we weren't seeing the value so decided to look at sedans. We read a Car and Driver review on the Mazda 3 Hatchback so decided to check it out. I went after work on a Friday. My first impression was a bunch of guys hanging around with nothing to do but as soon as I started speaking to Mo, he answered all of my questions and showed me some vehicles. I told him I would bring my husband by the next day to test drive. We actually didn't end up getting there until right at closing and there was Mo again who took 10-15 minutes to answer more questions. We decided we would come back the next day for a test drive. Mo was there again and we test drove the Mazda 6 and then the Mazda 3. Mo never pressured and has a passion for the brand. The Mazda 3 was the one; the 12th and final car I test drove. Of course buying a car is not a quick process, especially when they have to trade one with another dealership to get me what I wanted. I was there from 2-8pm. During that time, they offered to feed me, made sure I was comfortable, pulled another car out so I could learn the features, they washed my husband's car, and there was coffee and a driving simulation game. When the car finally arrived, it was the wrong one. They gave me a loaner for the night, offered me a car wash whenever I wanted, and a free tank of gas for the inconvenience of having to wait another day for my car. I "joked" they could black out the car to make it up to me ($1400 value) and I half expected that they would. Mo and the finance manager Sha were very apologetic (and embarrassed). The next day, my car came in. It was detailed and ready for me when I picked it up after work. It was beautiful (although not blacked out lol). Mo played photographer for me and then I drove off into the sunset. read more
